I had a horrible experience here. My car needs a new tie rod. This was found out while my car was still on warranty. Ford service department said they were waiting on parts, so I waited. I would call and check back and they were still waiting. Then all of a sudden they have no record of any of this. So my car still needed a new tie rod. Except for now the warranty has expired. Ford tells me they will take care of it for no charge. Well I just found out my tie rod never got fixed. They just told me that it was. They also had my car for several days.

Chris and his team did a great job for me. The repair was complete faster than anticipated and they communicated with me every step of the way. The icing on the cake was the delivery of my car once it was fixed. Thanks!

Very poor communication and service. I will never buy a vehicle at landmark just because of the service deptartment
