Horrible follow up care when you sell a lemon to unsuspecting people who are trusting you, basically with their money and the lives in the vehicle you sell them. I am so disappointed in the customer care when we discovered a major problem with the vehicle 230 miles after purchase, not even 48 hours after leaving your store. Would not recommend based on our experience.

We went to look at a car they had advertised. When we got there they hadn't received the car yet and weren't sure when they were going to get it. We asked to drive a car they had on the lot and to have our trade appraised. We were told that the manager didn't have time but when we decided on a car, he would run the numbers then. It shouldn't matter what car we want to buy, ours is worth what it's worth. We walked away.

I have had two bad experiences with Landmark Cadillac service department, and I won t be coming here again to have my car serviced. On the first occasion, they overfilled my transmission fluid and I nearly crashed my car on the highway when it started overheating due to that. I had to bring my car back twice (after the initial service) for them to finally determine the problem.I brought it back recently for an oil change, when they noticed my oil leaking and had to make a major repair. After having it four days, they finally gave it back to me (and almost forgot to do a tire alignment too) and it wasn t an hour later before the check engine light was on. I ended up having to take it to a different repair place to have it checked because Landmark couldn t fit me in before I had to leave. It s believed to be a sensor issue, but it was something flagged before the car was returned to me and not checked because the light went out and they thought it was fixed.The only reason I gave this review two stars as opposed to one because my service advisor Diana was kind and understanding, so the service I received from her was good. Overall I m disappointed, especially considering that I bought my car from Landmark, as did all my family members. I will be discouraging others from coming here in the future for sure.

Was meeting my wife here to drop her Cadillac SRX off for service. I arrived early and decided to browse the lot Che king out the inventory. I was greeted by Greg Squires a salesperson asking if he could answer any questions. I joking replied no the wife is getting her vehicle serviced and I was just wasting time. I commented you cannot buy a vehicle in Springfield. Greg replied you can here. So after some casual talk my wife arrived. Small conversation amongst us about my conversation with Greg. Well we walked across the lot towards the building when a certain Cadillac caught my wife's eye. Well I don't need to continue this story, we bought the car that night. I also had a great lengthy conversation with the General Manager Tim Grunder, really nice guy. So my wife is the proud owner of a beautiful new Cadillac. Thanks to Greg Squires for proving me wrong.

The salesman was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. After the sale had been made I came back several times with concerns regarding the vehicle. The salesman took these concerns seriously and went on a test ride with me. I returned two more times and his colleague who was covering took a test ride with me and later a test ride by himself. In the end my concerns were resolved. The following day the salesman returned to me a cd I had left in the player and a credit card I had lost. Altogether a more than satisfactory experience.

jeff was the best salesman I have ever used and I recommend him to anyone he take his time and helps u compared to any other sales out there that says " they work for you" jeff is the best and take his time to work with you

Very friendly, salesmen didn't try pushing to buy a more expensive vehicle. Honest when I had questions and answered with I can find out rather then lie or say I don't know. Only reason I bought here and not from a person was the staff.

It was a great experience. This is the first car I ve ever bought on my own. Darrin was amazing. They got me approved. I was in and out in no time I got the car I wanted. Thank you for a great experience and when I m ready to upgrade to a new car. This will be the first place I go to!

Due to health changes, it became necessary to trade our Cadillac cts (which we bought here and loved) in for a more user friendly mini van. They listened to our needs and helped get us the perfect vehicle! Special shout out to salesman, David Lane; and F&I manager, Todd Henry. Thanks for everything!

We had no idea going into the dealer today that we were really considering buying a new car, but Cameron changed that for us!! He was so helpful and we bought an suv that we absolutely love. I m so happy I put my trust in my salesman Cameron to find the perfect car for me. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. No one was pushy and my voice was heard when I came to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I m beyond happy with choosing Landmark Mitsubishi to help me with my car needs.

Today was my last time bringing my vehicle in for maintenance. This is my second time in a row bringing the vehicle in for service and not being a happy customer when leaving. Staff are friendly enough, but communication is poor and pricing is astronomical. After years of being faithful to Landmark Cadillac, I m done with poor treatment!!

Disappointed with communication from dealership when our vehicle broke down. Towed it there on Saturday. We called on Wednesday to check up and we're told what needed to be fixed and told they were ordering part and would be fixed next day. We came back through springfield on Saturday and car not fixed and no communication that part did not come in. Called again on Tuesday and left message with no call back from dealership. Had to call again and was told part was in and it would be fixed that afternoon. Finally got call from dealership that vehicle was fixed Wednesday. When selling the vehicle to them we were told that since our hub caps were scratched they would have to replace them as cadillac is held to a higher standard. Too bad they do not hold themselves to that high standard for communication.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I went on Saturday and pulled up in the parking lot. The sales man was outside and never came up to us. He was smoking and looking at his phone. We started walking towards him and he still wouldn t acknowledge us. We walked into the dealership and stood there for a good minute while another lady was on her phone. I finally got frustrated and said thanks for all of your help to which she replied you are welcome . We ended up working with a sales person from the Jeep dealership and ended up buying the actual car from him. I called today to speak to the general manager and never got a call back. I would suggest if you want good service take your $ somewhere else

We went to multiple car lots and when we came to landmark the sales man (Gregory) was amazing! Customer service was great! The finance guy was amazing as well. Great people to work with! Definitely will be going back for future purchases.

The only help we received was from our sales representative. 15 minutes tops to discuss the most important information and left in the dark. Lied to and manipulated. Put 5,000 down and none of that got taken off the loan. In fact they raised the price every time we turned our backs. Supposed to pay 17000 and now have to pay almost 25000. Seems like a lot for just (fees). Even told us that we would be at a local bank and sent us to a back across the country. What a joke. Will never recommend this place to anyone. If zero stars were possible you'd be it. Not to mention they said if we tried to take it back for being unpleasant with their service we were told it would be considered repossession.
