I showed up without an appointment and got in the wrong line but despite all of this they were still friendly and helpful. Side note, you need to make an appointment for an oil change unless you go on a Saturday. Oil change service with tire rotation was 40 cheaper then the quick lube places with a coupon.

Had been coming here for years. After today, no longer! Upon walk-in, for oil change/tire rotation, was told 2hrs. No problem, got a ride and came back in 2 hours. Well, 1 hr 40 mins after my return, my car was finally ready. The last hour, I was only person in waiting area. Dont want to hear about guys going to lunch, so save it. Service has gone way down hill here. Despite $25 discount for my wait, I will take future business elsewhere.

Horrible service!!!!!! Phone rings and rings. When service is done, I always seem to have an issue. Appears to be high turn over rate amongst employees. Have had so many issues with this dealership and service, I d avoid this place like the plague, and I m a lifelong Ford guy.

Called on Thursday to schedule an appointment for Saturday. I was told 9am. When I showed up for the appointment stood at the counter for almost ten minutes and then was told the appointment was not entered into the computer and there was 6 cars in line.

The job was performed okay except the person who changed the oil did not clean up the mess of oil that ran down on our car frame. Therefore when we got back home we had oil dripping on our garage floor. Had to crawl under and wipe off the frame with a rage myself. Not a happy camper.

They are very Hard to make an appt.for oil change took two weeks .they want you to leave car their all day but we live 30 miles away and don't want to sit for 3 hrs.had an appt .for oil change 1:00 was told done 3:00 not very FastService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Made an appointment and still had to wait more than two hours for the oil to be changed. Service rep tried to sell me a cabin filter and showed me a filter that was taken from another car by accident then later apologized because of the mix up. He then thought they inadvertently changed my oil when that's what I came for. I won't be back if they can't keep track of which car is getting which service.
