ZERO STARS!!!!! But it won t post until unless I put at least one. Experienced the worst customer service in my entire life.I went in in person last week Monday to order the tires. Told it would be a few days until they came in and they d call me. This past Saturday I hadn t heard back so I gave them a call. Tires were in but had not called. Regardless, I set up the appointment.When ordering the tires and setting up the appointment, I made it clear that I needed new brake pads and there s probably other issues too.Upon arrival, I mentioned brakes and the man-child employee with the earring that I worked with that morning hand wrote in the word brakes to the work order. (Note- this is not who I spoke with when ordering the tires, that employee was perfectly professional).When told that they found XYZ wrong and I d have to come back, I said I d stated clearly when ordering and setting up the appointment that I also needed brakes and may need other work so I m not happy that I have to make another appointment since it was all supposed to be done in one appointment .You know the response from the man-child? He got sassy and condescending saying how is it okay that I dare think I should get my brakes today when there are other customers also needing their brakes done who were also there to get their brakes done. And how only X tire techs were working and that s the tire business (however, I stress that it was said in a condescending rude tone and not a professional explanation). There were more rude comments but I cannot remember them because I was so mad and upset. My jaw was literally on the floor in shock trying to figure out what transpired.If they hadn t already put on the tires, I would ve refused the tires as well.No discount offered. Charged full price. I had to call my dad to deal with the guy. I m an adult- I do everything myself. I ve dealt with rude and poor service before but this was a level I never knew was possible without the person being fired on the spot. Also never thought I d have to call in reinforcement for a standard procedure.Needless to say, I am not returning. After leaving I went right to Lauterbach s and they were nice as pie and able to get me in first thing the next morning (aka today). When I arrived I decided to go get breakfast and they offered a ride to and from Charlie Parker s. Told everyone there my experience and they all agreed they also go to Lauterbach s.So now I m sitting in Lauterbach s, happy as a clam, getting my services done, being treated kindly and professionally, and ready to give them my $1,000+ business for the needed services.

I've tried numerous times to give them my service. But each time I regret it. Was supposed to get a tire replaced on my backhoe months ago. They supposedly ordered them and were going to call me. I tried calling a few times, was told they would be in, in a week. Tried calling again....nothing. They always say they will call, but never do. They'll tell you it will be done first thing in the morning, only to get to it afternoon. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The service and friendliness of staff was great on the day of service. Only 4 stars because the phones were off 6 minutes before closing at 5 pm and no one called me back the next morning. I called back around noon.

My one-stop shop for all 3 of my family s vehicles. First rate service, never tries to up-sell me on repairs I don t need. Always a pleasant experience, been going there for 20+ years.

The price was reasonable and they did the work timely as reported. My only complaint was that 40 psi was added to tire and 35 is the recommendation, yet that could have been due to weather. However, I would recommend their services

Prompt and friendly service from a trusted name. After finding out that a westside tire store with the word discount in their name was $50 a tire higher, I had Pomp's put on a set of four the same day I called them.

Owning a crane can be Tuff!!! Maintenance is so real. But at least I don t have a worry with any of my big trucks and tires !!! Thanks POMPS!!

This person I deal with is very professional and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and kept me informed during the repair process I would definitely refer other people to your business lots of times you'll see businesses take advantage of a woman that's not the case here with your people they make me feel really comfortable

When I showed up at the store. The desk clerk checked for the right size, discussed my needs and ordered the tires. When they came in,we scheduled the install. I now have four new tires with no hassle.

I was initially pleased with the service provided until one month later when I needed to remove the wheel and realized the lug nuts were so over tightened I could not remove them with my lug wrench or my 1/2 impact gun. The only way I could get the nuts off was with an 18 breaker bar with a pipe added for leverage. Furthermore they torqued my locknut so tight it broke my key. When I brought this to their attention they did not inspect the torque or offer any solutions other than paying $130/ hour to fix the problem they created. I would not recommend Pomp s Tire to anyone. Once they have your money they do not care about you.

Made an appointment for a repair a tire with slow leak. Come to find out I got the tire there so it was fixed at no cost.

I was using another tire place in Springfield but since Pomp's location is a little more convenient for me, I stopped in there one day and I am very glad I did. Excellent customer service, barely any wait and they were right on top of things! super super friendly! Highly recommended! Dave was great and explained everything very well!

They love to charge tax, and refuse to do a simple patch job. Had to go to Firestone! Stay away from this place!

Great place to go better than my last tire place there was somebody there to help me they gave me a couple options fix my tire and a timely manner and gave me a good price highly recommend this company please stop where you're going and go here.

The team at the Springfield location has always provided excellent and professional service at affordable repair cost. Dave who works upfront always provides great customer service. I have never had to bring vehicle back because it wasn't fixed right the first time as the machanics take the time to fix it right the first time. I recommend to all.

Bob and his team are GREAT. Sometimes we need quick turnarounds with our limousines and buses and Pomp s is always ready to go the extra mile to help us quickly and efficiently. Most of the time they have exactly what we need and when they don t, they get it in as soon as possible. Fair rates for amazing work. Happy to have them as a partner.

Service was friendly and fast. I can't remember her name but she answered all of my questions and found and ordered the tires I wanted. She even called back to let me know the cost of everything so that there wouldn't be any confusion! She actually saved me some money, it was such a nice change to have someone not just concerned with the business side. I will definitely return.

I needed tires, and I called a few places,but they were not in stock or had to be ordered. I called Pomp's and the tires I needed were in stock and they had a same day appointment! Everyone there was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I had my new tires on in no time. I would recommend and will go back. Thanks to all at Pomp's

I've had this place recommended to me in the past by numerous people and after coming here for a few things I have to say I'm quite impressed.Staff is professional and doesn't just tell you about an issue. They comprehensively explain it so you have an understanding of what happened, what will continue to happen, and what needs to be done.If you do choose to wait inside instead of dropping your vehicle off-- the lobby itself is clean, there is plenty of seating and even tables should you need one to do some work on a table. TV and free WiFi is also available here.All in all, Pomp's provides their customers with the best service they can, and it really shows. I'm quite picky when it comes to this field, but they have my endorsement, and I would happily endorse them here.and have even recommended them verbally to others.
