Law Automotive is truly the only shop I trust in town. My wife s Kia decided to not start randomly one Saturday. The issue was obviously not the battery and it wasn t making any grinding sounds when you tried to turn it over.I called Monday and they said we could drop it off there on Monday, but due to workload they may not get to it until Tuesday. They ended up getting it diagnosed and fixed on Monday by 2pm (car was taken there 8AM that same day). They didn t try to over sell me anything, they just fixed the car and did what I asked. They are truly a Springfield gem.

With the holidays so close, I was very upset that my car decided to break down on me. Law Automotive got my car in quickly. They fixed me up the very same day. Best service and prices in Springfield. Extremely friendly and comforting. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them! my car runs better than it has in years. Thank you Law Automotive!!!

I m always so pleased with any service performed by Law Automotive and have used them for over 10 years. I had originally had my car with another business 3 different times for brake repair & still wasn t fixed. Was referred to Law Automotive and once & done, it was fixed properly. I ve been with them ever since. Always honest, dependable, thorough and very trustworthy. Chris is always so upfront, knowledgeable and very pleasant.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Quick and friendly service. Our van was in for brakes, but they alerted us to a cracked strut that they saw while working on the brakes from an incident a few years ago. They took care of all of the issues and the van is running great now.

Knew I had quite a few issues but not sure what they were. They did a wonderful job of assessing and finding everything and then also communicating it with me. They gave their recommendations for what they d do and what they d wait to have done until it was necessary to keep my costs down. Zero signs of any of the issues I was noticing before I took it in and all the solutions I was hoping for are there. Completely transparent, extremely dependable (and quick) service, and would trust them with any vehicle. Can t recommend enough.

They are honest as the day is long. Chris is absolutely the best! He even remembered without me reminding him about the Veteran discount because after all he's a fellow Veteran. I am up here from Florida and am beyond thrilled that I found LAW Automotive.

Took my car in for an initial brake pad change. $2,200 later and 2 weeks out my brakes are grinding already after hearing "your pads are just fine". I'm under the impression they fix ANYTHING they can and charge even more than the estimate. I can't believe I went in for something and I STILL have that issue after paying so much. I thought these guys were honest, but I'll go somewhere else from here on out.

Customer since 2019 and always had great service. Recently had my car aligned with Law. They told me they couldn't align my rear wheels and quoted me $900 control arms. I tested their theory and took my car to Toyota, in which they aligned the car perfectly and DID NOT advise $900 control arms. Law charged me $100 instead of $130. So they shaved $30 off and tried to charge me $900 for a problem Toyota solved for $100. I felt ill-advised receiving a $900 quote for, again, something Toyota fixed for $100. MAYBE Law loosened up the bolts for Toyota, still does not support their $900 thesis. Ive never left that shop feeling unsatisfied until now, I will be taking my business else where.

We recently moved to Springfield and when my daughters jeep started having issues I had to find a new shop to take it to. I asked some friends who they recommend and Law Automotive was mentioned a couple times. I figured they were close to home and I had heard good things so why not try them out. I called and spoke with Chris and he was able to get us in quickly. He called with the bad news that it was a fuel injector that needed replaced. He recommended that we replace all while we were doing it. I agreed. He ordered parts. Parts did take longer than expected to come in but Chris called me daily with updates as he was a little upset that they were taking longer than expected. I assured him that I understood and very much appreciated his open communication! He was seriously the nicest guy! We will definitely be back for maintenance and any issues that arise. Best Auto shop to exist. Superior in knowledge, reliable in repairs, never overcharge or try to get you to fix things you dont really need. Fast and friendly. I wouldnt waste my time or money at any other shop!

Stacy was very patient and honest about the issues that were going on with my 2015 Volkswagen. She was specific about the problems and explained how they were affecting the engine, As well the temperature changes in the heater. Although I was a bit nervous about the estimate of everything. Stacy reassured me that I would have to pay half of what I can afford and then set up a new schedule for the rest. Overall, I would recommend that you get your car fixed with them, they re great at their jobs. It s inexpensive but it s worth it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine tuning
