I have taken my car here for many years. All the staff is always very courteous, friendly, and willing to explain what needs to be completed and what can wait. They have also gone to bat for me to get warranties to cover issues and discounts.

Make 2 trips for one tire warranty. I live in Litchfield so 100 miles round trip. I also work so i have to miss work twice. Would not go on Wal marts word or my work that is is road hazard to the tire. In the future i would not recommend Green Nissan for a new car or tires. Lots of other choices out there

I went to get my first oil change. They assured me that it would be done in 45 min to 1 hr and took me to the waiting area. I chilled there and they came got me when my car was done. I love there service.

This group gets it right. The shop fees are not out of line with what you would expect and oil change /tire rotation costs are comparable to the quick change places.Shuttle service is always offered. For extensive work they occasionally will allow a loaner vehicle.Best example of quality though is was prepared to replace rotors and brake pads on all four corners of the vehicle at my request and expense. Service manager indicated I really only needed front rotors and pads. I have gone on an additional 2 years without needing the items replaced. Saved me money but also let me know they are making solid recommendations on service needs.

Friendly staff, fairly quick service and they honored the warranty on a part that was defective and went bad too soon. Prices for other services are what you expect from most dealership service centers. I recommend them if you live in the area and need your Nissan's CVT serviced.

I went in for oil change. Because I had no appointment I had to wait. I waited for over 2.5 hours and when I asked how much longer it would be I was told maybe 45 minutes to an hour. I told them I wanted my car back and I would go somewhere else. They have a sign that says no appointment necessary fast service. I don't think 3hrs is fast service for an oil change . I bought my car here last year but I won't be buying here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had a 9:30 am appointment, however, they did not begin to work on our Murano until 11:05 am! All together I spent over 2 hours in the waiting room waiting for an oil change and tire rotation! Unacceptable, Green Nissan! I should have been told that they were running 2 hours behind, and then offered a ride home!

Usually pretty quick but today it took them much longer to change the oil & rotate tires. Love the free carwash!!

Great. Just got new key fob and sync. They did it fast and washed the truck. Very nice. Super helpful staff

They were no help,I did not care for there service we had to call the company about the radio and have to go back to the dealer again tomorrow. I HOPE THIS IS CORRECTED TOMORROW. MINUS
