I had a great experience buying my new Mercedes. Mike Carver was my sales person. Mike made the whole process fun and easy. I will say though, I already knew I wanted the car. I just got lucky to find it from a good Mercedes dealer.Thank you for such a nice experience!Andy Fields

We brought our Sprinter in for service and Andrew at the desk did an excellent job of explaining the repairs. The tech team did a great job of completing the repairs in a timely manner.

Everyone at Isringhausen has been friendly and courteous throughout this experience. I want to thank Mike Carver for his time and patience with me. He explained the technology part of the car in detail. Often having to explain it to me more than once. Bless his heart.

Had a terrific experience dealing with my salesman Mike Carver and Isringhausen Imports. From my first call Mike Carver was 100% on top of everything. No games , just strait talk and got my deal done. Mike took care of everything over the phone and I flew in the next day to pick it up. Mike had everything ready and I was in and out in no time. Unfortunately I have to give this place a 1 star. We flew in to pick up a E43 AMG with under 7K miles that we reserved.However, after test driving and looking at it with their mechanic, it had major issues with it. Such as rust, major scrapped rim, and mechanic said the rotors needed to be fully replaced.Long story short they offered only $1K off and I would have to due my own repairs! I agreed to take that liability if they will mail me the brake rotors like they proposed initially. But they would not due that.Also car has a major vibration while brakingThe car had a few more issues so I had to walk away but that s sad that they treat their customers without any understanding or consideration . After all we flew in to buy it after the sales rep said the car is in Mint and NEW condition!Be very careful with this place.

This is the second Certified Mercedes Benz that I have purchased from Isringhausen. Both were delivered to my St. Louis location promptly and Mike Carver was professional and responsive. I would buy another from them!

Isringhausen s Service Department is outstanding. We were traveling through the area and had an emergency issue with our Mercedes Sprinter based motorhome. We arrived late in the afternoon. Rather than say they couldn t fit us in until the next day, Andrew in the Service Department immediately helped us. The technician started working on the problem right away and accurately diagnosed our problem. It took several hours to repair, forcing their team to stay after hours to fix our vehicle and get us back on the road the same day. Everyone on their staff were friendly and helpful. They competently fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable fee, with no extra charges due to keeping the team overtime. We were clearly at their mercy, but they stepped up to resolve our problem and didn t overcharge us or take advantage of us at all. Thanks for being so outstanding, and we re sorry we have kept you so late that night, Andrew!
