First I was priced for a dark ceramic tint that blocks heat out of the vehicle 300! Then when I showed up the guy there said he was the owner and for ceramic tint that does what I want by being dark and blocking the heat it would coast 467! I said the guy on the phone told me 300 cash! he said I talked to his employee that he wasn t there and he thinks he was stealing from him so the price is higher! Even tho I called the owner on his personal cell phone! He said he forgot it at the shop and his worker answered it and price is higher! But he would sell me a better tint it was a Carbon tint to block out the heat and be super dark so people couldn t see me in the vehicle! I said I don t want to feel the heat inside the vehicle and I want it dark he said carbon is better than ceramic for that so I left the vehicle so he could do it that night and it would be done! He called me later and said he wouldn t do it that night and would do i it first thing tomorrow. I did some research on the brand of tint he said he was going to use to make sure it was better than the Ceramic tint I wanted and then found out it s not Better and didn t even block any heat out! I called him first thing in the morning and he said I only have one window left and he made a call to Suntek about the tint and I m getting last night and it s the best tint that would block the most heat out of the vehicle! I called Suntek directly and ask them about the film they said the Carbon film doesn t block any heat that ceramic is the better film and the carbon 18 tint is their cheaper tint! So he used the cheapest carbon they have and charged me for the most expensive! I got quoted 300 from multiple places for the standard carbon tint he used! He up charged me from the start and didn t even use the good tint! He lied and then cheated me! To add insult on top he did damages to the film installing it and tried to say it was a scratch on the glass it s not it s wrinkled and scratches on the film itself! I have damaged to my vehicle as well and he didn t clean up the spray that ran all over inside my vehicle either just let it dry all over my panels and run inside the door panels! The plastic pieces he took off you will see the damage to it and the paint Prying them off! Not including the other scratches on the body panels from him rubbing his tools against the inside of my van or his body! Don t go here he lied about what film he used then thinks you can t figure it out when u look it up! Not to mention you immediately know the difference with the film blocking the heat out! Then he demanded cash only for the job while holding your vehicle ransom saying you pay for my labor you don t pay for the tint! I m sure he s bait and switched the tint with others! The proof is on my vehicle test the glass for heat reduction same as the cheap tint on my other vehicle! Go somewhere honest!

Luech was wonderful to work with! He helped me understand the difference between all of the tint styles available and was very patient with me while I was trying to make a decision. He communicated with me throughout the tinting process, which I really appreciated because I was nervous about the end result and was worried about whether I went too dark or too light. He did a great job, and my windows are perfect- nice and dark with really great heat protection!Services: Privacy window films, Window tinting

I just bought a new (to me) Jeep Wrangler and was itching to have the windows tinted. I was referred to Luech Kustoms by a few friends of mine so I called to check pricing. By stroke of luck, he was able to work me in on the same day! That was wonderful. He actually tinted my windows while I waited. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. We chatted about Jeeps while he was working. I went with the higher-grade tints and they look fantastic. They are a near-perfect match to my factory rear window tint. He also gave me guidelines about how long the tint takes to 'heal' and how to properly clean them. Overall, I would definitely recommend to have your tints done there!

Luech was super nice and accommodating. I showed up just asking some questions and he squeezed me in the same day. Had my front two windows tinted. Quick and easy. Shop was nice and the quality is outstanding. Will be returning and would recommend!Service: Window tintingService: Window tinting

Told him my budget, then was quoted for double that priceWas told to drop off vehicle that night so I did(I use it for work) and instead of starting it the next day like I was told, he was out of town(that was Thursday night I dropped off)And I had to get stuff out the vehicle for work, texted him he said he'd be there Friday, and wasn't, then Monday and wasn't, then Tuesday, and I waited out side from the time he opened I waited 1 whole hour(missing work to do this) so I could get the stuff and he never showed upHe finally calls me 2 hours later and says he's been there all morning( complete lie obviously because I was there)And says he's been calling me all morning( only called me after I sent a nasty message , I checked the logs I had 0 missed calls from him) then finally at the end of the week I get my vehicle back, was charged double my estimated price, and he didn't fix anything, although claiming he tried to, and spent way more hours then quoted, but after his other lies I highly doubt itSo in the end I missed work money, lost 1.5 thousand dollars, and got my vehicle back with nothing fixed so I still can't drive it even 2 weeks laterDudes extremely nice and a good guy, and knowledgeable, but chronic liar and overpriced as hell, will never be back and I wouldn't recommend using his services to anybody at all, avoid itJust a terrible experience all around and I still have to pay someone else thousands to fix the problem I initially brought to himNormally never leave bad reviews but this was just the worst experience I've ever hadAnd I can't get a refund, so thanks for thatEdit: he did call me and he has resolved my issue, or offered an alternative so big props for that I appreciate it immensely , very respectableMy original criticisms still stand but that definitely made a more positive impact, and I appreciate it, a good guy no doubt!

I have gone by their shop twice on 2 different Saturdays and no one is ever there. I ring and ring the bell but no one ever answers. It s a shame you loose business before you can even get it. Customer service is NON existent!!! The hours posted on the door and their websites lol a bunch of lies. Don t waste your time here.

When I got my 2007 Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor, my detailer recommended Luech to me to have my windows tinted. He did a perfect job. The tint has never had any problems, close to one and a half years, looks great. I would recommend his work to anyone. Great Job! Thanks.

Mr. Luech is VERY knowledgeable. Extremely helpful. And an all around down to earth guy. Install went as planned and he went above and beyond to ensure the upmost professional appearance of his installs. Soooo glad i decided to have him do my install! Definitely worth the money and wouldn't hesitate for a second to have him do any future upgrade installs. No other locally owned and ran shop in town can compete with his knowledge and capabilities.

Went into the establishment and was recommended to get my car radio and speakers replaced. The owner wanted me to purchase his merchandise that he sold in the establishment so he gave me a estimate and we made the appointment paying a appointment fee . Thought that was weird but whatever. Fast forward, found cheaper radio and speakers somewhere else and called to ask how much for just the installation and labor. He said $140.00, so of course I was eager to have my radio back working again and I gave him the money up front ( my mistake). The next day drop off my car and I get a phone call that my door was not closing and he also said he couldn t do the work because he think it needed a amplifier. When I go up there the inside panel of my driver side door was hanging off and the door was definitely not closing, window wouldn t work properly, just completely taken apart. I m not sure how he blamed me for my door being messed up but he did and refused to give me my money back or pay for the door. Mind you, in order to change the front speakers, he didn t have to remove my door panel it just pops out. I called calmly and gave him ample time to provide me with a solution to a problem that he caused but to no avail. So not only did I leave there with the job not done but I also had to get my own car fixed after he damaged it. I definitely would not and have not recommended this company to anyone. I also put a similar review on his company s Facebook page and he deleted it so no one will know how he conducts business.

Took me for 600, let my car sit for a week and never tinted my windows, had to go to another shop. That s why I say u are dishonest, because you are phony and the sad thing is that you don t even realize it.Service: Decorative window tintingService: Decorative window tinting

Luech is a swell guy. Gave me a good deal and knew what he was talking about. I came in looking for some 6x9's and an flux capacitor amplifier. He got me all set up and one swell of a deal. I'm now living loud and not stuck in the past.

I came here to get a couple 12 subwoofers installed in my Chrysler 300 luech Worked after hours on the spot until 10 o clock at night getting the new system installed and is even meeting me today on off hours for minor upgrade. Definitely a satisfied customer. Very knowledgeable and right to the point.

I contacted Luech Kustoms because a friend recommended their business for tinting my windows. When I contacted the business, I spoke with the owner. The owner told me my truck would cost $185.00 to be tinted completely around including the strip. I went into the business to speak with the owner again to clarify what it will cost to tint my windows in person and possibly setup an appointment. I told the owner I wanted my windows tinted completely around and the strip across the front window. The owner gave me a quote of $185.00 in his office (which is what he told me over the phone) but then things got confusing! I was charged an additional fee for setting up an appointment and Sales Tax which brought the total to $225.00. I still felt okay with the price and agreed to have him tint my windows.He told me there is a 5% deposit to secure and guarantee the appointment. I assured the owner it was not a problem and gave him $40 cash when he should have only received $11.25. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and still going to have him tint my windows. I stayed around and he showed me his vehicles to gain knowledge of the services and possible customization he could do in the future to my truck.Before leaving, the owner asked me what all I wanted tinted again and the percent I want on each window. I thought this was slightly weird because we had discussed this multiple times and over the phone. I told the owner I wanted the back window, all four doors, and the strip tinted. He proceeded to tell me, I did not charge you for the strip and that is an additional $40.00! So, my quote went from $185.00 originally to $265.00!I contacted the owner today and cancelled my appointment. I was told he already printed out the tint and I would lose my deposit. I told him I did not believe he printed it out already but that is okay. I told him he still owes me money because I gave him more than the 5% he requested down. He told me I am out that money and not getting it back!Horrible experience over all! If you are going to keep my deposit than give me the $29.00 back you did NOTHING to earn. I will sacrifice the 5%, which should have been $11.00, or the $11.25 (politically correct amount) to go elsewhere and have my windows tinted. Overall, I might be out a few dollars but hopefully others gain from my loss!!! Go across the street to Street Art!This guy! So obviously I just go around handing people $40 cash because money grows in my backyard. I have received texts from the owners stating there is no such thing as a 5% deposit but he did not hesitate to tell me in his office 5% which is why I had to run to the ATM. Then I gave him $40 cash and now he is saying there is a $27 nonrefundable deposit when scheduling online. Then give me my $13 back that you never needed in the first place, be a man stick to your original agreement, and stop calling me names via internet and text!

He had to fix my tint after screw up from another local tint shop. Price has always been fair and competitive. Ceramic is definitely the way to go!! Highly recommended

I drove 2 hours to bring 2 XS powered batteries that they wanted to buy. The owner had me sit for 3 hours for them to tell me they didn t have the money. Agreed to send it later that day but ignored my calls and never came in contact.

Out with the old and in within the new. This guy has the passion it takes in this industry to turn your transportation from a chore into a place of entertainment to where you actually look forward to your daily commute. He keeps up on the industries latest innovations by goring to the CES show in Vegas and following the industry closely. These other guys in town are just not on his level. If you want an installer to give you the latest and greatest in mobile electronics you're in good hands with Luech. They also do window tinting and a variety of other services.
