2nd time here for an oil change. Great experience both times. Special shout out to Austin who coordinated everything. He is excellent and makes the whole experience rewarding. As a fellow car enthusiast I appreciate his knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism.

I arrived an hour early and they took care of me right away. I was informed via text(while I waited) at the halfway point and then when complete. They gave me recommendations for future work , washed my car, reset the clock(which I kept forgetting to do) and applied a coupon. I was there less than an hour. Very happy

Everyone here is great! They are super friendly and helpful. I had to deduct one star though for the on hold music and the length of time I had to listen to it before someone answers the phone. I understand it's busy and there's other people that need rhings, but that jingle makes it almost unbearable!

Ok to their credit, any work has been completed successfully and has been good quality. Their alignment service is still perfection many miles later.They forget to get back to you with questions. They don't give you all of the information.I get better answers on how to properly maintain my car by calling Subaru Service Centers in other states.The guys at the counter are cool, but whenever I call I always feel run around and forgot about.

Drove 5 hours to get to Green's. Service person's were very friendly and informative. Asked if they could complete additional maintenance before proceeding. Offered the numbers of hours needed for repairs, pricing and parts needed. Very appreciative of all involved.

The service I received from Green Subaru was excellent! My service advisor Cody explained everything that was going to be done and made my husband and I feel very comfortable in the waiting room. Afterwards Cody made sure I understood all of the services and was quick to answer all of the questions I had. I'm so happy that I bought a Subaru!

I had oil change and tire rotation and it was done quicker than I expected. I really liked that I got texts when they were about halfway done. Also when I got my car back the tech went thru and explained what may need to be replaced for safety reasons. I felt like I was genuinely cared for.

Communication with service department was excellent with frequent text messages to keep us updated on the progress of the work. The work was completed much sooner than I had anticipated which was greatly appreciated.I have only one suggestion... I have dealt with another dealership where my car was always washed as a routine part of any service work done, and I was expecting that from Subaru.

Friendly and courteous staff. Explained everything to be done and the costs involved. Nice to have the extra of running it through the wash and vacuuming. I also liked the messaging while it was being serviced.

Easy to schedule my appointment. Service person was waiting for me when I drove in. Verified work to be done. After completion, a service person went over what was done. Service person walked me out to my car and explained a few operating procedures I had questions about.

Austin N from the service department at Green Subaru is top shelf! He made sure my experience was smooth & painless, all while walking me through the reasoning for repair needs & their costs. After another service shop turned me away, Austin was quick to address the problem and have it fixed accordingly. 10/10 would recommend Austin & the team at Green Subaru.

I recently had taken my car to a Take5 that had completely drained my transmission fluid and I was so worried. Green Subaru was very meticulous with the initial inspection of my car and constantly stayed in contact with me to make sure I was as up to date as possible through the whole process. I really appreciated the whole experience.

I utilized the shuttle to go to lunch during my service. The shuttle experience was good, my car was taken in to be serviced at the appropriate time, and I was notified via text throughout on the status. Shuttle prompt and picking me up and I was in and out when I got back to the dealership.

Oil change and tire rotation were perfect, but they would not try to do the Dec 11th software update after I told them it didn't work at home. I was told I had to do it at home, tried again over several different hour time frames and I kept getting "error" or "no server response" I had full wifi icon on Outback. Called the number in email instructions and they couldn't straighten it out, said somebody else will call me in 2 days. Disappointed with update service.

I have always received excellent service at a reasonable price at Green Subaru. I feel as if the service technicians care about my car and my safety. They were quick and efficient. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous. I really like the sticker they put in the window for the next service date. Every other car I've had you could barely read those. This is typed and easy to see. Altogether this was a step above any other oil change I've ever had at any other dealership!Service: Auto maintenance
