Super pleased with the service we received from Jeff in sales and Troy in financing! My husband and I had our two little ones with us and Jeff was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process! Also super friendly with the kids!Troy was very pleasant to work with in financing! One of the best experiences I ve had when buying a car!

I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I walked in and Mr. Chad Ginder was my saving grace. He listened to what I needed in a vehicle and kept my tight budget in mind. He found the perfect match for me and my family. The finance department worked to find the best loan option for me. I will never deal with another dealership. Hands down best effortless car buying experience.

This was my first time buying a new vehicle, and buying a vehicle all by myself. Evan L. made the process smooth and painless. I had tons of questions, and he patiently answered all of them. I wasn t treated like a dumb-girl (like some places do), and they didn t try to scam me out of money (like some places do because I am a female and went through the process without a male with me). Landmark and Evan L. will continue to be my go-to place for my vehicles!

If only a negative rating was an option... I brought my Wrangler in for service after some weird shifting and the check engine light turning on. At first I was very thankful that even though there were no appointments available in the next few days, the service advisor Kathy told me to bring it in a few days later and she would get it worked in. I was understanding that without an appointment I couldn't expect it to be a super quick turn around. Once my Jeep was dropped off, any consideration from the staff was completely out the door. There was absolutely no effort at communication, sometimes I would have to call 6+ times and leave multiple messages before I could get an answer, and at that it was a brief text not even a phone call. It took 9... NINE... business days before the issue was even diagnosed. I'm no mechanic but that seems pretty asinine to me. Once diagnosed a part was ordered and I was informed via text the turn around time on shipping was 5-6 days. I waited a week (now we're at the 2.5 week mark) to call and check on the status of the part. At that time I was told that both the service advisor and the tech were out and that if I wanted any kind of update I myself would have to call and check with parts and then ask parts to transfer me to a different service advisor to see if they could maybe tell me a status. I'm not sure why all of that was my responsibility, but parts didn't answer so it didn't matter much from there. The next day when I called to check I was told the part hadn't yet come and that it was set to arrive the next day, Thursday, and work would start immediately and should be done by the end of the day. When I called Thursday afternoon to check the status I was told by Kathy that the tech was working on it right that moment. She told me she would call me back to let me know if it would be done by the end of the day. Imagine my surprise when she called me back only to tell me that the work hadn't even been started, no mention of the fact that she had obviously lied to me on the previous call not 5 minutes earlier when she said that he was in the middle of working on it. I was assured that it would be started first thing Friday morning, zero acknowledgement of the delay or dishonesty, no surprise at this point. Friday upon calling midafternoon to ensure it had been started, as promised the day before, and see when I could come collect my vehicle, I was informed that both Kathy was out that day and someone tried to take my name and number to have Kathy call me back the following day. I declined and demanded to speak to someone else. At this point I was advised that the tech was also out, and again, the work had not begun. At this point I demanded to speak to a supervisor so I could recount the dishonesty, lack of communication, and blatant lack of decency. Monday morning, three weeks to the day after dropping my vehicle off, I was informed that work had finally been started and my vehicle should be ready by end of day. I received a call Monday afternoon that the work was complete but it would need to be kept another night to complete more test drives. Finally the following day I picked up my vehicle. When Kathy, the service advisor I had been dealing with for 3+ weeks, whose boss I had a very frank conversation with retrieved my keys and took my payment for my extended warranty deductible, not a single word was said about the time it took, the dishonesty, nor the absolute lack of communication. It will be out of pure desperation before I ever step foot on or near this joke of an establishment again, and I will not soon forget to remind everyone I know with a brand of vehicle under the Landmark umbrella just how absolutely atrocious their staff and customer service is.

Walking in I knew that I was probably going to be exchanging cars that day. And still I felt the pressure and the process you have there. I spoke with one sales person immediately after speaking with the shop manager. I was there to have my car looked at, but was told no and that I would have to wait at least a month. She was happy when I said that I was thinking about a trade-in. I was immediately handed off to Aaron who took me directly to , your newest employee on the sales floor. Learning that the car I was looking for was not available, we looked at other options. Once I settled on some thing I was interested in, there was no more discussion it was about selling the car to me and all the talk that goes along with that. They never told me what financing percentage I was going to be receiving. They never told me the total price of the car. The car itself was. detailed and I received it with no floor mats the windows were dirty and they put a half of a tank of gas in it. Since detailed it to what I would imagine a paid employee would be expected to do at the very least. I was handed off and handed off and handed off to sales people before going in with the finance person. I felt pressure from the moment I walked in the office. We were not going to discuss terms we were there to sign. And a $22K car turned into a $33K car. I never received a follow up call from any of the sales people. I was told I would be taken care of. Someone who says they recognized me there. When I bought my Chrysler 200 from your company, Martin Johnson took excellent care of me, and I was satisfied with most of the process then. This experience was much different.

We had an excellent experience at Landmark. Something that stood out right away was that when we got out of our car, we were asked if we were there to see someone specific rather than be hounded immediately. I d highly recommend asking for Joe Dunning.l as your salesman. He is knowledge, honest, and asks the right questions to try to find you what you re looking for. We walked away with an amazing vehicle at a very reasonable price. Couldn t be happier. We ll be going back when it s time to trade in our other vehicle.

I worked with Adam K. He's an expert at his job and is just a super nice guy. I gave him all the features that were must haves for me. Adam showed me a car that I never in a million years would have looked at on my own. He went above and beyond and helped me pick MY perfect car for a fair price. The finance team were there to help get me the best rate, period. Landmark has a great warranty and a huge selection of cars to choose from. Thanks again Adam!

Super Frustrating!!! I took my Jeep in for a passenger airbag recall. I initially noticed a plastic vent trim piece left in the tray above the radio. No problem, I snapped it back in. Later, I noticed a gap in the trim. After further examination, I found that they lost the screw that attaches the tray above the radio. I revisited the dealership to acquire a replacement screw. I'm not certain that it's related. I spent my Saturday taking the dash apart to try to fix the trim. It didn't take long to find some errors. One nut was tightened without the bracket under it. Another nut wasn't tightened all of the way down because it was cross threaded. It's hard to believe that a mechanic could make so many mistakes! Hopefully their other mechanics do better. Good luck!!!

If I could give this place negative 100 stars I would without a doubt!! Do NOT ever buy a car from this dealership. Even Hyundai is better than this and they are the worst. I bought a 2016 Chrysler Pacifica in 2019. I have this car serviced with this dealership (the one I bought it from) regularly. I call them at the end of November to say the check engine light is on. I m told, sorry we are busy we can t get you in until 12/22. I make the appointment anyway because I need my car fixed. It doesn t start on 12/18 so I have to towed to the company. They don t look at until the 21st and then tell me the engine is bad, and it needs a new engine. This .on a car that they have serviced from the beginning and only has 94,000 miles ion it. Would this still be a problem if they got it in earlier?! They tell me they have to tear it down and have the warranty company come out to inspect. I call every few days for 5 weeks and 2 days, and they haven t even torn it down yet. Finally, they give me something to drive after my 4 year old needs staples, and I have to find a freaking ride to pick him up!!! They let me know the inspector is on the way. Here it is Feb 16th, and they need a 2nd more professional inspector and they want the car they loaned me back!! They tell me the warranty company will cover a rental for 7 days and after that I m on my own. They are now blaming the warranty company when they had it for 6 weeks before tearing it down!! The manager told me that it s the cost of having a car like paying for gas or oil changes. Are you freaking kidding me!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. Let's go through the list:1. Bought used car with understanding that it would be detailed and paint issues would be addressed.2. Went to pick up car when assured that the work had been done. Dealership used one of those paint pens you get at a car part store to paint in a large area of paint that was missing. Looked like someone had squirted whiteout on the area. Other dings not addressed. Car, despite my being assured it had been detailed, was still filthy. Dirt on floor mats. Goo in cupholders. Seats were grimy.3. Salesperson asked who sold the car to us, then proceeded to talk about how "f-ing stupid that salesman was," and that the salesman who sold the car didn't know anything. Also, agreed that the paint "touch-up" looked like :"sh--" (his words).4. Same salesman walking around in showroom cussing loudly on his phone.5. Sales showroom had a jumble of furniture taking up a good chunk of the floor. Seems that someone was having an estate sale, so they just piled the furniture with price tags on sticky notes in the showroom next to a $107K Jeep Grand Wagoneer.6. Assured care would be steam cleaned and paint addressed. Paint issues were partially addressed. Pointed out that the Took delivery to find out that the seats had not been steam cleaned. Detailer said the water coming out of the seats when he worked on it was black.7. Called multiple times to find out why I did not get a title. No calls back. The purchase was in November, yet did not get title until end of January. The entire experience was horrible, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The dealership could not even be bothered to change an air filter (which was filled with dirt) or change the oil. I've bought at least 4 cars over the years from Landmark, mostly from the Ford side of the business which seems to operate professionally. This portion of the business failed to meet minimum standards for service/satisfaction. Does Chrysler like having flea markets in their showrooms?

Had a very good buying experience. My salesman, Anthony Clark, was great. I like how they gave me a list of vehicles that I could get so I wasn't wasting my time on too much browsing the lot. I would definitely recommend.

Adam K was very kind, considerate and helpful. Helped us to see that we needed to upgrade and we are very thankful for his efforts in making it happen. He is great at his job!!! Especially appreciated that he was patient and not pushy!! Also found the other employees to be kind, considerate and helpful. Will most definitely recommend Landmark Jeep Chrysler and Adam K. Thank you!!Since we have bought our vehicles have called several times to get service for one of our vehicles and we left several calls with no response also a couple of times when we did get someone they said we needed to get ahold of someone else, which we ve tried to contact with no response. So far not happy with their service.

My Charger tire sensors were still registering the pressures correctly but the tire light has been on. Drove an hour because they said they could fix it for the diagnostic fee. When I picked it up, within a few miles the light came back on. Called on the way home and they said to bring it back for a second look, which I did. Picked it up and they charged a second diagnostic fee. I told them I didn t feel I should pay the fee again because they didn t fix it the first time. I was told they would only waive if it s the same technician and a different technician worked on the car. I reluctantly paid. I got across Springfield and then the light came back on. I called and they said to bring it back and they wouldn t charge a diagnostic fee. I dropped it off again and later got a call that they thought it was the aftermarket sensors and quoted me $760 but also said that they couldn t guarantee that would even work. If they replaced and sensors didn t work, I was out the money. I told them I ve driven three times one hour each way, so was there anything they could do on price? They could reduce by 10%. I told them I couldn t justify paying the $760 when it may not even work so just quit working and we would pick it up. Ok, this so far while annoying wasn t the worst part. When we went to pick up the car, no balance due so took the keys to get the car. I found their car dealership For Sale sign sticker glued in the window of the car with As Is No Warranty checked. There were personal items in the car- including the garage door opener on the visor, it was clearly not a sale vehicle. I went in and asked if that was supposed to be a joke. He said, oh that must be a mistake . Unacceptable. When I drove off, I found that all my Bluetooth connections were all deleted. From my experience, I will not take a vehicle for service there nor will I buy a car from there since I don t know if they have the rights to sell the vehicle legitimately.I gave one star only because NO stars was not an option. Do not recommend.

Great attention to the problem I was having with a tire. A screw was found in the tire causing a slow leak. A new tire has been ordered. I really thank everybody who helped me from the minute I walked, drove into the bay till I was on my way back to my office. KUDOS.

Buyer Beware...No one actually listened to me when I talked. I stated I wanted a small car as I traveled for work and needed something good on gas and was told I was only approved for an suv which gave me 22 mpgI stated when I applied that i needed a payment not to extend $500 month and my payment ended up being $269 every 2 weeks. Then i stated I only had either $50] cash to put down or a vehicle to trsde in and was told that would be fine but I ended up giving the vehicle and $500 and then had to give the bank another $700 that I wasnt informed of until it was time to make the payment. Then the vehicle they sold me for $19000, i found after the fact at another dealership for $9700So thats on me cuz I should of priced the vehicle before agreeing to buy it but I was in a desperate situation at the time and they knew that and took advantage of me.Oh and then i was late on making te first half of the deposit to the bank and Landmark called me and said if I didnt return the vehicle that day, they were goimg to call and report it stolen instead of having compassion and understanding that i just needed 3 more days to make the payment. This was on a Friday and I just needed an extension to Monday and i was only due that day so I wasnt even late making the payment. I just didnt have the money that day so instesd of ignoring them, i called and wxplained my situation to them. All they care about there is themselves making a sale so they can get that commission and screw the customer. Its a damn shame they do working average people like this.

My friend Chip posted a picture of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition on facebook and I fell in love with it. I was very happy with my black 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I told Chip if he could get me a sweet deal on the red one that was sitting on their lot I would consider trading. At 11:00 am on Wednesday I sent Chip my information and by 5:00 pm that same day I was signing the papers on a Red 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys !!I really had no intentions of trading my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me an awesome deal that I could not pass up ! My salesman, Troy Minton, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about this Jeep. This purchase was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. If you are looking to buy a new or used automobile, I highly recommend you do business with Landmark Automotive Group. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Voucher offer is fraud. You arrive for appointment thinking you qualify for a purchase based on qualifications of the voucher. Not true. The rules change once you're seated with a salesman

I got my car worked on and then a new problem came up as soon as they turned the vehicle back on. I have asked if they could check the cables to make sure that possibly wasn't the issue. They have been so rude about it. I even asked to speak to the manager and got told he was not in. I asked to leave a message and the lady just went on about how it couldn't even be related. Im not saying it couldn't be a coincidence but all I was trying to do was ask if they could double check. They changed my brake booster which they are claiming is by my tire but Isringhausen tells me it is in the far back right close by the dash right by my auxiliary batterie. Instead of them saying bring it by and we can check real quick they have been rude and that really sucks because I had the best car buying experience there and wanted to continue going there.

I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler, didn't want to pay full price for a new one and after visiting several other dealerships in central Illinois, I ended my search at Landmark Chrysler Jeep. My salesman Aaron Phillips actually found the perfect SAHARA Jeep Wrangler at an unbeatable price. I asked a lot of questions and am more than comfortable with my purchase decision. Within 2 hours I had the keys and was on my way.

Appalling mechanic work, and extremely slow.Ended up getting charged over half a grand to fix my Jeep which only was towed in having a problem starting.... after paying them in full, my vehicle broke down again completely two days after driving it off the service lot.Brought it back in and waited 3 more weeks without a vehicle while it sat in their shop..... they finally told me my engine was 'destroyed' and needed to be fully replaced- for another $4500!So I paid $600 basically for nothing, NOTHING.... and will have to tow it back home. That is if they didn't wreck my engine. No loaner car, stranded a month with no transportation..... calls/messages ignored by managers, and when they do talk to you its nothing but lies. Worst mistake taking my Jeep there for service, ever!
