Not the brightest bunch of people. They kinda act like they are being inconvenienced by coming in to get a part. Some of the people are very nice and helpful but the few that suck really SUCK. If you're going to set up a commercial account, do not do it at this store, go to the one of Jefferson.

I am not a person to leave comments but I had to with this one. I went in and to get my battery and alternator tested. I explained to Rob what was going on and after both testing fine he checked my connector for my battery and it came right off. He took time to help me and replaced the part right there. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Rob you are awesome thank you so much!!

So this one is kinda 50/50. If you know what you want as far as parts.( Revised) *Don't ask for help with batteries. These guys have no clue what they are doing or just make money on battery sales. Told us we had a dead battery after testing it. Took us to the battery wall to show us the battery we needed. Good thing I had a grandpa who taught me to never take the first offer. We took it down the street to Rexx Battery and they offered to charge it for much less. Came back the next morning and the battery was fine. Still going strong 6 months later. Take it to an expert, otherwise they will try to sell you a battery if it's low or needs a charge.

Horrible customer service!! Went there and asked for bumper clips with the guy standing behind the counter on that spin cap. Didn't bother to come help me find what I needed. Such great customer service as he was just standing there. The lady working was talking very loudly and cussing. Sure felt like me the customer didn't matter to them. Asked another for help, he also didn't come to help me just said I needed to bring in a bumper clip and measure my bumper for a wrap. Then helped another customer. Was like that I wasn't even there. Not sure if I'll go back.

Awesome customer service! I always take used cars I test drive to them to check for possible codes and they never have a problem coming out doing it. They're the best.

I never have a problem here. Everyone is always nice, helps with what I need answers questions and even helps if you need assistance in putting fluids in your car.

Ask about a part (that was listed on they're website, supposedly in stock) and all he would say is they didnt have it, it was still a dealership part.I left went home ordered on Amazon for less than O'Reilly's had on they're website.I do understand online inventories are not always accurate but I felt he could have been more helpful on where else it could be found, especially since he was so sure they did not carry a part listed on O'REILLY'S website.

I stopped, while traveling, to purchase a replacement brake lamp. The staff was amazing to work with - Donald, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I need a needed a tire repair kit and the young man that helped me took me over to the aisle and showed me what they had and what's the differences were and took me back up to the register I paid for it was very happy with the the price and the service

As Parts Manager for over 20 years at t trucking dealerships. I know how to spot a good customer service skills. I had to stand at the counter on Saturday and watch a young lady Christy, (couldn't have been over 20) handle a customer in front of us and then deal with my son. She did all the right things and asked the right questions. She made the experience enjoyable.

Dealing with this business has always been a good experience. Staff is always helpful, curious and willing to provide assistance. I've had them install wiper blades to new headlight bulbs. I recommend this company.

Awesome service, we had a headlight go out. So we pull and as we are sitting the car, one of the gentleman walks by the window sees that the light is out and comes out to car and says in will be back with bulb. He comes.out and changes it for us. Awesome job guys.

My friends and I prank called and asked for blinker fluid. Even though we knew didn t exist, the guy on the other end of the line was very polite. Thank you for being so kind, sir!! This call was around 14:58 on March 1!! :) Sorry for wasting your time!

This is pretty much my go to store for anything auto parts. They are always knowledgeable here and always have what I need in stock, and in the off chance that they don't their main warehouse is at their other store just 2 miles down the road and I can pick it up there. Cant beat it!

My office is just down the street and we get most of our automotive needs there for our fleet. Very helpful staff and seems to always have what I need when I need it. What more could you ask for....cookies?Don't forget to click like if the review helps

Bought a new car battery ($200+) at the end of winter. Finally installed new battery and returned to the store with old battery to get a refund on the core charge. Come to find out the employee that sold me the battery didn't put my sale into the computer thus causing me to lose out on $18+. I give 2 stars instead of 1 only bc they were able to give me a $10 store credit for a recycled battery.

Douglas at the dirksen store in springfield was awesome tonight. Wiper ripped while I was driving home and when I got to the store, he offered to put them on for me as soon as I checked out. Regardless of the fact that it is cold and rainy, he came out and replaced my wiper for me in no time and had me back on my way. This is why I always come to this store.
