Really a bad experience! They broke two lug nuts on my car just for a balancing, this place is no cheap and it s so bad! keep away from them!

Don t buy tires from here , they are all most likely messed up you ll have to come back within a month or two if not sooner , and they won t take the tire back after a while so don t even try , there bad business men , and they have a crackhead working

Got a flat a few months back, needed a quick fix. I was in and out in 8 minutes and price was about half of what I expected. Waited a few months to leave the review to make sure the tire held up, and after several long road trips it is still great. Highly recommend

Gave me a bad tire , I left to go out of town and came back and tried to put tire on the car and the company I had putting it on said the plug was bad on the tire , so they sold me bad tires

have been coming here for over a year and quality/pricing has declined. bought a tire a few weeks ago and already had a plug in it that lost air within an hour and shredded on the highway. they take advantage any chance they get. be sure to discuss prices before they do any work as they like to make up whatever number they feel like. they lost an otherwise loyal customer today.

They are very hard working and probably best prices in springfield. I first met when I stopped by and he helped me fix my flat bike tire for free. These are great guys.

Good quality tires for a good price. Nice friendly service and very helpful. Just make sure that your lug nuts are tight. I had a loud banging noise coming from the back of my car 2 days after i had a set put on. I checked the tire that the noise was coming from and the lug nuts were extremely loose. The other 3 tires were tightened correctly. The experience was good other than the one tire. I would definitely go back.

Horrible used my brand new tires had the put on my rims and left there and when I got to gas station had a flat tire. Tire was fine until they touched it. Had to pay for tow truck to change my tire to doughnut. $75 dollars. Then went back to place and they were unwilling to fix what they did. They said it was my tire that was messed up. Tire had a cut now. No refund and no new. Just put the tire back into my tire car and said had a nice day. Wanted me to buy a tire from them.

They got me right in and put on a new tire while I was still in the car. It took maybe 15 minutes and it was half the price of other places in town. Can t recommend highly enough.

I had a flat tire at 3pm on a Friday and after calling multiple places they were the only people who would help me. They were very quick and have very fair pricing. I was very happy with the encounter.

Best used tires in Springfield IL. I had a tire blowout and after struggling to get my donut spare on I made my way to smile tires for a used tire. I pulled in, got my tire at an extremely a reasonable price and drove away in about 15 minutes.Great experience, will do business again!

Said tires were $20 but when I came in it was $45. Unprofessional. Is a mess inside office looks really nasty. The ceiling looks disgusting.one of the workers has a disgusting sticker on his car and is rude. It says I suchie (talking about a females parts) blew up a flat tire then sold it and put it on the car saying it was normal. I m pretty sure tires aren t supposed to be flat.

Good service and fair price. Have gotten 3 tires from them and come to find out they put 3 different sizes on each time. Only found out because now I have problem with my stabilitrack

A+++++ I tried a couple of other shops before finding Smile Tire and I m glad I did. They had the size I needed and had me back on the road in zero time flat. Awesome and friendly. Thank you guys for your great service.

Was on a hockey road trip with my 13 year old son recently. There was debris on the highway in Atlanta and somehow our tire picked up a couple of nails and was leaking on our way up to Chicago. I kept filling it with air whenever we got gas. Finally, we found Smile Tire in Springfield and they had it patched in 15 minutes for a fair price.

Two tires rotated two tires balanced and mounted all under 20 minutes with three jacks and an air impact. Theses guys aren t messing around they got right to it and for $60 who would complain?

Went in to get a brand new tire put on and they swapped it for one of their tires. Thought tire wasn't my new one verifies it when I got home when compared to new ones they were closed by then
