Called a hour and a half before closing.Asked if we could look at a new truck.Was treated like an idiot when I arrived. Told me "well, sales people leave at noon" asked if wife and I could at least look Inside? "Nope, we don't know how to find keys" I then asked for a salesmans number so I could call and speak to him about the truck?"Nope, you can leave your number".Nope, I'll spend my 200k elsewhere

Long story short, I didn't actually get any service done through here because my Volvo car had broken down and I pulled in thinking it was a passenger car dealership, but the staff was incredibly nice and understanding and let us stay in their lobby as if we were paying customers until we were able to find a tow truck willing to carry me, my gf and our car 170 miles home. I couldn't honestly think of anywhere else I'd rather have been for this 24 hour long ordeal. Thanks, everyone!

From the 1st phone call explaining my situation to completing the job on a Friday afternoon, 5 stars all day thanks to everyone who made this happen.I was preparing myself to spend the weekend in Springfield but 4 hours later I was back on the road.

Man where do I start.I broke down by exit 94 on I55. I called a tow to pick me but they did not show up. Illinois State Police came to the rescue and I got towed here.I was musty and looked a mess but staff didn t get thrown off by it. I am grateful they were understanding. I was assisted at service and then got helped by the shop foreman.Once diagnosed. I got a detailed info on what the problem was and he gave me a sense of reassurance that it will be good.I advised my boss accordingly and was assisted to get a hotel.Thank you to all of y all. For being so helpful and understanding. God bless yall.

Very slow. Parts counter guys didn t seem to want to acknowledge my presence just BS with another local customer about non professional/work related drama. I was towed in and noticed my driveshaft looks a bit banged up now and that plastic sleeve doesn t look in good shape now. Service counter lady was nice. Techs seemed nice. But nobody wanted to hear other concerns I had with truck. Headed straight to terminal so they can actually fix my truck. Thanks for wasting my day!

While there was a little wait to get in for service as they were a bit busy, It ultimately only took four hours total with waiting time. Mechanic was really helpful and informative. He also identified another critical issue i wasn't looking for and managed to get that fixed as well. Good job CIT.

When I came to Hana, they told me that it would be ready within a day, and now it is nine days, and the price is still rising. I changed the clutch for ten thousand dollars with these swindlers.

Worst place I ve ever been Volvo engine light came on just to check the diagnostic they charge me $290 and they don t know what is the issue for the check engine light

Professional - Well groomed, neat uniform, shirt tucked in.2. Patient - Answered everyone of my questions without any sign of being annoyed with me.3. Knowledgeable - In addition to answering all my questions, he rapidly and accurately diagnosed my problem.4. Urgency - You know how some employees have only one gear?... 1st gear? Not this tech. He worked with a sense of urgency. Kinda rare these days.5. Thorough - After completing my repairs he double checked to make sure i didnt have any more issues.Those 5 things were the ones that made this particular employee remarkable and made your company float high in an all to common sea of mediocrity.I once read a book by Dale Carnegie and have since practiced the principle of praising employees in public. I hope that you give Logan the public recognition he deserves. You guys rock!

Great place!! All of the staff are great. Kasey is awesome!! Nicest lady around and deserves a raise for working so hard!! If I had 10 front desks, I'd want 10 Kaseys!! Everyone was knowledgeable and polite and friendly.

Truck acting up on way from Illinois to Arkansas was able to get truck in and repaired in a lot quicker time than I figured not having an appointment. People very polite and friendly

Slow slow slow repair times and they couldn't even get the part I had to order it online and send it to them in order to get truck fixed and then they tried to charge an ungodly amount of hours for a simple fix. Don't waste your time or money. Go elsewhere

Glad I came here,they woke me up at 730 this morning and I put the truck in the shop, just got it back,I know what the problem is, and they were quick to get it diagnosed.this is the stuff that only champions can only do.

The best service that I have received at a truck dealership. Specially with the night crew. From the start when I called until the truck was fixed. The people that work here actually care about getting it done and doing the right thing for the customer. I now know where to go for anything Kenworth related.

Volvo parts are super-overpriced. I paid double the price for a set of filters, compared to other dealers. Just check, charged me $124.03 for set 85132685. I won t be back for sure.

Very nice shop easy to work with employees, unlike some other shops. The driveway entrance is very tight. It makes for a challenge to bring a T/T behind a wrecker into there.
