My third trip over the years with this time needing a new windshield. Had an appointment booked right away. Hundred's of dollars cheaper than their competitors. Was in & out with a brand new windshield in under an hour. Highly recommend Clearview Glass

I had to get my windshield replaced because a rock had flown up into it while we were on the highway, and I did some calling around town to shop prices, availability, and if I could get a branded window so my warranty was not affected. (Not approved or aftermarket). No one in town could either get me in for a week, and some were two weeks. I called Clearview and I got everything I wanted and more!The whole experience from the lady at the front desk, all the way through the visit was very quick. The employees understood my situation as if it was their own, and made me feel important. Clearview also saved me a trip to the dealership to get my camera reset, because they did it for me!I will always do my auto glass repairs through Clearview Auto. I am now a permanent customer and a happy one.

Outstanding service!! Courtney / Receptionist / Service Adviser was very professional. She explained the whole process from start to finish with an estimate. I needed a windshield replaced and Clearview Glass was amazing! From start to finish i was treated with respect and professionalism. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained the process and had my car completed in a matter of hours. Went to Clearview glass today to get my car fixed 2021 equinox They got my car right in and got my rock chip fixed the people are very friendly the receptionist got me right in. My car looks nice I couldn't be happier thank you clearview!!!!

Best glass repair business this side of the Mississippi!!! The front desk receptionist Courtney is simply one of the most helpful and friendly people you could ever meet! Tim and the rest of the staff are very prompt and highly knowledgeable about anything auto glass related! 100/10 recommend!!I can t suggest this place enough. They are super quick and all of their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Took less than 3 hours for a complete windshield replacement and calibration! Pick up and drop off were a breeze as well. We cannot recommend Clearview Glass Inc. enough and will keep coming back! They go above and beyond, not only did we get the windshield on our truck replaced, but they also figured out where a leak was coming from on top of the truck. Excellent customer service and communication. Great work!

I got a chip in my new (to me) windshield I walked in and made an appointment for the next day.I showed up over an hour early and they worked me right in.I waited about 45 minutes -which was expected. They only charged me $50 and you can t tell there was any damage at all. Everyone was super nice!I would highly recommend using clearview! 10/10!Service: Auto windshield repair

Just Wonderful. I was referred to them by By Pass Auto body down the street from them. They squeezed me in. Courtney, their receptionist and who answers the phone for the business is very nice as well. She's very polite and she has a lot of enthusiasm in her voice. Clear View replaced my broken windshield a few years ago. Their price beat every one else at the time. It's nice to have a window that rolls up and down.

I cant say enough about the folks at Clearview. I've used other places in the past and sure it got done when they wanted to get to it. I'm a small business owner. I've had several windows and mirrors replaced by Clearview usually all the same day or the next day. Always there to great you with a smile. I've even had windows tinted on a couple of my vehicles now and they excel at that as well. I'll never go anywhere else, best price around hands down. Support local!

Had windows tinted. Appointment was easy to set and very short time frame. Once i got the car there it was half a day and i had my car back before i went on lunch! Great work and great people!

I needed a new windshield. My insurance company contacted Clearview, who then promptly called me and worked with my odd schedule to get techs out to my house. Jesse and another technician had a new windshield installed in my driveway in less than 20 minutes start to finish. That alone would have been enough to impress me, but I also want to commend the guys on putting my old oil change sticker on my new window-- it wasn't something I asked to be done, but it was one of those little touches that meant a little extra to the customer.I strongly recommend this company.

I had my 2016 Dodge Charger tinted by Clearview Glass Tinting today. The owner was extremely professional and friendly and did an amazing job on my car! I would absolutely recommend and encourage you to choose this company for all your tinting needs!

I took my car to have the windows tinted, they did a poor job. They had adjusted and lubed the side windows 3 days before tinting. The silicone they had used to lubricate the tracks was not cleaned off of the glass properly, that created bubbles on all of the side windows, there was/is a wrinkle in the front passenger window, several wrinkles in the rear window, the rear drivers window tinting does not cover a 1/4" to 3/8" strip on the front side. They had me wait 2 weeks before they would do anything to address these problems. After the 2 weeks he told me that he would need my car for 2 days because it would take at least 8 hours to remove the tint from all the windows. I did ask that since he had to remove all of the tint if he would please make the front windows 1 shade darker, he copped an attitude saying he should charge me for an upgrade. They had my car for 2 days. When I went to pick it up he told me that he had re-done all of the windows and that the front windows were darker. It looks like the only window he re-tinted was the rear window. All of the above mentioned flaws were still on all of the other windows. He did get an attitude when I pointed this out and gave me a refund. Now if want to get them done right I will have to pay to have all of the tinting removed and re-done by a shop that does a better job. I am considering small claims court to recover the cost of having their's removed.

I found this local company after first trying to make appointment with Safelink, the ubiquitous,on-the-air all-the-time windshield repair. I tried with Safelink online but when finally ended the process, the price was higher than originally quoted with no explanation. Tried to phone but they are only online. Clearview gave me clear, cheaper quote, on the phone! Fast service, very professional, lifetime warranty or guarantee, not sure, but they stand by their work. I would give 5 stars but windshield is brand new, will try to update in time.

Very happy with my experience at Clearview. They had no problem matching the estimate Safelite gave me and I feel much more confident in Clearview s workmanship and the quality of glass they use compared to Safelite. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and got me in quick to get my windshield replaced. The replacement was done within a couple hours and I couldn t be more satisfied with the work!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!! I called 5-6 different window companies looking for the best deal. I checked The north end, east end and west end of Springfield trying to find a " cheap" windshield for my 16 year olds vehicle. I found that not only was Clearview the cheapest I could find but they also do mobile service. They came to my home the very next day and installed my windshield. They also took my credit card payment right there on his company phone and gave me a receipt for his services. I inquired more about their mobile service and to my surprise they do it for free. Its the same price if they came to me or I took it to their shop. I have found a great company for all my window needs.
