Great experience purchasing a BMW from Isringhausen. We purchased car without seeing it physically first so was of course a bit apprehensive. However, from initial inquiry to delivery of the 540i everyone at Isringhausen went out of their way to make it a great experience and delivered on tight timing. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase again given our experience.

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Within a few hours every thing was wrapped up, and Jeff was a pleasure to work with. the car was delivered on time and, as expected, it was beautiful and perfect. I will definitely consider buying another car from Isringhausen Imports in the future :)

With our lease quickly approaching, finding inventory for any of the vehicles we were considering was challenging. Even finding a similar model to touch or test drive was nearly impossible. Our selection process narrowed down to Volvo and BMW. Isringhausen has ample inventory of generously appointed option for both brands in every model to consider. Their customer service is second to none. Every member of their team made the purchase low stress and smooth. You will not feel like you bargained your way to the lowest price, but the vehicle you re purchasing and the service throughout the process and going forward matches the quality of the vehicle you will drive home in. The best is never the cheapest. In a world with less human touch and declining customer service, Isringhausen is a bastion of excellence in the auto industry.

Brandon did a great job and made the whole car purchasing process go extremely well ! He addressed questions very quickly and was always on top of things ! Anies was also very helpful !Would purchase from Isringhausen again.

I purchased a BMW 740 lxi from isringhausen a few year ago. About a month later I had a to have the transmission repaired. The cost was over 5k. Luckily I purchased a warranty that covered most of the cost. Isringhausen covered the remaining cost of just over $800.00. So be sure you really check out the vehicle before purchasing.

Bought a used BMW 340i a few days ago, and as usual, much less of a hassle at Isringhausen than most car buying experiences.This is my third car purchase from Isringahusen, all used. Despite not being the high dollar customer, they have always been straight forward, professional, and treated me like I was.Previous sales guy had retired since my last purchase, and I got connected with Sean Brown. He s relatively new to Isringhausen, but was personable, quick to respond, and was no BS when he needed to be. He seemed to have a great knowledge base about these cars, even though the brand was new to him. He was quick to find out anything He didn t know.I test drove two cars in two days; I had no intention to buy a car that day, but they worked with me to get down to a price I was happy with; Sean even drove back in during the evening when we were trying to close the deal. He didn t need to do that, but I appreciate that he was willing to do that to take care of me. Much appreciate when my own professional life is in predictable.So far, the car is a blast to drive and I m glad I came in to drive it. The extended solo test drive is how they get you; really get a feel for the joy of driver even a used BMW with all the bells and whistles. I m afraid my tastes will now turn only more high dollar and if so, I ll look forward to coming back to Isringahusen and working with Sean Brown!

As an out of state buyer I took a leap of faith and purchased my BMW online. The transaction was painless. Brad was my client advisor and he was awesome! He answered all my guestions in a timely manner (even on his days off) and kept me updated on the shipping process. He even video called me to show me the vehicle in detail inside and out. Working with the F&I team (Mark) was exceptional as well. No pressure to buy items I wasn't interested in. I never imagined I would purchase from a dealership 2,000+ miles away and I certainly had my concerns and doubts but I can say this was the least stressful car buying experience I have had. Well done Isringhausen

My sales person was Brandon Horner. We ordered a 2023 Volvo in November 2022 and the car arrived as expected in March. I scheduled a day to pickup the car. Everything was ready. The car was cleaned, charged, full of gas and had a large red bow on it. Brandon helped with the download of the Volvo app and made sure my phone was synced with the car. Brandon was patient and answered all my questions. He assured me he was available if I needed anything else. I called him several times over the next few days. My calls were always returned promptly. It was a positive experience.

We purchased a MB from Matt P years ago and he is still our go to guy. I purchased a Volvo from Matt 1 day ago and I had not seen it in person nor did I test drive it. BUYER BEWARE!!I have been a customer for over 15 years and was SHOCKED to find Jeff Isringhausen wanting to charge me above MSRP on a 2024 AMG GLS 63 order! The only dealer I found charging ABOVE MSRP. I called around and had 4 Mercedes dealers willing to order me a new GLS at MRSP.Needless to say I purchased from a new dealer.My salesman was great and why I added a star to Isringhausen Sales. It was Jeff Isringhausen whom was unreasonable and in my opinion gouging me.I would give my salesman a 5 star as I his personality but I can not just review my salesman.

Absolutely impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service I recently received while perusing (and ultimately purchasing from) their CPO inventory. My salesman, Brad Miller, was extremely informed, helpful, and above all - patient. I never felt pressured at any point, and the process was about as smooth as you could ever hope for. I imagine the majority of their business is repeat, loyal customers as I FULLY intend on returning to Isringhausen BMW. They have easily earned my business, even well after the purchase.

Great Purchasing Experience! I recently purchased a Mercedes from Isringhausen Imports and I was more than pleased with my experience. I had been searching the US for an E63S for about six months before finding the one I purchased at Isringhausen. During my search, I had put a deposit down two different times with other dealerships in the US, but I ended up not going through with the deals due to lack of communication and professionalism by the salesperson/dealership. When I found the E63S at Isringhausen, I had the exact opposite experience; their communication was exceptional, they were extremely professional, and all of the people that I dealt with were incredibly friendly. Purchasing a car in a different state can be difficult and you have to rely on the dealership to be completely transparent and communicate extremely well since you are not seeing the car in person. Brian Mitchell, my salesperson, did exactly that; he answered all my questions quickly/thoroughly and gave me information that I didn't even think to ask about because of his vast experience with selling cars to out-of-state customers. Thank you very much to Brian Mitchell and the team at Isringhausen Imports for making my buying experience smooth and fun, and helping me get my dream car!

Buying a vehicle at this location is an absolute pleasure and great experience. I have dealt with Ike on 2 vehicles now and he has been fantastic to work with. He has been knowledgeable, helpful and always goes the extra mile for us. I would recommend the dealership to anyone and everyone. I urge everyone to experience buying a car at Isringhausen. Excellent purchase of a brand new 2022 992 GT3.The staff at Isringhausen Imports has done a fantastic job for me helping me acquire my custom built GT3. After squirrels attacked my vehicle I drove 90 miles to Isringhausen service after the local import dealer gave up and our local dealership, um, messed up some time ago. Isringhausen service was really outstanding! Andrew, the customer liason with the tenacious mechanic was so responsive and helpful. Wish it was closer but well worth the drive.

First time purchase form a website advertisement. I called Isringhausen Imports and spoke to Sales Associate Brandon Horner. Brandon was friendly and patient with all my questions regarding the car. Over the next few days he walked me through the entire process. He pointed out every detail of the car and never seemed to be in a hurry. On the day the car was to be picked up, even though the weather was cold and at times snowing He stayed late at the shop and waited for the transportation truck to arrive and even texted me photos. He communicated with me over the next few days till the car arrived. It was exactly as described. I am very pleased with the smooth transaction and the top quality car they delivered. Based on my experience with Isringhausen imports and Brandon Horner, I have told my car friends about this place, I also plan on calling them for future purchases. Garry (Gazza)

Recently bought a Ram 1500 Laramie. I had a very pleasant experience buying from Isringhausen. Unfortunately, due to the winter storm I had to wait a week to pickup my truck. During this time, Ike was really co-operative and was constantly in touch. The buying process was smooth and Mark was able to work out the numbers with me. 10/10 would recommend family and friends.

I ve spent the past month dealing with shady car salesman and dealerships and they definitely are not created the same. Had my car serviced and a full detail done the last couple of days. Service was great Matt kept me up to date and took very good care of me as a customer. The service was flawless and the detail was excellent. My car looked as good as the day I purchased it. My BMW was my first purchase from the company in October of last year and I can honestly say the the buying process and service was seamless. Glad I connected with Isringhausen. Will never buy another car elsewhere

After deciding to purchase my BMW M2 at Isringhausen Imports --from NYC, sight unseen; I knew I would be working with individuals that demonstrate the highest level of integrity and transparency. I corresponded with Sean Brown throughout the process, and his professionalism and honesty far exceeded my expectations -nothing short of exceptional. Sean was proactive in providing updates along the way, but importantly, made me feel comfortable with not seeing the car beforehand. I'm incredibly pleased with my BMW, the service provided and would not hesitate to contact him in the future. Highly recommended!!!

My last two cars that we owned were cars that pertain to a dealship in Peoria. You know the one that we can't seem to get here in Springfield. I'm sure you know the one that I speak of. My husband and I were on the way to Peoria the other day to trade vehicles. As we were driving, I said to him that I didn't want to have to drive there for service each time. He agreed. Therefore, as I had heard great things about Isringhausen, I gave them a call and spoke to a very nice sales manager. I asked a couple of questions and explained to him our situation and he said to come on in, that he would hook us up with a salesperson.Told him that at we could be there within an half hour. Within a few minutes we received a call from Brandon Horner. Did the sales manager select the right person. Brandon met us at the door. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Brandon was on his game. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We ended up trading for a 2023 Volvo and we love it. We will be future customers and we have already recommended Brandon to others. Again, great experience. Debbie

Porsche service is a scam here. They ll give you the run around. You re going to pay $300 minimum just for them to tell you that a job wasn t done right the first time by a Porsche dealership. Won t ever be buying a Porsche again and if you re smart, you won t either.
