The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the correct car part and even lent me a screwdriver. I joined the reward program.

I know nothing about cars so walking in here is always nerve racking I wasn t sure if they were able to assist me with putting fluid in my car (didn t know where it went and didn t have the time to watch a YouTube video) and when the cashier asked the manager (assuming that s who she was) she immediately just said No without an explanation as to why or a policy reasoning. A simple I m sorry but we unfortunately can t assist with that because of x,y,&z would ve been cool :) was able to find what I needed tho!

You guys need to hire some experienced auto people who know more than how to push buttons on the computer! very disappointing most of the time!So many things that have to be ordered in and not carried in the store!This comes from a 72 year old man who started in the auto parts business when he was 14,,, I don't think that your executives and policymakers realize how frustrating O'reilly has become in the last 5-10 years!!!

Some of the workers are a bit clueless. There is 1-2 employees there that actually know what they re talking about. They need to hire more knowledgeable staff. Came to have a check engine light code read. Then the lady proceeded to argue with me over which engine was in my car. Which is a 4cyl, she refused and said it was a 6cyl which it is not.

I always enjoy the simplicity of finding what I need when I need it. I asked one of the store associates about my windshield wipers. He was able to show me exactly how to put them on and which wipers I needed. They also had a wide selection of brands to choose from. I selected the medium dollar range and I didn't have to sacrifice quality! Thanks again O'Reilly Auto Parts, I appreciate all your help over the years.

Excellent customer service. Jason was very helpful with my license plate covers. and on the past other employees have place new windshield wipers for me. Employees have always gone above and beyond.

Horrible experience. I have little experience with working on cars. I went inside and asked for help with a fuse and was told that they can t look at cars they can only sell car parts. I thought that I could get a little more assistance with knowing what to buy. I guess I m heading out of my way to Auto Zone.

I typically HATE going to orielys becuase they usually never know what they re talking about & know nothing about cars. However today I was pleasantly supprised by Jason. Who knew so much & kindly showed us how to use ratchet straps becuase we ve never moved furniture like this. If I go to any orielys store again I will most definitely go to this one. Jason deserves a raise.

Always liked this oreilly. Bought a battery and it wont hold a charge even when it's not connected to anything. It's a premium battery just over a year old refused to warranty it because her tester is supposedly broken. Not my fault their equipment isn't working.

Windshield wiper was purchased and then replaced with the staff assistance. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Loved the knowledgeable and quick service

The staff at this store is knowledgeable. They are also extremely helpful. I'd recommend this auto parts store to anyone. The prices are also competitive.
