Be careful what you buy.... I bought an f250 from them and have had to put 7k into it with in 4 months of owning it and was quoted another 7-12k for another issue that came up. They truck test drove well and ran good just long enough to clear their 2 week warranty, I was actually given a 30 day warranty but when I called to ask what was covered I never could get a call back.

Drove 6 1/2 hours to buy a car, only to discover the online pictures hid the fact that one door was damaged and rusting from the inside. Also a large tear in the driver's seat was only shown at an extreme angle so as to appear quite small. Then, when trying to buy the car, anyway, the dealership added on several thousand dollars of extra fees, saying, "we have to do it this way." An $11,000 car ended up at $16,000. When we left the dealership, we received 3 phone calls. First was that they needed a decision because someone else was interested, and we told them to sell it. The second we ignored. The third was, "You drove 7 hours to get here and aren't going to buy it." Nope, I'm not going to be cheated or goaded. Had a quality 13 hours with my son, and a nice overnight stay in Springfield, but let the buyer beware.

I bought a 2012 Chevy Traverse from here in October of last year and has been worst decision I have ever made. Literally the moment it rolled off the lot the check engine light came on and it has nonstop problems ever since.

Buyer Beware!!UPDATE: Well i had thought this was a good experience because it seemed simple. a couple days later they called me to tell me they made an error on my interest rate. I went back in a resigned the paper. I am not sure why because I usually read things before i sign them. But i know what i agreed to with the finance manager and when i received the statement from the finance company it was different! I called and after my 3rd try was able to talk to someone. She called me back to tell me that what i had received from the bank was the corrected issue. When i signed the original one it had the payment amount i knew. When they called me back they said the finance charge was entered too high so i had to go back in and resign. I remember she even said it was going to lower my payment. I went back in and signed the new contract. Which has a higher payment. Today she told me that i signed for the higher interest rate. I recognize I take blame for this as well for not reading. But wow this is some shady stuff. I would definitely recommend not buying from them.

We purchased our Shelby Mustang 350 from out of state. Excellent customer service. Always responded to our questions and we had a lot. Our sales person Waseem was always professional and very helpful. From the initial contact, through to financing and eventual delivery of the vehicle right to my home, it was quick and easy leaving us feeling excited which is exactly how buying your dream car should be. My advice, "AVOID THEM!"*-Last update: GRAND TOTAL $10,000.00. We spent another $9000.00 fixing the truck & finally got our truck out of the diesel shop Nov 17, 23.*-Update 5/24/23We have spent $1K OOP fixing things found wrong with the truck. It has been to a GMC dealership garage several times. To date we have lost 4 weeks use of truck. It is currently sitting in a Diesel Mechanic shop.*-Bought a 2016 GMC Denali March 11th 2023. Truck ran great when test drove. (We did look under the hood, the def fill is there.) We bought it with a extended warranty and brought it home. One week later the check engine light is on, we took the truck to be serviced. It is a OLD code that had been reset. Check engine light is due to something with it being "tuned & deleted". This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. We called Rehan's today for previous owner info because the dealership garage here needs to know what kind of tune/delete was done. Guy at Rehan's states they have no way to get that info, but he suggests we have it retuned at our cost (Aprox. $500.00 he says), & refuses to assist with that cost even though they did not disclose any info that it had been tuned/deleted because in this guy's EXACT words "consumer's know when they buy a truck if i has been tuned/deleted by how it sounds". (Well this consumer did not)

Recently purchased a 2019 tesla model 3. The overall experience was pretty good purchasing the car. I came ready to buy with money and was in and out within an hour. However the car had no charger in it and I was told they would ship me one. I wasn't happy with that answer but had no other choice. Now I've sent multiple messages asking about the status of my charger since then. The salesman I used ignored my first message then refered me to his manager. He has ignored 2 messages over 2 weekdays now. Now the charger is only $230 from tesla and I will and would have purchased one if necessary from the start but was told they would provide it. Now its almost a week later and I have a car that is very inconvient to drive as I don't have a close supercharger.

I recently bought a g63 and it was a great experience. Waseem, my salesperson, was really helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. Bought my first exotic and, as you can imagine, was nervous about the entire process. Especially purchasing site unseen. They helped me source a PPI, arrange transport, and was very fair on price negotiation. Wasseem helped me out and it was a fantastic experience.

I have reached out a few times about a vehicle my fiance and I purchased a few weeks ago. Immediately after purchasing the vehicle we had it looked at by a professional mechanic where we live. They told us it hard two bad lower control arms. We were one day away from the 15 day mark. I called and let a gentleman know that this is what's going on. He said he would have a manager call me back. I never received a call. I have left a few voicemails, never a call back. Now this 12,000 vehicle won't even make it safely to our vacation. It has a bad tie rod, ball joint and lower control arms. I would really like to resolve this issue. My fiance loves the car, but we have had it under a month with all of these issues.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went with my daughter to look at cars. Had to wait an extreme amount of time for someone to help us. Took vehicle on a test drive. It was dirty inside and out. It had obviously backed into something a few times. The ac was not consistently cold. The vehicle was almost $4000 over the top price to pay a dealer according to NADA. I was told by the rude sales person that they don t negotiate price, which contradicts the great experience others have had which makes me think all the 5stars are fake customers or posted by friends. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE SHADY AF!!

worst car buying experience of all time. have a never been to a dealership that would try to rip you offering from your face. The car that we looked at had France suspension have been right before air conditioner did not work. seats did not work. there. was Eric coming in from the seals of the windshield? dry rock completely around the hatch will not open and all the guys excuse was The salesman was in charge of it all. well. he's the owner. you should be wellware of what he's buying and trying to sell in his lot and for him to tell me that it would pass inspection when he took it to his guy. quit black stickers and black tape over check. engine light and suspension issues tells me that he's going to hurt somebody.

1994 corvette. Called and asked several times what condition the car was in and what they knew about it. They confirmed on 3 separate calls it was great with no issues. I drove 2 hours each way and found a post of problems before turning the key and more after. Ac was out, roof was broken, weather strip was rotten, headlight was breaking, had gravel under it, rear hatch wouldn't open missing some interior panels, they taped over the service suspension system light, seat motors are broken on both sides. I can understand missing some things but deliberately hiding service lights when the car clearly ran hard on gravel. This is deliberately misleading and a sports car with suspension issues is a death trap. Imagine going over 100 mph and the front end floats and shakes. Easy way to KILL SOMEONE. I told them about the issues and they said they didn t know about any of them. Hard to believe when I saw tape over the service lights. These people are legit crooks and you re better off buying used or new anywhere else. This was a 94 corvette

Would not recommend buying a car here I bought a 2015 bmw m4 here this January I did not get any information of the car at all the owner don t care about anything just sells the car no information or nothing I spend over 40k in a car that I don t know any information in I needed to know if the crank hub is done and he dose not want to tell me anything or even who is past owner the car just sits I don t want to get on the car at all if I m not 100% sure if the crank hub is done. And just recently a check engine pops up and whole bunch of codes all of a sudden the car have been garage kept basically whole time I never drove crazy fast in the car or anything the car just sits now in the garage not wanting to turn on with 4 codes I spent way to much money on this car I regret buying it here and I wish for no one to buy any car here they are all junk

They do not want to sell you a car. I drove from Peoria. I and my son arrived at 5:30. The hours listed on their door say they close at 7. Sam, I believe his name was, walked by us sitting in their waiting room and didn t acknowledge us. When we were spoken to and asked if we d been helped I told the man no. He attempted to get in touch with Sam. Sam had left and didn t want to return to help us. When I explained I had driven from Peoria, and it still wasn t 6 yet I was asked to come back or go to their other store. Even though the vehicle I wanted was at this location.Lousy service.

Keith was great and so so patient. I was on a budget and test drove a lot of cars. When the one I wanted sold while I was out he found me one that I liked more at the same price. Great customer service. Will be back in the future.

First we arrived there and waited almost an hour for a sales representative. We wanted to test drive a vehicle and the gm seemed mad that we were even there. We did not feel welcome at all and there was nobody there to help you. They tried to close down the shop before 6 when we were still there and acted like we weren t even there. Told the gm we were paying cash and he seemed totally hesitant. Felt like we were putting them out being there. Does not even deserve a star.

I was looking to purchase a car from this dealer and was promised it was mechanically sound. After getting the car checked by an independent dealer it was found there were mechanical and safety items broken with the car. When I brought this to the dealers attention they told me to drive home and they would sell it to someone else. They knew I drove three hours out to pick up tge car which they felt was a good pressure tactic. I advise to avoid dealing here and if you do get an independent inspection as Raseem was very rude and untrustworthy.

They have nice inventory but the sales men weren't great. They don't know anything about their cars, and aren't willing to work with negotiations. They also didn't seem very friendly or agreeable to the customers. They had iffy service.

It's a automall all ran by same family all garbage auction cars that they never fix the right way. Also try to tell me I'm wrong i only worked for you and even when it's a employee your not on time. bad people bad cars a business I'd be disappointed to own.

Be prepared to pay about $2000 more for any car. They have theft deterrant and appearance protection packages that we were told "comes with every car they sell" when we explicitly stated we did not want them.There were minor mechanical issues with the car that we were told would be repaired and we ended up paying our own mechanics out of pocket because the dealership would not take calls, return calls, or even order the parts. We were also told that they would detail the car when we brought it back for repairs. Of course, this never happened either.They are affiliated with the Automall of Springfield, so we contacted them, and found out the parts had not been ordered, we were told they would order the parts and call us to schedule repairs, neither of which ever happened, after having the car two months now.

Contrary to other reviews I had an easy, willing to work with experience with Waseem at Rehan Motors. I appreciate it is a small family business and small dealer. He was busy at times but made sure to listen and take a test drive with me. I enjoyed the conversations, negotiation process and upfront discussions. I really ask everyone to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and give Rehan Motors a chance to provide an amazing shopping experience. I'm in no way affiliated with Rehan Motors, just a guy from STL who found a car that I wanted to trade my car in for. Btw I got top dollar for my trade. And a great car to drive home with. Thanks

Second hand review here: A member on a hellcat forum purchased a 2016 challenger sigh unseen and had tons of issues. this dealer not only took the car back, but found him another and paid shipping costs to take their car back and shipped him a better car with no markup. Dealers like this help restore faith in the buying process!!

If 0 stars were an option, this place would get that in an instant. The worst place to buy a vehicle. The whole place seemed shady, they were very rude and could care less if they sold you the vehicle or not. Also deposits to hold a vehicle until you can go see it are $1000 and are nonrefundable, which really sucks when there are issues with the car that the pictures/description don t tell you. Would never recommend going to this dealership

Still not even sure if this is a legit dealerhip. Applied for a car online and assumed someone would reach out to me. Nobody did, so I started calling the next day. It took 5 days of calling to get someone to answer. That was the 1 and only time I spoke with someone. They had no issues running my credit. Guess they only care if you want to buy an overpriced Lambo.

First off let me say that I don't know why people are complaining about a scam, it is a way to get people in for a big sale. Now that we got that out of the way!!! I worked with John primarily. I found a truck that I thought my husband would like. I brought it home for him to check out when he got off work. Mark ended up closing the deal and figured out the financing for us. We found a few issues with the truck after we took it home. I notified Mark of the issues and we stayed in constant communication to ensure everything was resolved. We have our nice new 2015 Silverado thanks to these gentlemen and the issues fixed quickly thanks to the management team. The only criticism that I have is that there were 3 open recalls on the vehicle that in my opinion should have been remedied prior to putting out on the lot for the convenience of the customer. Would I do business with them again? Yes! More than likely. Thank you John, Mark, and the Rehan team for making this purchase enjoyable and addressing our issues quickly
