Jimmy and Jeremiah were very he and personable. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. The free Armor All bucket of cleaning agents was the icing on the cake. I don't know the name of the mechanic that worked on my car but thank you to you as well. I believe that I can trust each one with working on my car. Finding an honest mechanic that is knowledgeable and the facility as well is no different than find your primary care Dr. Firestone is lucky to have these employees.

We got here right when the store opened and Jeremiah was super helpful in getting my tire plugged so I could get on the road back to Texas after the holiday. He was upbeat and cheerful. Our tech was Martin. Very helpful and very little wait time. Thank you so much!

I was able to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation the day before and for the time I requested. I was out of the shop within 90 minutes and the store honored a competitor's coupon, saving me over $50!

Went there after a call. Processed my car issues right away as promised on the phone. Jimmy and Jeremiah are the kindest people i have met in this industry. Very helpful and very positive experience

This is the place to go on Sundays when you need car work. We kept losing air in one of our tires. I called, went there, and was out in less than an hour. I do think they need to upgrade their soda machine. It doesn't take debit cards. Almost forgot to mention that customer service here is great.

Amazing people! I had a blow out in a bad ice storm on my way from St Louis to Chicago and was dropped here by a tow truck driver! They were booked and couldnt get to it the same night! They saw all i needed was a change, they heard my story and pulled me right in! I offered to tip them and they said no! That was not even the best part! It was the energy! They did it with good vibes and a smile! GOD BLESS THESE YOUNG MEN!!

I called about getting a tire and the only thing the guy who answered asked what was the tire size and since I didn't know that he couldn't help me. I know he could put my car information in his system to find the tire size. I've called multiple places that were able to give me quotes.

Exceeded my expectations. Took me in without an appointment for tire rotation. Also went above and beyond and repaired slow tire leak, checked the fluid levels and brakes at no cost in quicker time than estimated.

Came in with my front driver's tire not holding air. It is a new tire, so it shouldn't have gone flat on me. We got air in the tire to come in and get the valve stem replaced (I knew that part was needing changed) they estimated my wait time to be 45 minutes to an hour before they got my car in. I wasn't even waiting 30 minutes, and they had my tire fixed, and ready to go back on the road. The gentleman I spoke with, Austin was very polite and helpful. If it were possible to give a 6 star review, I definitely would. I'm very pleased with the help provided to me. I'm not from the area, but if I were. I would definitely be a repeat customer

Brought a work vehicle into this location three times and counting. Every time they say it is finished and we return to pick it up, it has horrible sounds coming from the brakes and all the brake lights on the dash on. They lie and say everything is completed and they drove it with no issues. They are taking advantage of a business by charging what they want without actually doing the work. The store manager is no help and also dishonest.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Brought my care in, they said I needed two new tires, alignment and brakes and rotors, which would cost a bit over $1,600.00. I agreed but said to just do the the tires and alignment and I d be back in a week for the brakes. Paid $688.00 for the two tires and alignment, then returned a week later for the brakes and rotors. They charged me the full $1,600.00 for the brake job, I told them no, so the put the old parts back on and I left. Went to do the brakes a week later and they intentionally tightened the lugnuts so even an impact wrench won t break them free. This creates a very hazardous and potentially deadly situation not being able to replace brakes and rotors. It s flat out criminal activity, a complaint has been lodged with their corporate customer service. I was warned not to go here, and I didn t head the warning, now I have a car that the tires can t be removed.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Top notch crew. Everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable. Great service and great tires. The best alignment service in town. I always buy the lifetime alignment due to our lovely Illinois roadways n potholes. I can go back when needed to have alignment checked and realignment if needed at no cost if parts aren't needed. Thanks to all of the crew!!!

I m originally from Chicago, where good auto repair is all around, but in the 8 years I ve lived here, this is the only place in Springfield I actually recommend to others. My car is getting old (2014) and I ve been going here for a couple years. They have never held my vehicle for longer than a day - they always get right to work, regardless of how busy they are. You don t have to make an appointment and wait a week, which is tough to find in Springfield! They really do a nice job AND they re reasonably priced, which is also rare in this town. I found myself telling all of this to one of the employees and he was like, tell your friends . So I decided to post here. It s nice to be able to write a glowing review once in a while!

On a Sunday afternoon. Visiting from out of town, got a flat and no spare. They helped find a great tow truck and fixed our tire in 20 minutes. Did not try to sell us anything we didn't want. But also made sure repairs were safe for our drive home

I sent you a very detailed email about my experience and all you asked me to do was take a survey. The manager there is very nice and gave me a full refund. With that said the shop is a joke. Everything I had done needed to be redone by a different shop that knew what they were doing.Go somewhere else if you need your car worked on.

On our way home to Michigan from out west and our car began to make a funny noise. We did some quick research and decided it might be a wheel bearing. Found Firestone online and were happy to find out they were open on Saturday until 6pm. Travis was extremely helpful and so kind. He assured us our car was safe to drive the rest of the way home and gave us the piece of mind we needed after taking it for a quick test ride. So grateful for Travis and Firestone Complete Auto. If you need work done visit these guys and you won't be disappointed!

I HATE leaving reviews, but there have been too many issues at this point and this place has cost me too many of hours of my life. I've been forgot about, left hanging numerous times when car is finished and if I hadn't noticed would of spent more time. Of average 3 hours for oil change! Drive a fleet vehicle so limited on choices. I understand staffing has been a big issue for many, but they've been saying that for the past year and most places have improved 10 fold. Always have to hear about it when I come in, we are short staffed, only 1 guy today. At what point is this not a management issue? This time, walked up at open, guy sees me and heads to the back. Wait 8 minutes when its 30 outside... but ok...Someone opens side door to the guy who just pulled up haha, so now I'm cut in line. Wait another 5 minutes while the front counter person stands in front of computer and doest say anything to anyone. Finally he speaks to the person that showed up way after I did and says were short staffed, blah blah...and I realize this is going to be a 5 hour oil change!No thanks, have to get work done on car once a month, but I've found other options now and will utilize them!

Came in on Saturday 2-26-2022 with a bad valve stem on a tire, thought it was going to be a long wait until they discovered the tire is off and don't need a lift, estimated an 1hr, I was on the road in 30minutes, very fast service on this one and they even installed tire. Very happy with the service.

I had an appointment at 9 a.m. for an oil change, I just left at 11 a.m. and they still hadn't started on my vehicle. I understand being busy but I was not a walk-in customer. I had an appointment and if they're going to make appointments they need to start working on those vehicles that time. I have bought two full sets of tires for my fleet vehicle in the last 6 to 8 months at this business. I have also taken my van for service ever since we bought it almost a year ago. After this experience and almost a 4 our plus wait for the tires to be changed last time I can say I will no longer be a customer of this establishment. They lost all future business with me and I would not recommend them

Excellent goods and services at fair prices. Promises made to me were kept with no hassle. Ben Gaul is the fellow you will most likely meet and I have to say that he does an excellent job working with customers of all manner of need, concern and personality to boot. If I ever have a serious problem, I'd want someone like Ben to handle it.

The worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop, wasted two weeks of my time and $1,300 of my money because of a problem that THEY caused. Brought my car in for a front axle brake replacement, the job wasn't done correctly and my brakes were still grinding and I was told that my back brakes were fine when I walked out. So thinking that a back brake replacement was needed as well to stop the squeaking I went ahead and did that. Still squeaking. Was told that it could possibly be the wheel bearing making the noise. Got that replaced, still squeaking. Come to find out the squeaking was coming from the "faulty pad" that was put on my car from firestone. Overall the worst experience I've ever had at an auto shop and a waste of my own time and money. Do not recommend

I called about purchasing new tires. I was told the guys in the back don t like working on corvette tires due to their width. I was told to go to discount tire. I ve worked in the auto industry on and off a number of years. I have never in that time been sent to a competitor because the shop simply did not feel comfortable working on a car. If you have anything nicer than a 1993 geo metro I urge you to Take it elsewhere. Apparently they won t feel comfortable changing a tire on it. Outside of being $45 per tire more expensive this was a very unpleasant experience in general.
