Terrible customer service staff was very rude. They did not communicate with each other at all, heard multiple different stories about the service being done. When they were done with the service, they added other things that they said needed to be done immediately. Also, the cars condition after the service was worse than what we brought it in at. Was a very disappointing and rude interaction with the so called service manager .

Staff is kinda rude. They gave me my car keys after working on my car and said it was over in that area of the parking lot. I had to walk around the whole building to even find my car. Seemed very unprofessional. They were able to successfully fix the issue with my vehicle though. Had to wait a month to get it in.

I've had a few longer than normal waits in the past, but my most recent experience was nothing short of phenomenal. First, they got me in on a 1 day notice for an emergency tire repair, which I truly appreciated. The Hyundai dealer in Decatur couldn't even be bothered to return my call to try and book an appointment, and they've never even made an attempt to try and accommodate me, because I didn't "buy" directly from them, which only assures I never will. Green service is fantastic. My assistant, Don, was super nice, professional, and helpful. I was in and out in a little over an hour. He's by far, the best associate I've dealt with in the service department, though they've all been great.

Overall the service was fine. They showed me how bad the cabin air filter was, I declined to have it replaced as my mom didn't have the money at the time. We didn't have an appointment so there was an hour and a half wait which I agreed to before we started.When I got into the car after it was finished I noticed all the junk on the floormat which included the trash that was clogging the air filter. There wasn't anything on the floor when we dropped the car off.Instead of just putting the junk in the garbage they just dumped it onto the floor. Not professional. They are supposed to vacuum the front floor not dump everything onto it.

Service takes entirely too long. Simple oil change will take minimum of 2 hours. Recalls for things your vehicle doesn't even have! 2 hours to document that! Quality and service are rapidly declining. They are junk motors and Hyundai will not stand by them! BUYERS BEWARE!Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Just left Green Hyundai on Dirksen spoke to Stephanie who's in charge of service bought a very nice truck there in October found out that the bearings were bad or whatever you called them it was a $600 fix and which I had done somewhere else so I brought the paperwork in and they were very generous and gave me $300 back on my bill from another dealership and I don't think you can ask for more than that so I highly recommend them not only for the purchase and the service but if there's a problem they will hear you out and treat you fairly thanks Stephanie I just left Green Hyundai about 10:15 this morning Stephanie came through with the check for $300 that she promised I was very satisfied she also gave me a copy of the work that they did on the truck before I purchased it and it was wonderful thanks again Stephanie

They are very freindly and the service was fast. Only thing that was wrong, was that my driver side mirror was pushed forward and did not notice it till I was half way home.

Expect to spend either the whole morning or afternoon which you schedule it for. I'm not as lucky to go anywhere while I wait. But over hour and a half every time and this is my 5th time here for oil change and consistently don't disappoint with over 1.5 hours wait everytime. I also notice like 20 workers no joke walking aimlessly, they should reassign those workers or replace with mechanics to help get oil changes reasonable time. It's 12/30/22 and 2 hours this time

Engine replaced in October and less than 2 months later having same issue with intermittent very low acceleration. Took back to Green and they spent less than 20 minutes looking at it and said there were no lights on the dash and they couldn't identify problem. Week later had same problem which resulted in car being in shop 4 days to replace the turbo actuator on the engine. This was less than 1000 miles after initial engine replacement so this was likely bad before but they took it off the old engine and put on the new one which increased the time I was without a vehicle. I've had multiple bad experiences here and you can never get through to anyone on the phone that can give you an update on your car. Highly recommend not doing service here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I always get the help I need with my vehicle when I go to Green Hyundai. Also, Don is just a fantastic service rep. He explains everything so well and makes sure that I understand what is going on with my vehicle.

I really feel bad that I don't give the service center a better rating. Brittany is great and tries her best to take care of all my needs but I'm sure she's sick of seeing me. The last year has been a crazy roller coaster but I have came to the realization it's not their fault, it's the manufacturer that I'm so highly unpleased with! If I was rating Hyundai (manufacturer)alone I wouldn't give them a star at all. I regret buying a Hyundai more than anything in the world! I'm so over it and just want to get away from this maker period!

Always a pleasure to work with and take care of everything I need! I told the shuttle driver to pick me up at work at the wrong time (30 min early) and he was very gracious and came back at the time I asked him to. They are always very friendly too!

Great local place to get your Hyundai fixed. The service writer staff is always friendly and informative. Once you set up an appointment, they will contact you a day in advance as a reminder and to confirm or reschedule, which was nice.They even kept me up to date via text during the service.The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars, is because they don't let you pull your car into the actual work zone and out of the shop like other shops do (due to covid reasons)Also, would be nice to see the work area from the waiting room, or have a mechanic talk/show you what the issues are as the car sits on a lift, or while they're working on it.

It was time for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Had a couple of questions that was answered. Work was fast and thorough. Really don't mind coming in for the scheduled service. Good job.

Just purchased a brand new vehicle and felt no pressure from anyone there. Seth Hale was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Jeremy Riggs (finance) was very easy to understand and I wasn't pressured into anything I did not want

Good service from trained mechanics & a free car wash when done. Easy to schedule work, comfortable waiting area with free beverages. Can be a bit :pushy" on upselling services & maintenance items.

I am from out of town, had an emergency problem and they didn't have any empathy for my plight. Suggested I might try a 45 minute drive to another dealership with no clue that they could help. I asked about a private mechanic and they suggested a place that didn't do the work I needed done. I hope all Hyundai dealerships are not like this.

It was in no way helpful, I didn't get a return call and I wont be purchasing another vehicle made by Hyundai...I'm forced to give 1 star rating because the app wont post. I would NOT give any stars if it allowed.
