Family member in town from Iowa. Hit a chunk of tire on the interstate and messed up her lower bumper cover. They got her patched up in about an hour and back in the road, and for a respectable price. Absolutely zero run around. Will definitely be using them in the future if need be.

A complete repair of the vehicle following a deer strike. They not only did an amazing job but they were fast and keep me informed during the entire process. Furthermore they stand behind their warranty as we experienced some lingering issues as a result of the accident and they quickly made us whole. Strongly recommend this business.

Matt, Tressa & Sandy provided excellent customer service! My car was damaged while parked in a local store lot, and I was able to get in touch with Matt right away. Thankfully, he was able to come to the site and helped get my car to his shop. He then gave me a ride to pick up a rental car, which he had already reserved for me. The body shop team did high quality work in repairing my car and it looks amazing. I fully recommend Phoenix Collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would like to give Phoenix Collision my highest recommendation. I left my Honda Pilot with them to repair a fender bender. Matt was prompt with the estimate and gave a full explanation of the needed repairs. Sandy handled everything regarding the insurance. My SUV was repaired in a timely fashion. When I arrived to pick it up, it looked great on the outside and on the inside. Phoenix Collision made the whole process easy. My car got hit and had both passenger side doors badly damaged. Phoenix got me an estimate on the spot and answered my questions about repairs and how to work with insurance. They're estimate was right on the money and way better written than the shop my insurance insisted I get a quote from.Got the car back in a little over a week and their work was flawless, it looks better than before the accident! I've had work done at another body shop in town and it was a very negative experience, so I looked around for someone else this time. The entire experience with Phoenix was great from start to finish. They were friendly and helpful, competent, timely, and went out of their way to make it a smooth and pleasant experience. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about any of it. The car looks fantastic. I had planned to get the car detailed after this work was done, but they cleaned it up so nicely, inside and out, that I no longer need to. Couldn't be happier! Thanks to all of you for doing such a great job!

Several weeks ago, someone in the County Market parking lot hit my wife's Honda CR-Z in the rear bumper causing significant damage. Of course, no note was left, so we had to pay for the repair. I previously took my automobile to Phoenix for minor issues and was pleased with the service, so I brought in the CR-Z for an estimate. I was expecting $1000-1200; the estimate to repair the bumper cover was just over $900. If a new bumper cover was needed, it would cost more, but Matthew thought it likely could be repaired.Today we picked up the car, on time and at the estimated cost. I was General Manager in the 1990s of a large Springfield auto body repair shop, so I know what good repairs are. The work by Phoenix is perfect; perhaps most impressive is the spot-on paint match of our 9-year old automobile.I recommend Phoenix without any hesitation. A+Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have had two vehicles at Phoenix for body work. They did an excellent job. Always professional and done when expected. Price was reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My car was sideswiped in a hit and run incident. yet the driver actually stopped to ask if I was OK and then speed off. My car required about $4K of repair. Phoenix Collision did an AMAZING job in all ways. They worked easily with my insurance company and when I pick up my car ... It looked perfect and like new ... it was a 2009 vehicle ... inside and out ALL was GREAT.... Thank You Phoenix Collision ....Service: Body & Trim

The wonderful folks at Phoenix Collision and Automotive Refinishing were fantastic! They explained every detail involved in the repair of our vehicle and answered our myriad of questions. We were given a date range of when our vehicle would be fixed and ready for us. Our vehicle was ready a day early. Our vehicle had been fixed to "showroom new" and had even been vacuumed inside, a very nice and unexpected touch. Everyone we encountered at Phoenix was friendly and helpful. Their knowledge and expertise is evident. They care about their customers and they take immense pride in their work. You want it done right? Go to Phoenix!

Body work was fast and looks fantastic! This is the 2nd time I ve used Phoenix for body work! Will go again if needed and highly recommend to anyone. Had a front bumper replaced. They did a great job with the repair and it looks better than new. They are thorough and professional. Even though they just were replacing the bumper they went the extra mile and detailed the exterior and interior of the car! It felt so good to be driving a repaired and clean car. Pheonix personnel are kind, friendly, helpful, and great at there jobs. Their estimates are quick, concise, very reasonable, and truthful. Their work is perfect and guaranteed. Have used them at least 6 times over the last few years. Will always keep using them. Best full service body shop I have ever dealt with.

I highly recommend Phoenix Collision!! They go above and beyond to help their customers. I had hit a deer so I called my insurance to start a claim then took my car to Phoenix and they took care of everything from there. I didn t have to do anything else and they had it done when they told me it would be done and my car looked amazing inside and out.

This is absolutely the BEST Body shop in Central Illinois!!! First off after going to a competitor he saved me over 400.00. When I got my car back it was clean and beautiful again. I will be wearing my Phoenix Collision shirt everywhere I go. Purely awesome.
