We had bought a used Yukon from another dealership and had nothing but troubles, which made us try to find a different product. We were encouraged to go to Nissan for their Armadas. Green had several different models and encouraged us to look around at other dealerships and compare. We dealt with Alex, Jeo, and Dan, all were very low key and accommodating. They even sought out lower prices and worked to get our monthly payment lower than we initially wanted it. Even asking for perks like tint they were more than willing to work with us on.All in all, I worked with Alex over 3 days and drove home a phenomenal family travel vehicle at a great price. They even were upfront when we wanted to get specific plates and encouraged us to seek them out straight with SOS as these license plates require certain proof to obtain. The previous dealership had said they were ordered but when calling SOS they said they had never been ordered. The whole group at Green Nissan is great over there and I will encourage all my family and friends to go check them out.

I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue with the dealership in October 2023. My salesperson was very nice, low-key, and didn't pressure me. He was very nice, and I liked him a lot. That is where the stars come in.However, the car experience has been a disappointment so far. For one thing, I bought my car in mid-October, with roughly 3,000 miles. Since then, I have had to buy windshield wiper fluid and fill it up, it already needs an oil change, and I got an email notification in mid-December that I needed my tires rotated. Every time I get in the car I get the notifications for oil and tire maintenance. I have since put about 3,000 miles on it so I guess I can understand the oil change now, but the rest I don't know. Just makes me feel like the dealership just sent the car out without checking to make sure some of the more basic maintenance was completed. I was thinking that with a new car from the dealership I wouldn't need to worry about some of the routine maintenance for a bit, but that has not been the case. For the car itself, about four weeks into owning it, the Bluetooth stopped working. I took it in, and they couldn't figure out why. The service center called Nissan, and they said my phone "wasn't compatible". It works some of the time now. I would think that if my phone wasn't compatible, it wouldn't work ever, but I guess I don't know how the technology works. Just something to be aware of. I was previously driving a 2011 Hyundai Tuscan and had no such issues despite having various phones during the 8 years I drove it. The service person I talked to was very nice, and I do think did what they could, but it's just frustrating to have a new car with technology that doesn't work correctly all the time. The car also has an annoying rattle about 50% of the time I'm driving on the interstate. Once I get up to 65-70 mph, on the driver's side door, there is some kind of a rattle or noise like a paper in a fan. My dad, who is an engineer who worked on car weatherstripping, said it might be a piece of glue that has come undone and is flapping. It's just really annoying to listen to and have no idea when it is going to happen. There are also some weird, what I would call clicks or dings, when it rains. The noise comes through the dashboard or maybe the heating/air system. Again, only when it rains and not consistent, but like when it stops raining but the rain falls and hits a window. Just two things that don't get drowned out unless I have the music extremely high.Overall, I was hoping that I would have this car a number of years and now instead I'm wondering if I could at least get my down payment back if I trade it in for something else. This is the first new car I've ever bought, and it has been disappointing.

Highly recommend Josh and Angela when getting work done. They were very attentive to our needs and got the job done in a timely manner. You can not go wrong when needing a place to get your car serviced right the first time. Thank you!

I took my car to Green for an oil leak 1/2024. I had to return there multiple times for the same issue. I noticed noises my car wasn t making when I initially dropped it off there. After $3,000 later, still having issues.

Our car started shaking really bad at 50mph on our way to Springfield this morning. We stopped at Green Nissan and talked to Douglas Belden. He was soooooo nice and explained what could be the problem. He then got us in to the service dept and they checked the car out right away! We are very appreciative for the great service!!!

The team at Springfield Nissan went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. When the vehicle we purchased from them had issues beyond their control, they were there to help us. Much of it was at their cost beyond the warranties and manufacturer s assistance. I would highly recommend Shawn Hamilton and his service team with Springfield Nissan, and Clayton Davis and his sales team. John Widiger has a great team and does a lot for community. Thank you all for your assistance with a difficult situation.

Poor communication. Came in and a service associate said the sensor would be $117, and $20 for the labor. He wrote it on a post it note and scheduled me for the next day. I came in, and they said Who told you it was broken? I said the CarX guy did (where I had my tire replaced for free the day previous). They said We ll have to take the wheel off and check it out. You can wait in the lobby . Then they told me the sensor wasn t in stock, after all that. I was obviously angry at this point; I took my lunch break to come down to get it fixed, and they originally said it could be done in a half hour. I told them to go ahead and check it out, and I d reschedule for another day. They pulled my car out front and didn t even check it out, like they said they would! Then they left me waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, while I was under the impression it was being looked at! Total waste of time! Then they said if I did want it checked out, it d be another half hour! And there were 5 technicians sitting around doing absolutely nothing! Very poor service! Incompetence! Never bringing my car back to Green Nissan in Springfield, IL! Now I have to drive an hour to get it serviced somewhere else!Click to Copy

Angela and associates in service department were really good to work with. Far less frenzied as well. Green Audi/VW check in is kinda hectic compared to Nissan, far less noisy and chaotic. Good job guys!

Do not go here and do not buy a Nissan! We had transmission replaced with our Pathfinder and in 9 months it went out again. It missed the warranty by the mileage I believe 10,000 miles. Anyway unless you like to spend extra money don't go here. I will say the people are nice but the product or mechanics did not impress me. Once again just say no.

We had been looking for vehicle s, and Nissan was probably the fourth car dealership that we had been to. Our sales person, Payton, was part of the reason we chose Nissan. From the very beginning, he made us feel like family.

It was my 1st visit. I live in Washington but started working in Springfield recently so I decided to use Green and I am so happy with the service and everyone I met during my time there. They were quick but they did it correctly!

The Green name continues to earn their reputation. Dealt with Payton, Jason, and Daniel at Nissan. Quick, to the point, no questions asked. You have my loyalty, and appreciate yours.

Amazing dealership with incredible staff! They made the process of trading in my car that I have had for 8 years such an easy process and gave me a great trade-in value on it. When looking at the Nissan Kicks, they answered all of our questions and let myself and my husband take turns test driving it (we had our 1.5 year old son with us at the time). They were so accommodating to our son and our needs. They even let me put my car seat in the new car to see how much room the backseat has. There was no pressure to buy that day and they all were so understanding and flexible with us. Best service I have ever had at a dealership. I worked primarily with Richard Finch and he was so kind and helpful during the whole process. If anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle, I will definitely point them to Green Nissan. I look forward to continue working with them to service my new Kicks.

Jason is award winning sales rep. He is one of the nicest and honest dealers I have ever met. Sold me a beautiful car and we set up to make a small repair to it. With in one week the part was in and the service department was considerate, encouraging, and the team has a smooth operation to meet the needs of the customers. I witnessed numerous conversations between customers and repair team. It reminded me of the waiting room for family of patience and dr. consultation. You felt seen and you feel you can trust. Green Nissan is amazing!!!

I purchased a 2022 Nissan sentra everyone was very friendly and my sales rep Payton Waldron went out of his way to help me with everything. It took a long time but thats with every dealer.well when I got the cat home I noticed they charged me a ATP FEE of $349.99 I had no idea I think this means Anti Theft Protection I had to look it up I had no idea when we did the paperwork the financing representative just told me to sign here and here and here but other then that fairly straight forward I guess it just kinda feels like they snuck it in on me! Nor a bad experience at the time a little disappointed when I got home thanks for everything green Nissan I will be back.

I was impressed that they were able to get me financing with my new credit history, although it is a really high interest rate but that isn't their fault. The whole experience took about 8 hours. The trade in offer they gave me for my car was shamefully low at $2,000, another dealership offered me $4,500. I honestly shouldn't have taken it and should have just sold the car. There are a whole bunch of fees tacked on after the fact, including like $4,000 for some kind of warranty? I guess the lifetime warranty is not included in price? I didn't ask a lot of questions since I just wanted to get out of there. But now I'm stuck owing over $26,000 on a $22,000 car and that's after the $2,000 trade in. At this interest rate I will pay over $33,000 at the end of installments. I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra but after looking it seems I could have gotten a 2021 for almost the same price.I've worked with Green Dodge several times in the past and have been impressed. However Green Nissan doesn't seem to care much about you after they sell you the car. The free car washes don't even get all the residue off the outside of the car. I received an email with an offer for Nissan Credit card to earn points for buying services and accessories for your car. It said I would get a $100 statement credit if I signed up at the dealership. I went in and signed up but never heard anything for a couple weeks. The deadline for the deal was coming up so I contacted the salesman that signed me up and he was no help whatsoever. Couldn't even send me the phone number for support he promised after a week sincehe was in California. I went into the dealership and they said he was the only one that took care of that and they couldn't help me. They said they were contacting him and he would help me but he never did. So basically I just got screwed out of $100 which is really disappointing because that was the price of the all weather floor Mats I was wanting to purchase for my Sentra. It should have been an incredibly simple thing to do but I don't know if he just lied about signing me up or what. He gave me a reference number but I have no clue what to do with it. I called several different phone numbers and tried Nissan chat but no one could help me. I'm really disappointed.Lastly, it takes way too long to get in for an oil change. I was told I need to change my oil every 5,000 miles. I called when I was almost up to 5,000 miles and they couldn't get me in until the following week. They called me again later and rescheduled to an even later date. I now have well over 5,000 miles on my car. The lady assured me that this happens all the time and a lot of people can't make it in for their oil change at correct mileage. She said as long as it isn't "thousands of miles over" it will be fine and assured me that this will not affect my warranty. It better not, since it isn't my fault. I know in the future to call about 2 weeks in advance of when I estimate I will need my oil change. Hopefully they will prove my wrong and I will start having a better experience with them, but only time will tell. I do love my car.

I made it clear to the representative that I could not afford to fix everything wrong with it and to please indicate which repairs were absolutely essential. She proceeded to exaggerate every issue with my car and attempted to sell me on huge expensive repairs that were not absolutely essential. I will not be coming here again, as I appreciate honesty and respect. I don t know what kind of customers you usually have here, but that kind of money hungry attitude is obvious and not realistic for a huge part of the population. Please note that the representative was just doing her job, it is the dealership management that pushes this agenda onto its employees. I will be telling all of my clients I work with to not go here.

Experienced an excellent buying opportunity at Green Nissan of Springfield. This dealership makes it look easy because they are absolute pros at what they do. Want to give my personal salesperson, DeShon, a shoutout! Nice job! Will definitely come back for another buying opportunity!

Jason with Green Nissan was a very kind person to work with - much more down to earth than many sales associates I've dealt with at other places of business. Continue to do your best to make the best deal for your customer, Jason! Thanks to him and Daniel for their quick effort in making the purchase of my 2023 Pathfinder happen.

My truck was in for recall work. Work was going to take 3-4 hours, so I left it overnight the day before. Everything went very smooth. Ron kept me informed on progress, and the truck was completed on time as promised. Great experience !! ....GOOD JOB..... Ron !!!

Sales rep Hussein responded to text messaging promptly and allowed me to give him information as to my expectations over the phone quickly and without interrupting! I was in a hurry and multitasking so that was crucial. When I arrived for our appointment he was completely prepared for what I needed and wanted. Our discussion and test driving went very smoothly. He was personable and professional.Business manager M. Reed was extremely competent and it took maybe 15 minutes to complete the transaction. Very smoothly concluding a hectic day for me.The operations manager (?) Jason Hines, introduced himself at the time of the sale to assure me of his availability for questions.Overall one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I've been going to Green Nissan for almost 10 years for their sales and service, and am happy with my newest Nissan.

I arrived with few expectations because I did not have an appointment. I simply needed to know if the issue was potentially dangerous pending the appointment I would make for service. Not only did they take my car in at that time, they repaired it within a half hour and did not charge me. The problem was small but could potentially have caused a bigger problem, and I very much appreciated their care and quick resolution of the issue!!

I felt pressured to trade my vehicle in and when I said no, I received $3,000+ recommended service. If this vehicle that is less than 10 years old needs more than $3,000 worth of service, I certainly will not recommend this dealership or car to anyone. In the past this dealership has recommended brake repairs at an extremely high cost. I had all four brakes serviced for less than the dealership cost for 2 and the repairs required were not as extensive as the dealership suggested. I also purchased 4 tires for quite a bit less than the dealership s price. With this latest experience at the dealership, Green Stores have lost a customer
