I came in to have the key fobs I ordered programmed. Emma checked me in and the process didn't take long at all. Very pleased with how my visit went. A big Thank You to Emma. You made things pleasant. You're a great asset to the job you do!

I took my vehicle in for service as it was losing power and acceleration. I was given a service date of about 10 days out and then went back in to see if there was any way of moving this up as my car was becoming unsafe to drive. Julie was able to make a special accommodation to move my service date sooner, which I greatly appreciate. They also called me and explained in detail what was needed and gave me pricing beforehand so I could be prepared. When I went to pick my vehicle up, I found that they had washed it as a complementary gesture. I am very happy with the service i received and will use them again!

Bought a 2024 Volkswagen this week from Zach! He did a fantastic job explaining everything and helping me find the right vehicle for me. Definitely would recommend him to help you buy your next car. Service assistant Emma was great. Unfortunately, the car was returned dirty and the programmed settings on the key and seats had been changed. I was charged for a new tire that had not been installed. To clairify, I was told the spare tire was replaced and was charged for the tire and labor. The paperwork clearly indicated work was complete when it wasn't.

We toyed with the idea of trading our Toyota 4Runner, but we couldn t find the perfect fit for our lifestyle change. No more hauling college kids and newlyweds and we welcomed the world of retirement! We had been loyal customers to Dave Hudson and Green Toyota for the past 20 years purchasing 8 Toyotas! RIP Dave! Zach Kelley was the best replacement for our Dave. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind as we navigated vehicle shopping. We purchased a new vehicle down the parking lot at VW/Audi! Goodbye 4 Runner and Hello VW Tiguan! And the bonus is we are thrilled to be working with the same exceptional service department at Green!

The service desk was not able to schedule an appointment at a satisfactory time, but Julie in the warranty department helped me put in motion a series of steps that resolved the issue the same day. I am happy that the turnaround was so quick, but not thrilled that the reason for the failed sensor was not identified.

I only gave a one because it was the lowest one I could select. When I purchased my car there , the salesman tells you things that you want to hear and he Did not back up. I got the green for life warranty on engine and transmission. When I went in to get my spark plugs replaced. They told me that my green for life warranty was voided because I did not get suggested Service done at the dealership. I wasn't told that when I bought the car. I then tried to contact someone higher up And i'm talking about one of their Persons on the radio in tv. He would not return my calls i've called three times and left three messages. That's no way to run a business. I am very disappointed with the service that I did not receive That was promised from my cell's person. I am disappointed that no phone calls were made back to me. I feel when you run a business. And you advertise it like they do. You would want to take care of your customers. I did not get that with green.

We spent a year waiting for the right VW model and the right VW financing. Yesterday the stars aligned and we got the car we wanted at an excellent interest rate. Through all that time our salesperson CJ patiently waited for us to come to table. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was in place when the time finally came. There was never any pressure which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Green VW.

Took my Volkswagen Jetta yesterday for a 120K miles service. Got the appointment same day , overall it was a great service experience. Excellent communication and Emma was very pleasant to talk with, walked me through the process and kept me informed on the progress.

I've been taking my VW here for service for 2 years now and spent well over $5k on various maintenance over this time. Every single time I have brought my vehicle in I have been treated extremely poor, I feel like my time is not treated with value here. From the very first time I brought my VW in, the service advisor Julie always is extremely rude and condescending to me and I still have yet to figure out why. As a paying customer who has spent so much time and money here, you would think I'd be treated with a little more respect. I now am the owner of an Audi and I would rather drive all the way to St. Louis to get my services done, they treat me so well there and always make me feel like a priority there. Because of the way I've been handled at Green VW in Springfield, I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Brought my car in three separate times over at least 3 weeks if not more and when the repairs were finally made the engine light came back on one day later. I think I was a little generous with the grade.

I had a great experience getting our Atlas serviced. Each staff person was friendly and made me feel right at home. I was able to work remotely from the lobby area while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, which was a huge help.

Service for the recall was handled appropriately. However, there was a very distinct odor coming from my car - and strong. We had to leave it outside all night as our garage was beginning to smell. The next morning my husband took it to the dealership. They couldn't figure out what the odor was and then decided spraying febreeze in my cabin filter was a good solution. NOT good for someone who has allergies and asthma. The rep also told my husband that his/her manager would be in touch with us on Monday. I have yet to hear from anyone and it's Thursday. I just drove my car to Morton and back, still smells like febreeze. Fortunately it's a nice day and I was able to crack my windows. I'm not sure when the febreeze smell will be gone. The other odor was gone by Tuesday. We think some of the fluids may have been overfilled and burned off.

I had a service appointment at Greene for my 2020 VW Crossport . Julie was great professional , personable and efficient. I am a fan of the camera view she tx me to see the servicing of the vehicle in process. , I believe Vinny worked on our Vehicle . Very Pleased . We have purchased an Audi that Julie and her team will be working on in the future. Thanks

The lady I talked to was nice but I was told my car would get worked on within an hour and would have an answer as to what was wrong in 2 hours. The 2 hours had passed and I texted about an update on my vehicle. She had said they did not have an answer yet. I have an app connected to my phone where it tells me when my car has been opened or unlocked or worked with essentially. I had gotten no notifications of anything. Meaning in those 2 hours my car had not been touched. It was not until after I asked about an update, did they start working on my vehicle. So considering it had been the 2 hours I should have known what was going on by that time, unfortunately they had not even looked at it by that timeline.

Emma, my service representative, was by far the best part of my experience. Emma was communicative and attentive, delivered on her assurance of getting me a rental vehicle while my car was serviced, and answered all of my questions over the 3.5 weeks that I was without my vehicle. Emma even noticed my car was due for an oil change and asked if I would like to have it completed prior to picking up my car. Emma also informed me that I was eligible for one remaining free oil change as well.Since getting my vehicle back, I have had no noticeable issues and hope that it will stay that way!

My service tech Julie Sexton could not have been more pleasant and attentive. I told her I had another appointment at 11. She said she would try to get my vehicle completed by 10:30. My vehicle was ready by 10:30. My vehicle was returned washed and the service to be performed was completed. As always the facility was clean and everyone friendly which is uncommon in today s environment.

This was our first time purchasing a Volkswagon and Zach was great about explaining the features of the Atlas. Zach was also great to work with on trying out different models for the Atlas while we make our decision. Very easy, no pressure, stress free process.

The "Check-In" process to get the car serviced, was efficient and the Representative Julie Sexton was very helpful. I had the oil changed and tires rotated, all in an hour while I walked around the car lot, looking at the Green VW inventory.

The service department was timely and thorough. The staff assisting me were all very polite and helpful. My car was serviced right on time with my appointment, and Saturday morning availability was extremely helpful with my work schedule. Everything was explained well to my satisfaction. The location was also very convenient and easy to access.

Staff were kind, courteous and overall Awesome and the waiting area seating was uncomfortable but clean with nice amenities. My only complaint is that it took a little over Three(3) hours to replace my Vehicle Battery, get an Oil Change and Tire Rotation.
