Fast, friendly service! Called Monday and they worked out a good time for me to drop off the car Tuesday. Got the estimate that day, dropped the car off Thursday evening and Friday they changed the throttle body and oil and got the car back to me Friday afternoon! They were very good about getting it done quickly, working around my schedule and at a reasonable price!

I couldn t figure out how to fix my windshield wiper arm. I didn t know anyone to help me. Everywhere I went said I needed either a new nut or the thread was off. After going to several places on a rainy day, I was referred to this place. Not only did he just come out and fix my windshield wiper, but he was also very generous. Now I won t go anywhere else but here for every auto need I have. When people are just helpful out of the kindness of their heart- they deserve the best to come their way. It may have been a small thing for anyone else, but it was a huge deal for me. I appreciate this guy so much. Thanks again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

On my way home from Springfield to Indiana,Right rear turn signal goes out!Went to Auto Zone - they had the bulb, but couldn't do the labor.Called car dealership - minimum 2 hour wait.Stopped by RJL (recommended by Auto Zone) - within minutes of stopping, my vehicle was being worked on!!! Misleading,no communication,will not return calls. No updates. Lies on when car will be done. If you have schedule to meet dont relie on this service. Unprofessional business.

Terrific Mechanic! Super friendly, experienced, and the prices are incredible. This is by far Springfield best overall mechanic. Old school mechanic that has no issue putting in parts that you bring to him, he s honest. For any repair needs, he s the only mechanic I ll go to.

A belt on my car broke on my through Springfield as I was heading to Chicago. JLR got me in on short notice and had me in and out that afternoon. I highly recommend. Great shop with very friendly people!

I am from out of town and my radiator cracked. The auto shop repaired it on a Saturday and ended up staying overtime to finish the job. Thank you again
