Just got my 2015 Kia Optima back today, i ve had the car since I first bought it brand new and had the front bumper replaced and all I can say is WOW!! looks brand new as the day I first got it. I also appreciate the extra detail of this place, they cleaned my dashboard and also my driver side seat.I also asked if they do estimates on bodywork for cars even if it s not in an accident and I appreciate the lady at the front desk also being personal. I will be back for future business and as well let others know too if they need work on their car or are in an accident to go to here

Gietl Brothers made every aspect of my repair easy for me. I thought working with a repair shop in Springfield was going to be a daunting task; until I spoke with Brian Maloy. I didn't have time to repair the peeling paint on the hood and roof of my 2013 vehicle, before my road trip from Texas to Illinois. I'm forever thankful for the excellent workmanship, great price, and quickness of the repair, within the limited time I had available.

Unfortunately have had the opportunity to frequent Gietl Brothers Auto Body. Very polite, knowledgable, patient and friendly. Will work with you on "odd ball" things. Will explain many option and work with you, your insurance and suppliers to get your car back as soon and in as good condition as possible. Highly recommend.

Will never take my car here again the hood was not right after waiting over a week for my car had to call them back and tell them about it he said o yeah forgot to tell u about that when u pick your car up then had to wait other 2 weeks for the hood to be done after they already got paid for it. The lady behind the desk is very rude. This place is not a good place to bring your car if u want it done right take it to Kim auto body. Don't let your car insunce company talk you in to going here run away fast u will be ripped off and car will not be done right.

Getting to know this business has been a great experience. The heritage of this business shines through in their customer service and ability. If your car is in need of body work this is the only place to consider.

Not a good place to work for . After 16 years of service I complained about not getting paid for work in a reasonable time , State Law is two weeks . I waited as long as 18 months to get paid for work . After filing a grievance about the issue I was told by Brian Maloy that he just didn't have time to pay me in a reasonable amount of time . Three weeks later I was fired after I asked that we do a job according to the estimate , rather then commit insurance fraud as I was told to do .
