Aaron White (Manager), Marquis Robinson (Assistant Manager), and Tim Brancecum (Technician) are a great team. They stayed upon later than usual so my family would have a safe drive to New Orleans.

I am very satisfied with my experience at this Midas service center. Aaron and everyone in the shop are a great team and knowledgeable at their positions.I had a full brake inspection done on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. With complete transparency on the work being done, no hidden or extra fees, and worked with me on a reasonable and affordable price. They even went the extra mile and changed my oil and replaced a broken caliper pin free of charge!Now, my brakes are working perfect and I'll be returning here for any future maintenance or issues. Solid work!

OUTSTANDING customer service!!! The assistant manager, Marquis Robinson, was friendly, polite, empathetic, but most importantly, helpful. He helped us find a solution to get our truck safely back on the road that wouldn't break the bank. The technicians were great, too! Fast and professional, they got our truck repaired quickly. I have every confidence in the team at the Midas on Stevenson Drive and the work they do.

Was a beautiful experience, had caught a nail in my tire and went there to get it removed, the ambiance of the place is beautiful, warm and friendly employees. The manager Aaron White such a pleasant man. They did it for free as well. I will recommend this anytime any day

I had such a great experience with Midas. I took my kids to Springfield for a night away over the weekend. My car would not start the next morning. They were able to get my car in right away. Figure out the problem and get us on our way quickly at a decent price. Aaron was such a great help!

I recently had my 2019 Nissan Murano serviced here because I wanted to ensure that the items that needed addressing, according to my local dealership (transmission, coolant, brake fluid flush, and rear brake pads), were indeed needed. From the moment I made the appointment to when I had my service done, I found the staff to be highly knowledgeable, friendly, and explanatory. The service staff took my service recommendations from my dealership and compared them to my factory maintenance schedule. Not every recommendation noted from the dealership was needed at my current millage. The service staff took the extra step and even showed me the condition of my brake pads in person. Since the overall cost was a concern, they even explained what could and could not wait, provided me with a thorough repair estimate, and even gave me a coupon to help. The Midas team in Springfield has earned my business from now on.

Aaron got me in right away I needed a new muffler he found me a couple of discounts which was definitely a fair price very friendly folks they took great care of my car I highly recommend this place they found more issues so I took the car back and they fixed everything that was wrong in a very timely manner

My husband came in with his 4G eclipse and the heat shield wasn t on properly. They were able to remove the heat shield so fast and they were all so so nice about it. I HIGHLY recommend this place . AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I came in today to get brakes and rotors fixed and i must say, wow they are truly great here. I was treated like family, and Aaron is extremely professional and great at his job. Ask for him when you come you won't be disappointed. You guys rock.

At first Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car issues. However, once my vehicle was returned back to me, my check engine light was on. My vehicle had a heating problem which they advised a water pump had to be replaced. After replacing my water pump and heat started to work, my vehicle started to misfire. Aaron told us to bring the vehicle back, so they can figure out what s wrong. This company is a complete scam! My car is driving horrible after I left it in their hands and they gauged the prices of the labor and the parts to get the most money out of me and my warranty company. I have to spend hundreds of dollars of my own money just to get my car back the way it was before Midas ever touched my vehicle. I strongly recommend using another auto shop besides Midas for your vehicle repairs because they are not honest and Aaron isn t professional when it s time to deal with an unhappy customer. I would never use them again!!!

This was my first time visiting a Midas shop and it s going to be my go to now for sure! The service was awesome, I loved how they were able to show me pictures of the faulty parts and explained what each part did and how it was supposed to look. Everyone was super friendly and they gave me a great price and I hardly had to wait that long. Highly recommend!

I came in to Midas last minute for a bad wheel bearing. Aaron and Marquis both were so helpful, and even found the time to install a new sensor for me. Never a bad experience with these guys!

How and where do I begin? I came into Midas, on Stevenson Drive to see if they could help me with some stabilizer end links. Not knowing what to expect, I was hoping not to be hit with a huge repair quote/bill. Thankfully, Aaron, Nae and Marquis(sp?) were able to set me straight, get me in for a repair to hold my vehicle over, and set me up with another time to come in and have the rest of my vehicles issues corrected. They also allowed me the options of what to replace and when, and made some suggestions on other repairs my vehicle needed. This was reassuring because it let me know they actually took the time to go over my vehicle and see what needed fixed now, and what could wait to make it safe for transportation. I appreciate this facility and would recommend anyone go here for your repair needs to basic maintenance. They do a lot more than just tires and oil changes, and I am confident in their ability to complete these larger tasks due to the knowledge of the crew working here.~Josiah S.

My Jeep has been having problems for a long time. I paid a lot of money to the dealer and it didn't go away. I found Midas open on Saturday after school so I stopped by. My Jeep has healed perfectly. I appreciate their kindness and skill. I recommend this shop if you are in Springfield.

Called to get my car looked at due to a heat shield falling down. They got me right away looked at the problem, fixed it on the spot. Best thing, they did not charge me for the work. Totally the best service I've had in a long time.

Update to my last reviewMy last and final experience with this guys was heartbreaking. I nearly got a heart attack.I was totally wrong on my last review about them but I later got to realize their way of making customers spent recklessly.I was at their Adlai Stevenson shop to complain of some noise at my rear. They conducted their usual inspections and came out with an estimate of about $1400.I asked they fix it only to notice after that there is another noise from the front and the one I complained of has gone worse.I went there the second day to complain, I was shocked when they came out with another estimate of about $4000 that my rear-end is damaged.The question I have been asking is why didn't the first inspection reveal this. Why did I spent about $1500 and the main issue I complained of never resolved.I was smart to leave the shop for another shop where I fixed the whole issue for less than $100They said they will call me for that terrible customer service but they never did. LolI learned a lesson but in a hard way.

Very- Very Through. Tim B looks like he is a very efficient mechanic . Aaron White did his Very Best to get me an excellent price. Considering the cost I incurred, it was very considerate of him to work me out a great final price.
