Steve did a great job of explaining what the problem was and how it would be fixed, John did an excellent job repairing my truck.They definitely have a repeat customer with me.

Went in yesterday to check on an alignment, they pulled the car on the rack to verify condition of suspension parts first. After replacing a few items (I do my own work) brought it back and they were able to get it in and done perfectly same day. Talking with the techs, they seem very knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone for full job or even just the final touches like an alignment.

Johnson &Johnson is my go to for an car related issues not only for my personal cars but my business too! Kevin and his staff are always knowledgeable and happy to help with any issues or questions! They are honest and very reasonable when it comes to price! I recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic!

Brought a vehicle in with the brakes working just to have my wheels aligned and tires rotated. Ended up leaving with a snapped brake line and no offer to repair it. Just told me I have to pay full price and it's not their fault. I don't recommend anyone using them for anything.

Took my truck in for a death wobble they had it for 3 days just for them to tell me they aren't going to work on it and that I installed my lateral bars wrong on my axel but took It over to Schultz cause they deal specifically with diesel and it is at there shop right now and the mechanic told me I did nothing wrong and that i installed them exactly how they would have so for Johnson and johnson to to tell me I installed them wrong I will not bring any business to them ever again

Worst body shop I have ever been to. They negligently test drove my vehicle and completely snapped a line. They did not offer to fix anything and told me I would have to pay full price for them to fix it even though it happened in their possession. I understand things happen but they didn't even try to make it right. 0 stars

Brought a vehicle in to get tires rotated and they snapped my breakline. They should have never let me leave with the vehicle like that. What if I would have killed someone being that they completely snapped my brake line and then told me they weren't liable for it. Terrible business.

From the moment I called for my appointment until I picked up my car Carolyn was very professional and worked to accommodate my needs. They provided a vehicle for me to get to and from work. They also let me know if that wasn't available they could get me there themselves. Although I don't live in town, I do believe I will use their services again. This is a great friendly family-owned business. If you love dogs you'll love If you love dogs you'll love the fact that they have theirs with them in the office !Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Brought a vehicle in to get fixed and ended up having a line snap in their possession and didn't do anything to try and help making this right. They told me they weren't liable and they weren't going to help with anything or do any discounts. Wouldn't recommend for anyone for anything.

It took me a long time to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I'm so glad I finally did. Kevin Johnson and his crew have integrity and won't try to sell you on things you don't need. Been taking my vehicles there for years and recommend them to everyone. Can't say enough good things about them.

Highly recommend!I called this evening to inquire about availability regarding appointments or walk ins. They are appointment only but asked what issues I was having. I ve been filling up my tire every day for the past 5 days or so and it goes flat each day. They told me to come by and they d see me. I was in and out in no time and the owners were so kind and welcoming! Military friendly as well! Definitely coming back here if I need any other work done while in Springfield.Service: Tires

Kevin and his crew were fantastic! They took me home after I dropped my car off and picked me up when it was done. Kevin called to get an OK before starting any work and to keep me updated on the progress. The charges for the amount of work they did was more than fair. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

We were traveling from Chicago to KC for Thanksgiving when our oil pressure essentially disappeared and the car starting making a very bad sound. We were directed by another auto shop to go to Johnson and Johnson, and I am so glad we were. Kevin and Carolyn were both so helpful and accommodating.Unfortunately, after Kevin and his techs looked at it, they determined the car was toast (i.e. wasn't worth the money to fix it), but Carolyn found that Hertz would have a rental for us if we wanted, Kevin drove me over to Hertz personally and waited to make sure I would get the rental, and Carolyn collected our information and is now helping us dispose of the car remotely. She also helped keep my wife and kids sane while I was gone for an hour getting the rental car.These people are just fantastic and deserve all the business you can give them!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great place to have your car inspected if you plan to purchase a new car. They are honest in their opinions about the car you're about to buy. Priced very well, excellent customer service and a clean place to sit while you wait!

Great service! They seem to really care. I have been going there for many years with both of my cars and always do what is necessary to get me back on the road. They don't fix things without discussing it with me first. Highly recommended!

Awesome folks. In from out of town, Kevin and his crew got us in and out to check my battery, which I thought it was maybe a problem with my alternator, but they were efficient and professional and very kind. Would definitely recommend Johnson & Johnson!

I was road tripping my way back to Texas when my car died on me on Interstate 55. The tow truck driver was kind enough to take me to 2 other repair shops, that were too busy to help, before Kevin agreed to wait for us and take a look at my Stratus (it was past normal hours). I was able to leave my car there overnight and they got to it first thing in the morning. Turns out it was my my timing belt, which is what I was afraid of. Not having a lot of time or money, I asked if they would be able to get to it and get it fixed by the next day. They were very understanding of the situation and were more than happy to accommodate us. Thankfully they were able to fix it and it only delayed my road trip by a day and a half. They even sent somebody to pick us up from the hotel we were at and brought us back to the shop when the car was ready! For as unfortunate and inconvenient it is to break down in an unfamiliar area, breaking down a few miles from Johnson & Johnson turned out to be best case scenario. Great work and top notch service!

My car broke down in Springfield IL and I had it towed to Johnson & Johnson Auto Services. They were able to work it into their schedule and get it back up and running that day. The price was very fair (they could have taken advantage of the situation since I don't live in the area). If I did live in Springfield, this would be my car repair shop based on my experience. *****Highly Recommended*****My Girlfriends 1995 Jeep YJ 2.5L after 270,000+ miles decided it was going to fail on her trip to Michigan and Pennsylvania from Mesa, Arizona.She ended up at Johnson and Johnson Auto Service Center. I found their customer service to be great! I was updated on engine ordering and progress throughout. The engine and clutch replacement was priced fairly.Very Happy!Thanks,Jeff & Dawn

I was driving with my buddy down to Missouri from Champaign IL and we heard a pop and then got some major drag on our rear right tire. We took it here and within 20 minutes they took care of us and found out the back plate of the wheel rusted off and was grinding on the axel so he fixed it and we were on our way. He insisted on no charge since we were a couple of college kids. Amazing service, great atmosphere, friendly helpful service!

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond. Had a leak in my tire and even though they were quite busy, they worked me in. HIGHLY recommend them!!
