Joe Istringhausen has truly set the standard for professionalism and courtesy is his industry. He quickly responded to my request to set up a test drive. He greeted me and my family with the utmost hospitality. He answered every question I had (which were many), which is so important when making a substantial purchase like a Porsche. He allowed both my wife and I to test drive multiple trims and models. He was thorough and accommodating and never made me feel like he was lurking over my shoulder, nor resentful of my presence. I truly felt like I was strolling around the garage of a close friend, showing me his collection of beautiful Porches. I have purchased many vehicles, new and used, from many different brands and dealers, and I can say emphatically, without hesitation, this is truly the best car experience I have ever had. Excellent dealership, first time buyer. My brother purchased a car from this dealership and salesman, Brian Mitchell. He is a class act and worked well with us. I was just looking, instead, I ended up purchasing it.

Overpriced and dishonest.Will attempt to fix a problem and charge you for no reason.Wont listen if you inform them something didn't solve a problem.You'd have a better experience at Peoria and no it will not cost you extra. Here is how:- Get goodsam yearly plan- Use goodsam to tow long and short distance- It covers towing any vehicle you own at no extra cost (Its even better than your insurance, very affordable)Isrignhausen do better and do things the honest way.

Porsche service is a scam here. They ll give you the run around. You re going to pay $300 minimum just for them to tell you that a job wasn t done right the first time by a Porsche dealership. Won t ever be buying a Porsche again and if you re smart, you won t either.

There are regular car dealers and then there are dealers that are a step above the rest. Isringhausen fits in to the category of dealers that soar above the competition. I couldn t be more pleased with my entire buying experience with Joe and the entire team at Isringhausen Porsche. The transaction was easy and smooth every step of the way. Not only did I get what I needed on my trade, but I also received first class treatment as soon as I walked in the door of the showroom. Having driven 3 hours from Naperville to Springfield, Joe and team had me in and out of there in record time and back on the road heading home. The 2023 Macan GTS was beautifully prepped and Joe was kind enough to outfit us with Porsche swag. They understand their customers and spec their cars the right way with features the buyer needs. First class all around, and I look forward to being one of their customers for many years to come. Cheers.

If you own a Porsche this is the place to take it. After saving money at another shop that was not qualified they fixed it correctly. Zac is top notch in the service dept and I won t be taking my car anywhere else in the future.

Really disappointed by lack of customer service here. I took my Porsche in 3 times for air condition, oil gauge, and a couple other simple repairs. Unfortunately when I came to pick it up, the oil light was still on and the air conditioner only part-time working. This wouldn't normally be a big deal to me but when I called the service manager, he hung up on me and the manager won't return my calls. The poor customer service and management of this facility is not up to Porsche standards. I would not recommend buying from this facility at all.

Joe Isringhausen quickly replied to internet interest in a Targa and handled the smallest of details like they were the largest. In addition, he provided snappy communication on a multiple of intetactions. I haven't really dealt with anybody else there but if you are looking for a sales person to handle your needs quickly and professionally he would be somebody I would surely recommend! A+ rating from me!

With ridiculous markups on all models, other Porsche dealers only markup on 911.
