Honest and reliable. This place is the best in town! They take care of you and get your vehicle in the best working condition! I have bought tires from them, get regular oil changes here and recently I thought I had a problem with my transmission but after they added a little transmission fluid and replace the spark plugs my car is running like new!! So greatful for these guys. Also I thought I needed a full transmission flush because another place just trying to get money from me told me I needed it but these guys informed me that there is no schedule on my vehicle for a transmission flush it just needs to be checked every 40,000 miles. Also they used the dealership transmission fluid that is specific for my car not just any random fluid! This all really gained my trust and now I will never go anywhere else!!

They put my tire on a new rim after checking it. They could have easily told me that I ruined the tire. I did hit a pothole hard enough to dent the rim quite significantly. Another good visit today 2/22/24

I needed an emergency serpentine belt replaced quickly. They were able to install a new belt within a couple hours.The owner even offered to drive me back to work! (After I dropped car off)Excellent service!!

Disappointed in my experience with Lauterbach Tire today. Brought my truck in at 10 am for brake squeak that had been ongoing since they did my brakes in December. I could tell it wasn t a priority as it could potentially be a non paying fix job. I wasn t prepared for the 5 hour wait that ended with me going up to the counter just to be told that the mechanic drove it and couldn t find anything. Then went to lunch with the idea that they would try again after they got back from lunch . Over an hour later. I told the guy at the counter I had to pick up my kids from school and he was completely indifferent to getting me fixed. Didn t offer to reschedule, no apology or even and explanation as to why they didn t tell me an hour earlier what was going on. Evidentially business is good and they don t need mine. It s a shame because we ve been going there for many years and I have 3 children who will eventually have cars of their own. Time to find a different place.

My tire pressure was low on all 4 tires. They aired them up and had me on my way in minutes. I called Green Subaru as I have a Forester. They refused. Said they were too busy.

So I had my wheel bearing replaced. They were the cheapest in town and they did a great job. Also got my tire replaced for about 20$ cheaper than i would have at some of the other used places in town not to mention, It was a really nice tire. My car drives great the customer service was great. These guys know what they are doing.

I've had all of my vehicles and my families vehicles serviced here at Lauterbach. From simple oil changes and tires to having AC work and recently rebuilding the rear axel on my truck. Every single visit has been a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff combined with affordable, solid craftsmanship. I highly recommend Lauterbach for your automotive needs.

Disappointed! I have purchased two full sets of tires from Lauterbach and received very poor service under their "warranty." Twice they have quickly filled tires that should have been repaired and sent me on my way, and twice recently they have tightened lug nuts -- once on each vehicle -- so tightly that when one of those fairly new tires went completely flat, we couldn't change it ourselves. Warranty or not, I'm changing shops.

Best mechanics in Springfield. Mark and Brian are great guys. Friendly,professional and great service. Have had a lot of trouble lately with my truck and these guys have gave me fair prices with quality work. I would recommend them in an instant.

Great experience and would recommend to friends and family. I took a used car to get looked at before purchasing and they went through all of the details, let me see under the car, gave us pointers on on what to look for when purchasing used vehicles and told us which dealership to look out for. 10/10 would recommend working with these guys and will return if I come back to Springfield to buy a car. Thanks guys!

Came here to get my front brakes replaced and have them look over my entire car to make sure everything was running properly. They replaced my brakes, changed my oil, and did a couple other minor fixes all for a very reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly and work was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning.

A rare gem for car service facility! Very fair and no price gouging. They tell you the problem, discuss the problem, and tell you if it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I bought a vehicle a few weeks ago and brought it in for a look over prior to me moving out of state. Lauderbach was highly recommended by my father. I Was given a quote on a battery and brakes. Was told everything else looked good. Within 20 minutes of leaving the shop it over heats. I bring it back in and spend over 500 hundred dollars to leave with my vehicle still over heating!!!

I have been using Lauterbach for every car for the last 20 years. They have never steered me wrong. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are safe and cared for. My business now uses them for all the vehicles in our fleet.

I'm new to town and needed a tire shop for work on my vehicles. I looked at all the local tire stores. Lauterbach was responsive to my questions. Their prices were competitive and beat the internet price I'd found for the tires I wanted. Service was first rate. The Lauterbach brothers were friendly and helpful. I'm really satisfied with the tires, wheels and alignment on my truck. I also had new tires and service on my Toyota. Everything was entirely satisfactory. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire and service needs.

If you're not going to Lauterbach for your repairs, what are you even doing with your life?Went in about a month ago due to some noises coming from my wheel area. They repaired it and i went on my way. Last week, the same noise came back. I called them up and they said if it was the same issue from the same part, it would be covered under their warranty. Just got the bill for $0.00. Seriously, a repair shop that treats you like a human.Then to top it off, when i asked, one of the guys brought out the broken part to explain what was wrong and showed me how it worked.This is not my first positive experience with these guys, and I doubt it will be my last.

Not pleased with today's experience. Have used Lauderbach tire quite a bit in the past. Have actually chosen them over or tire places even though Lauderbach was more expensive the service was worth it. Because of my word of mouth on their outstanding service, my mother and uncle began using their service as well. But after today I almost guarantee they will not anymore. Haven't been to Lauderbach for about a year. Showed up today at 4:53 with a hole in my tire that I had just discovered at the gas station a couple of blocks away. Went inside and they refused my service. The man who claimed to be the manager said his technicians were done for the day. You see I understand it was close to closing time but not closing time or even past closing time. I was not seeking four new tires and an alignment just a simple plug put in the hole that was steady leaking air out of my tire and going flat. Was offered some air to get me down to Firestone. As I was leaving one of the techs said he would do it but it wasn't his call. I mean way to go above and beyond for your customers Lauderbach! 20 minutes max to plug a hole in the tire with not a car in the garage.

Fast friendly service at a reasonable price. Had front end alignment on my 250 Ford truck. Took a little less than an hour.

WARNING: Lauterbach failed to align my car and abused it during the test drives all CAUGHT ON DASHCAM. The tech didn't know how to drive a manual (stick shift) and constantly slipped the clutch and grind gears. Proof? Search the video: lauterbach can't align or drive stick shift. I tried calling, emailing, and even reaching out to owner Mark on FB but nothing. I just want my money back for the terrible service I received. This place is a joke. Tells me somethings wrong and i pay 1200 to fix it and i get my car back and it does that same thing it did b4 and it has no transmission fluid or antifreeze when i got an oil change ..so i call them and they say its something else of course that they missed and most of it is stuff I've gotten fixed b4 there i have the receipts to everything . I m never taking my car back there again I wasted 1200 dollars for it to do the same damn thing . And everytime I would go something ela would be wrong

Skilled mechanics. I like that they keep in touch as they're working. Unfortunately, the "Service Engine Soon" light came back on less than a week after I had $1000 worth of work done. I give up... I'm buying a new(er) car!

Quoted me 37 dollars a tire for mount and disposal, then changed the price after completion. Not how business should be done.
