Popcorn girl is back ! If you know then you know. All the true Green Toyota family members and consumers know me! I just have to give a big shout out to Angel, Zach, and Korey. They have taken care of my car needs since before I could drive! They ve taken care of my entire family! This time we came in for a used car expecting to get something we didn t really want because of the car market. I told Angel and the gang what I wanted and they delivered in less than 24 hours. They went above and beyond to meet my must haves in a vehicle and more. Thank you for putting my husband, kids, and me in the safest most loaded SUV ever. We all know it s tax time and that this is usually lemon season so don t go dealing with those buy here pay here lots go straight to Green Toyota a certified dealer, and go see Zach, Korey, and Angel! After my experience of buying a car previously with Ford I was hesitant to move on to a new type of car model.The customer service I received at Green Toyota was great!Israel was the first person we interacted with and his knowledge of the vehicle we ended up buying was impressive!He then had us meet with Keontre who ended up selling us our RAV4. Again, great customer service. He was well versed in his car knowledge and provided us with a great no hassle car buying experience. He even walked us through the steps to build my car and the result was perfect!I absolutely love my car and will definitely recommend for anyone to check them out!

I was in for an oil change. Everyone was so nice through my whole experience. They made sure I had the huddle there in time for me to get to work and they were very pleasant as well. They sent me messages letting me know I could text or call with any questions and then called to let me know my car was ready. It has always been a good experience at Grern Toyota.

I had my wife s SUV serviced on Monday. My appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 7:45am. Brian immediately checked my SUV in. I received a text to let me know how to keep up with the status. By time I took the shuttle home I received another text saying the vehicle was ready. Brian was courteous and made sure I was taken care of. I was quite pleased. Got the vehicle serviced then was able to catch a flight to DC. Thank Brian

I ve had the best experience with Green Toyota & their staff through the process of buying my car! I went in with my boyfriend for him to start looking at cars, I had no intentions of getting my own just yet, as I felt I wasn t prepared. I was wrong! I made a comment about how I d want one soon, and Angel, Zach, & Korey went ABOVE & BEYOND to make that possible for me. I was in my car the very next day! The communication through my car s services has been pleasant & easy-going as well. ALL of the staff is extremely personable, kind, and quick to assist. The connections made here are genuine. I absolutely love my new SUV, something much nicer than i could have even projected to be in right now! Thank you green toyota!

Went out to just test drive a couple of cars. We met Israel, Josh, and Angel and they really made us feel welcome. Ended up leaving with a 2024 RAV4 hybrid that we absolutely love. Great people for sure!

I drive my cars for a very long time-19 years for the last one. I wanted a very specific color combination of a blue exterior and tan interior but there were only 2 matching cars in the country. Josh and Ron were able to secure one of them for me! That car had a few more bells and whistles than I was able to afford, so they also helped find a buyer at a higher price for my old car! We received excellent service and the car is everything I wanted plus more! Great job!

I just bought a 2024 Toyota Hybrid. Josh Kidd the sales manager and the car salesman himself Jacob Brandon did a great job in dealing with me. They both were very professional and kind. I might also mention the Financial guy Angel. He also was very honest and a nice guy. I did get the extended warranty because i plan on keeping the car for years. There was no pressure at all. Way to go guys keep up the good work.

Devin G was our salesman and did an excellent job. Things had changed a lot in the 14 years since we last bought a vehicle. It was a low pressure experience; car buying has always been stressful for my husband and while we do not like the games that get played on us in the finance department, we were able to agree on a payment we could live with. Overall it was great!

The salesman Dave was great, but I had problems on a factory defect that I m still waiting on them to replace(6 months). I m happy with the car, the lifetime power train warranty and free maintenance. They told me two weeks and haven t heard a word from them. They have serious office problems.

The greeting was fantastic, but after waiting a little over 1.5 hours for a tire rotation and not hearing back from 2 texts I sent my service person, I went out and checked on my car that had been finished for I don t know how long and no one contacted me. A little disappointing that my time was not taken into consideration at all. I understand my service person went to lunch without letting anyone know and never responded to my texts since he was the only one who could see them. I also understand this is not the norm, so I would have given this visit a 2, but overall I will give them a 4. Communication is important and hopefully there will be a better method followed if this type of situation happens again. Who knows how long I would ve been sitting there if I didn t finally go say something to someone. :(

The care that is given by Green Toyota is great!! They always take care of my needs without making me feel as if my hand is being forced to do unnecessary work on my Camry. I set up my appointment then I m in and out faster than expected. They keep me up on what future work is to be expected and about how soon I ll need to get it done. They welcome me with a smile and see me off with that same attitude. Here s to many more years of happiness with you. Thank you Green Toyota!!

Green Toyota s service team was very polite, professional, and responsive when it came to scheduling the appointment, communicating with me before and during the service work, and promptly following up when all the work was done and my car was ready to be picked up. When one service member s shift ended and another took their place, Green Toyota communicated that to me to ensure that my service ticket was managed seamlessly. Thanks again!

I am from out of town and developed a tire issue. I was directed to Green Toyota. I was treated with the utmost care and kindness by Jeffrey Barber. Five stars from start to finish . from picking the car, to updates about build date, to the arrival of my new ride at the dealership, and even getting the financing appointment done, everything was GREAT. Josh, and Zach were fantastic, and the guy in finance took less than 20 minutes (so I don t even remember his name. Green for life!

Our first impression with Green Toyota was for service on a car that wasn't even purchased from them. The appointment was to troubleshoot lack of heat on passenger side of the car, they found the heater core was plugged. They were able to replace the heater core as well as flushing the coolant system twice as the service bulletin called for and have it ready to pick up the same day it was dropped off. Extremely good communication s well from service advisor Julie Sexton, this kind of service is extremely rare this day and age when everything is difficult. Thanks Julie and Thanks Green Toyota for setting the bar high!

Devin Grable was an amazing sales partner. Knowledgeable and just really likable from day 1. Immediately trusted him and very satisfied on deal. It wasn t the case at all where Green doesn t negotiate. In fact wasn t necessary for a sales manager to come over once to seal any deal they worked from distance and I recognized how Devin advocated for me and I am very happy where we met on sales price. He worked with me and kept me informed every step of the way for about an 8 month journey until the perfect car arrived. Really appreciated him helping me set up the apps in car and pointing out features I would have not immediately recognized and just felt more like dealing with a friend. I would highly recommend Green to anyone. Even other employees came over to talk or help. Great culture there. This is my second Green car and the first one is going on 16 years. The only suggestion I would make is go in with knowledge of interest rates or even pre approvals from your own bank. I just didn t have time for that and I think it cost me some bargaining intel.

I got checked in very easily. Brian (I think?) was very pleasant. Work was supposed to only take an hour, ended up over 1 1/2 hours, but things happen. Waiting area is very nice.

All was good except the attitude of the person who called me to say my car was done. My husband took my car in and gave the desk his information. He sat down right in the waiting area. Never left the building. I asked the man if he let my husband know and he said he was not in the waiting area. I asked if they called him and he said he did not have the time to chase him down. I said I didn t ask him to chase him down. Needless to say he didn t have much to say, so I called my husband to let him know the car was done and asked him where he was and he said he had been in the waiting room the whole time and no one had come out to say the car was done. This is customer service 101. No one should talk to a customer with an attitude and he should have tried to find the person who brought the car in. They had the information.

Went in to have a battery recall checked. Told it would take an hour at most probably less. 1.5 hours later I was still there. They ended up telling me I needed a cabin air filter(interesting that I just replaced it about 4 weeks prior hmm). All I wanted was to have a recall checked and they did a check of everything. Not what I wanted and no wonder it took so long Tried to sell me something I didn t even need

James, the service provider who helped me at my most recent car checkup, explained thoroughly the problem they uncovered and helped me decide what to fix now, and what to wait on for a future date. Without his patient and expert guidance, I wouldn't have known how to handle getting the repairs done in a way that didn't cost me a lot of time and money. The team at Toyota always serve me well.
