It is always a pleasure to see friendly. Familiar faces. And To always have the assurance that you're getting top quality service. You can relax in the waiting area. Watch TV, read a magazine, have coffee or soda while you wait. I have been a Satisfied customer for over 6 years. Thank you Dodge for always taking care of me and my vehicle.

Everything went very smoothly. I went in for a recall it took the time that they said it would take. They work with my schedule even when I needed to change the date. I really appreciated that. Overall we will be back whenever we need more service.

The lack of communication with this service center is the worst I ve experienced with any auto service center. I had zero communication while my vehicle was there unless I was calling them. I showed up twice and my vehicle was not done after I was told it would be. They misdiagnosed my issue so $800 later I now have to resort to finding another service center. I attempted to speak with the service manager. After leaving three messages in the same day, someone else called me back just before close and said I was welcome to bring my vehicle back so they can see what is going on. They never even asked me what I was dissatisfied about after I left the messages stating I was unhappy with my experience and service. I Requested that individual have the service manager call me. Still no call for any attempts of service recovery. This is just a brief summary of my experience there, I have sent a full report to the corporate office via email. After many many years with Green Dodge, sadly I will not be returning. Hopeful they will hire staff that actually has care for customers and compassion for their work.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I received quality service. Professional staff, that help customers. I called in the morning, and was able to get service the same day. Good conversation with sales, while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced.

I had a recall on my car. I called for an appointment. They had to order parts. Within a week, they called that the parts were in. I made an appointment. From the time I arrived, checked in and my car was pulled in was a whole 5 minutes! They texted when it was done, and followed up with a phone call. They were quick and organized. I appreciated that greatly. Kudos to the entire staff!

I purchased a prepaid oil change/maintenance package from Green Dodge with a coupon from Mopar and asked if the expiration date could be extended for a short time so I could utilize the services already paid for (is to expire 1/3/2024). I called Mopar only to get conflicting answers and also spoke with the service manager at Green Dodge who was to check and call me back but never did. I Also tried to reach the financial manager at Green who was unavailable. I Left a voicemail and he also never returned call. Poor service. I am obviously NOT a valued customer.Carly,As of today, 1/9/24, I have yet to hear from anyone in your service department. I understand and appreciate that you and your service representatives are busy, but I called initially on 12/21/23. At this point, my maintenance contract has expired and I can no longer take advantage of what I paid for in advance. It is very frustrating as a consumer. Again, I have not asked for something to be given to me, but had hoped as a courtesy, you, or more appropriately, Stellantis, a multinational automotive corporation, would honor such a small request. I have used your service department for MANY years and have purchased several vehicles new from your dealership. It s not surprising, but unfortunate that no one is interested in helping :(

I brought in my van for routine service. I mentioned that my front heater vent was making noise during use. I was told it was the filter and it was replaced and told it was fine. On the drive home I turned on the heat and the noise continues. I called and was told to bring it back Thursday. I live an hour away so this is a bit annoying.

I went to lunch and my car literally stopped at a light in the turning lane. I was fortunate enough to have Justin while in the middle of doing a pre-delivery inspection asked if I needed help. It was right on time and Dalton was there as well. What a relief, they pushed me out of the way. The car started and I high tailed it to Dodge. Where Nicole got right on it! I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and travel to Springfield area often for work. I've had nothing but great experiences at green Dodge. The service writers Steve and Jackson have always been super attentive to my needs and very respectful and polite. In today's world it's hard to find anybody that even wants to work. But I've always had good experiences at green Dodge. The service department has always been top-notch. That's why I tend to wait until I'm in the Springfield area to get my service or oil changed.Service: Oil change

Well it took 4 1/2 weeks to get my truck repaired but none of it was Green Dodge's fault. Nicole worked with my extended warranty company to get parts faster than MOPAR, originally they said 6 days, took another 2 weeks even gave her a date ETA but took another 2 weeks. Once they had parts it was promptly repaired even though the technician had to work in 100+ degree shop temperatures. Even came in on Saturday to finish. Kudos to all involved.Not happy with Dodge though. RAM 2500 heavy duty diesel, the differential went out at 89K miles. The only thing it ever towed was a 37 ft. travel trailer that weighed at most 10K pounds.
