Paid $950 for oxidation removal, mold removal on trim and wax of an RV. Missed over 1/3 of oxidation removal, did not remove any of the mold on the trim. Stated he couldn't see any problems from the photos I sent him, photos attached, I would need to bring it back to the shop after them having if for 2 days and them letting it leave the shop looking like this. Stated he would give a partial refund and then later refused.Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing

I recently rented a car and after picking it up realized the car was filthy. The rental car company did not have a detail crew to clean the car and there were no more rentals available. I went to Recon and was given the best and friendliest service I ve ever had. I can not recommend enough how great the service was there. They got the car so clean for me and removed stains that were probably there for months. A+ company.

Setting up an appointment was easy, they communicated well and called if they needed to clarify something. My vehicle looks brand new off the lot and I couldn t be happier. They managed to clean up some blemishes in my paint like it wasn t even there. Recon also installed some window tint and a visor strip on the windshield. Looks great!

By far the best automotive detailer! We have also had our windows tinted here and they came out perfectly. I purchased a new car and within 2 weeks took it to Recon Techs to get Tsunami 7.0 put on it. This is a wonderful product. Besides helping with UV Ray's it also helps protect from rock chips. My car has been easy to clean all winter and looks so shiny and new, it's amazing.We also had our 2006 mustang coated a few years ago (before they had Tsunami) and detailed. It looked better than new when we got it back. It was car show ready!We can't recommend Recon Techs enough.Great product + Great crew = Phenomenal resultsCassie & Jeff Langley

Derek and his team were amazing! They made my Chrysler 300 look awesome and there is nobody I trust more to have my family take their cars to. They ve done my ceramic coating for my show car and my daughters remote starts. Thanks a million for making it feel so easy.

Got two vehicles detailed and windows tinted they forgot to clean the sunroof and back window on car then the tint job was just horrible on both vehicles bubbles creases and looks like it was cut out by a kindergartner seriously. Also had a big starch in the back window and of course wasnt there fault. Would not recommend at all.Services: Auto detailing, Window tintingServices: Auto detailing, Window tinting

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.My wife had her vehicle " detailed " here and when she got it home there was a greasy film on the entire exterior of the vehicle that could not be simply wiped off. The windows inside and out had the same problem and I had to use denatured alcohol to clean them, regular glass cleaners would not work. I've been a car guy my whole life ,68 years, so I have a good idea about what a detail job should be and this was not detailed. Listed here are things that should have been done;Wax the vehicleClean the door jamsClean the wheels to remove brake dustRemove bug spater from grill and hood.In short ,you would be better off taking it to the residents of the mary bryant home for the blind and donating the money to them. You may even get a better job.

Frustrating, don't plan on an early drop off of you car. Especially if you have a high end German auto: Their key drop box slots are too small. You can't leave your keys: Couldn't keep my appointment this morning, wasted my and my wife's time: When I called Derek to tell him about the problem, he didn't seem to care to much....no apology... nothing...he said that they are working on the problem: Beware, your time means nothing to this detail shop.
