We received excellent care and speed of service from the auto department in this store. They were helpful with getting the tires we needed/wanted and very informative about warranties, cost, and any other information we asked about. The ability to make an appointment with them was very nice as well. I highly recommend them.

Literally no help. From out of state and starter went out at gas station. I called and informed them I was having it towed to Knox knolls lot. The gentleman on the phone told me not only could he not work on it but didn t even have room on the lot. I asked when he might get it in and he said roughly 2.5 weeks. He was polite, and he was very friendly. But this review is for the company. I just think they are losing customers when I need a simple starter replacement and I can t even have my vehicle towed there when it breaks down at the gas pump.

Wonderful experience! Dropped my car off after hours and Steve called me back the next morning having fixed the immediate problem and let me know my options going forward. He politely answered all of my questions and seemed very trustworthy. Even though this location is out of my way I will certainly be returning next time I need work done.Service: Brake service & repair

This is my dad s experience: A shout out to Knox Knolls auto care.They went over and above to fix our van.2005 Toyota Sienna. The ABS regulator went bad. NO brakes when that happens. The part they needed has apparently always had issues although ours has worked fine up to now.These 2005 regulators were so much of a problem that Toyota stopped making them.There were only (2) spares in the entire country.The first din t work. The second fixed the problem.Their diligence $$aved me from having to buy a newer vehicle for my son.We have used Knox Knolls Autocare for several years on all our vehicles and I really appreciate their service.

I have been going to this location for years. This is the BEST car service center in the U.S.A. There is no place as righteous as these guys. The team members here are honest and good people. They won t tear up your car for their own personal gain. They do what s right when nobody is looking. You can trust this shop for all of your car s needs. I was in a situation that left me with an inoperable car in the middle of the street. After getting a tow to Knox Knolls and showing up with 0 announcement after hours, I explained the situation to Steve Edwards and he was incredibly accommodating for the circumstances. He had a lot full of cars and still went out of his way to contact me. He let me know how much everything would cost, what else was on the horizon, and how long it'd take. Very kind manager, very helpful shop, absolutely recommend.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Been in twice. They're efficient, communicate well about expectations, and do good work. My biggest gripe was it took a couple weeks to get an appointment the second time but I can't be mad that they're keeping busy and was very glad to get in. Absolutely plan to go back again.

Great service, nice people. Broke down 200+ miles from home, had my car towed here after hours, they got me back on the road the next day for a great price. Quality all around.

I called three times last week inquiring on prices for break pads. They seemed nice and respectable so on my third call I set up an appointment. The gentleman said they were available 6/20/16 at 2 p.m. I repeated this appointment time back to him to ensure I had the correct information and that date/time was accurate. I went to my appointment on that date and the man looked at me like I was crazy. He rudely stated that there was no appointment scheduled for anyone with that last name so he asked what I needed. I said my appointment was for new break pads. He then stated that he would not have scheduled an appointment for that at 2 in the afternoon so I stated I wouldn't have left work if I didn't have an appointment set up! He then asked if I could leave my car overnight. Of course I am not leaving my car with rude individuals that can't even write down their appointment times. My business and money will go to someone who knows what they are doing!

I had good service for years, but different now that it's under new ownership. I beg anyone to get a second opinion before having any thing. I just got a bid for brakes that is 500 cheaper so I now question their honesty. Beware

Called in advance and was told that I could come in and get a nail out of a tire quickly. I asked if they were busy and the guy on the phone said come on in it's first come first serve.Once I arrived the person at the desk stated he doesn't open until 8 despite the sign saying 7am. He also said they were booked and would have to set an appointment for a simple tire plug. He made it seem like I was mistaken but I had the store number on my recent phone call records.I've been going to this location for 20 years and they never have done me like that before. I will not ever go back.The best part is its a simple fix. You wouldn't even have to remove the tire to get the nail out as it's easily accessed by turning the wheel. I would have removed it myself but it was a company vehicle and my company wouldn't let me. Easy money they turned away.

Was told by AAA man who jumped my car that battery would have to be replaced as it would only get me to one location & not start again. Took car to Knox Knolls Autocare for the first time, and Steve told me it was 100%fine. Appreciate the honesty.

I have been going for over 20 years..Brakes, tires, tows, you name it..They do good solid work and explain the charges before the work is done..Several tows over the years and always there within 2o minutes.Quality work at affordable prices.

I don't know why other reviews keep saying "the new owners". It has been owned by the same man for close to 20 years. They had to change the name from Wilkersons Shell to Knox Knolls Autocare but it is still owned by the same guy. Like any shop, the prices are cheaper on some things and higher on others. They will fix your car properly however, and that is worth a lot.

My uncle owns this business now and honestly his prices may be a little crazy and sometimes they may be a little rude but not on purpose the same ppl work everyday of the week and as far as me and my uncle we dont much get along but i will.assure u if u get ur vehicle fixed by them u will be impressed they really do go above and beyond to make sure u and ur family are safe

Steve Brian Kevin and Bob have always been assertive, informative, friendly and fast everytime I come in for service....they have done everything from fuel and oil changes to major repairs on our family vehicles....thanks for everything guys u r indeed trustworthy and respectable auto mecanics
