Capitol City motorsports has been and always will be my #1 place to shop locally for motorcycle parts, tires and accessories as well as to have my powersports serviced. The team here really cares about their customers and are always willing to help out in anyway possible with the best prices anywhere. I will continue to return for a long long time

Kyler is a very nice guy and goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. Cheaper than any dealorship hourly rate. Takes care of his customers and goes the extra mile no matter how busy he is will sit and talk to you and listens as well as answers any questions you have no matter what your riding he is great at getting it fixed right.

I'd like to start by saying that I am only giving Capital City Motorsports a 5 because that is the highest rating the system will allow. I was in desperate need for a set of tires for a trip and the owner, Kyler, not only had the tires for a fair price, but snuck me in that same day because he knew I was leaving on the trip in 2 days and I live 1.5 hours from Springfield. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will go the extra distance to do business with Capital Motorsports again. Great experience!Service: Tires

Haven't really bought much there haven't had any bike service there but I've been in there a few times to get some straps and the guys always helpful very knowledgeable and I wouldn't be afraid to do business with them at all so I think they can take care of a variety of bikes and if you're needing some kind of specialty product or a knowledgeable technician and owner that's the place

Highly recommend! Had tires installed and I know it's just tires however the attention to detail and having a passion for motorcycles is at the forefront here. Great guys, technicians and customer service. Most if not all tires have an indicator to match up with valve stem to keep road force and balance to a minimum. The guys did this and even put on black wheel weights to match the rims. I didn't ask for this but I got the sense that they treat your bike as if it was their own. Being in automotive master technician for 30 years and passionateabout cars makes this an easy choice to bring my motorcycle service needs here when i need to. Good people, and very happy we have such a good quality store to take our bikes to when mechanical work needs done.Service: Tires

My first interaction with this store was fantastic. Got to meet the owner and will be taking my motorcycle there for service. The same service that the place I purchased the motorcycle from wants over $200 for. Anytime I can save over $100 on service - you got my attention.Update: Just had my bike serviced for the 2020 season. They got it all done plus fixed to other items. Skylar and his crew are quality guys. I will go there exclusively for my service moving forward. Great team!

I have been dealing with Cuylers shop for a little over 2 years now. Very up standing owner. No bull all fact he covers all the bases when it comes to taking excellent care of my motorcycle. Kevin in the shop is very methodical doing service or repairs and you can be sure the work Kevin completed is done right.When you take a bike to Harley the tech s do just what s on the list no extra steps. The folks a Capital City thoroughly check your bike before handling it back to you. The prices are fair and service is great! I always ride away with piece of mind Knowing what work that has be completed is 1st rate !!!I hope I spelled the owner s name correctly.Kevin UrbanskiServices: Tires, Battery, Oil change

Called on a Saturday to try to get my ATV in for service. I got the voicemail, but I didnt leave a message. About 10 minutes later I got a call back (again, I did not leave a voicemail). Explained my issue and the worker informed me that they're extremely busy this time of year, so it'd be 2 weeks before they could schedule me. He then suggested for me to try something fairly simple. Turns out that identified the problem. I ordered the needed $30 part and will be able to replace it myself, saving on labor and me having to haul the ATV in and drop it off/ pick it up. This was my first experience with this shop, but I'm sure it won't be the last. Customer service was great!

Only had one bad experience here when the guy at the counter didn't seem to care to help me. I'm young but as a customer and avid rider I didn't expect .... That being said every time I called and spoke to someone they were always very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. They were able to prep and charge a battery for pickup when I needed it, very convenient. Spoke with a technician when i was in there, nice guy. I will continue doing business here.. needing a tune up might be in for plugs and wires here soon. Still the best place in town and less than a mile from my house.

Kyler and the team are great to work with! They helped in buying a new zero and instructing me in the new features. Months along, they are continuing to help with an issue I'm having. Definitely recommend them.

I was passing through from out of town on a long trip, needed some quick maintenance at the last second. The owner is very knowledgable and personable, was able to sneak my bike in the same day, and charged a very fair price. It's almost worth the 250 mile trip one way to come back next time my bike needs something.

Recently got my motorcycle, new to riding using a buddy s gear. Came in to look for some of my own. Being new I only knew what I had googled, any questions I had were answered, pros and cons of different gear, felt valued as a new customer and wasn t pushed to buy the most expensive things. Will definitely be back.

Had my bike serviced there because world of powersports is not a good place. I knew my bike had a few problems... when I picked it up and rode it home I was amazed!!!! It runs superb!!!! It hasn't ran that good since I bought it! Plus the even checked my coolant. And yes,it was bad.. real bad. Probably from the last owner.. I will definately be taking it back there when needed!

They are good at figuring out what's best for you and your machine, and are honest about what repairs are needed to fix the problem. Their service prices are quite reasonable too. My one real criticism is that they're usually pretty hard to get ahold of by phone. Still, they know their stuff and will do right by you, so if you can't reach them by phone I recommend you just head over there and talk to them in person. You won't find a more knowledgeable motorcycle mechanic in Springfield.

Had rear tire going down near Springfield while in cross-country ride from Arizona to Pennsylvania. CCM had me fixed up and back on the road with a new tire in under two hours. I noticed real attention to detail in replacing the tire and adjusting the exhaust heat shield after installation. Recommend this shop strongly.Service: TiresService: Tires

Best local bike shop hands down. The people at Halls act like they're doing you a favor by letting you walk through their door. That may charge corporate rates to check the air in your tires. Capital City doesn't care what kind of bike you own. They give great service for a good price and will make it right if you have an issue.

Went in to get a phone mount. I already had the RAM mount arm and x-grip, I just needed the handlebar mount. These guys asked what type of bike I have and then proceeded to show me something they came up with in house that mounts to a factory Harley screw instead! Super clean and my handlebars aren't cluttered. The salesman even put it on my bike for me in the parking lot! Will definitely do business with these guys in the future!

Caitlin and Chris are amazing and are always so easy to work with and care so much about scooters and the lifestyle that goes along with them. Do not hesitate to go to Capital City for ALL of your scooter needs. We love these folks.

Cuyler was very thorough with a minor brake problem after replacing my tires. Spent an hour making sure it was right. One of the few places open on Mondays. Highly recommended.
