We made our appointment via phone and sent photos to Brandon of the damage to our coach. He set a schedule for us that accommodated our needs. He completed the work in two days rather than 3. I am the Maintenance Director at a Senior Care Facility in Springfield. Our Shuttle Van was damaged and we needed a new rear bumper, reflector lights, and door handle installed. I took our Van to two different repair sites and was told my best option was to go to MBC. I did so and spoke with Brandon. He had a repair bid to me a few hours later. This was my first time using MBC Collision. These guys are very professional very knowledgeable Mike tried to walk me through some of the issues might have been why my camper slide would not extend. After trying what Mike suggested it didn't work, so I brought my camper in for repair which was done quickly and professionally highly recommend. Brandon was quick to greet me when I arrived and offered assistance with unhitching the trailer. Will definitely use this business again!!!Service: Electrical

We couldn t be happier with the quality of work done by MBC Collision on our 2020 Grand Design RV! They had to replace the entire back wall including the exterior ladder and rear window. Although it took quite a while to receive the materials from Grand Design they were professional, patient, understanding, and wonderful to work with. Our RV was in great hands! We had damage to our camper from November 2021. We couldn t find a single business that could fix our problems. We called MBC, they told us to bring the camper in so they could take a look. Not only we re they able to fix the camper, but their dedication and customer service were out of this world. Debbie put up with me calling weekly for updates and was so kind each time I called. The shop manager, the technicians, the entire MBC team did an outstanding job. Awesome customer service when we dropped 5th wheel off for repairs. super nice and friendly. very helpful and they do excellent work. had my 5th wheel repaired in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend.

Dealing with Brandon at MBC had me comfortable that my camper was in good hands from minute one. Less than two weeks later I had it back and you d never know where the damage was. Communication with me was great. Communication between the shop and my insurance company was great. While I hope I never sustain camper body damage again, if I do I ll rest easy knowing I can take it back to the pros at MBC.

They always try to schedule me in as quick as they can. Quality work at a fair price. Help is always professional and very detail minded. The owner Brandon is hands on at the business and is a nice guy. I have only good things to say about MBC Collison! If you need work on your camper or Rv, MBC is the only place to go. You can be rest assured that you will be glad you did!

MBC collision replaced the windshield and repaired some body damage to our Motorhome. Most places would require you to bring your Mororhome by their place of business but they came to our home. When they came by I had an estimate back to myself and the insurance company quickly. When the Motorhome was taken in they updated us constantly every step of the way and did a great job on the repairs. It is great to see a business put customers first in every aspect of their business.Service: Body & Trim

Took our 5th wheel camper in for an estimate on some body damage repair on 11/18/20. Brandon was very informative, polite and helpful and it sounds like they can get at it pretty quickly. So far our experience has been very positive and will post updates after work is done.

This is the third time I ve had work done by MBC. Each time they ve been accurate on their estimates and realistic on the repairs (i.e. timeline, what can and can t be done, suggestions for alternatives, etc.). The staff are friendly and easy to work with, too. I ll be coming back for custom work but, hopefully, not any repairs if people would stop hitting my truck! LolServices: Painting, Body & Trim

MBC Collision repaired our roof on our 2018 travel trailer after it was punctured by a tree limb. They worked with our insurance to get us the best price. They did all the work with our agent, which freed up our time to deal with the damage to our home.The work performed was excellent. We could not tell the roof had been replaced.

I'd recommend MBC for RV work.Brandon and his team delivered fast and reasonably priced service.Dropped of my RV for a refrigerator issue and it was repaired and ready the next morning! AWESOME job MBC, especially during a very busy time of year. See you in a few weeks for some body work.

I cannot walk. I called Jason to see if they could help. After I explained the circumstances, he said they could. I called Brandon on the day it was going to freeze and he said he could send the guys in the afternoon to winterize my camper. We meet them at the location of the camper. They were very helpful and nice. They have always been nice to us.

Passing through from out of town, trailer i was pulling had a broken bolt on the leaf spring. Stopped at this shop they drilled out the old bolt, had it fixed and was back on the road twenty minutes later..This is a good CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL shop.
