I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, and we will use them again if we ever have a need. The customer service is great. There were some delays beyond their control, and they kept us informed every step of the way. When we did get the car back, it was beautiful! Everything was perfect. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the car. We were so impressed by the quality of service provided.

After an interaction with a deer I called many shops to see where we could get our vehicle repaired. Most could not schedule us until over a month out. Caliber was able to complete the repair before the other shops could even start looking at the vehicle. They were quick to act in every way and called with updates regularly. I never once needed to call them to find out the status. Every interaction was friendly and informative. We have our vehicle back and it is as good as new. The work done was top notch. The front of the car was damaged after hitting a deer. CC did an initial walkthrough, checked the work completed before the claim and replaced the damaged front. They communicated all throughout the service period. Excellent quality of service. Very professional. I was able to access my car during the repair. My vehicle was done early and we did another walkthrough. I m satisfied with the results.

I was very pleased with the results of my repair. I have used them twice now and they are very friendly and keep you informed during the process. Also, they coordinate with insurance companies and rental car agency so you don t have to.

When an accident happened with my car I was assigned to caliber by my insurance company to have the work completed. I was pleasantly surprised to have an appointment arrange the same day that the claim was filed and please with caliber's responsiveness to the matter. I was assessed quickly and given a clear timeline as to the repair process. If I hadn't already arranged a rental car they were ready to provide one and the services to have it there and to drop it off for me. The staff was clear with their updates and timelines keeping me in the loop along the way. The final result was that my car looks like it was never in any kind of accident. The dents removed and the paint blends in perfectly. If I ever have any future repair work needed I will definitely keep caliber at the front of my mind.

the customer service is superb. I have had to come to them within a 60 day time frame and they were great. the most recent issue with my vehicle which was a more major accident i am not to satisfied with and will have to return to them to inspect again. but overall i would definitely use them again

Great service and repairs to my Subaru. Johnnie along with his A-Team office staff completed all insurance approvals. The body repairs were completed to look like nothing happened. After all the repairs were completed his detail department cleaned and vacuum my Subaru. Will use Caliber Collision again if needed.

Excellent customer service. Even with a delay in being able to schedule my repair, they kept me on the loop on each part of the process and had it completed a day early. I was also able to leave my rental car with them when I picked my car up, saving me time and hassle. Great from start to finish. Wonderful customer service, did well at keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Vehicle was in immaculate condition inside and out when finished after brining it in quite dirty not knowing they would be washing it. Also the vehicle looks brand new, great body work. I got in an accident & the person at faults insurance company works with Caliber Collision, so I took my car there for an estimate. They are very pushy about wanting U to get your car fixed there or agreeing to give u an estimate until u agree on getting your car fixed there. They day they'll give u an estimate w/o getting it fixed there but still ask u to get it fixed there. Go figure ! Nevertheless, I went in and had a discussion with a supervisor about damages and repairs and he wsnt very friendly and kept talking to me with a matter of fact attitude. I felt like he was talking toe like I was a child or just plain stupid. After the estimate ws completed I stated that maybe I should get my car fixed elsewhere since they couldn't warranty the paint because it was previously painted elsewhere. Then they tell me the car is taken apart so I guess I had no choice but to get it fixed there. I won't go back. I hope the staff (that this applies to) learns how to talk to ALL customers the same instead of selectively chosing who they talk to polite & who they don't.

I was in a bad car wreck, and we asked to have our car towed to a local family-owned auto body shop, Zara's, here in Springfield. We'd used them in the past, and they were great. When we found out from the tow truck driver that Zara's had been bought out by Caliber Collision we asked him if they were still good. He said yeah. However, Caliber (on Wide Track Drive) actually sent our car to the junk yard before we had a chance to go through it to remove personal belongings. This brought us further loss and sadness. My family won't use Caliber again, and we don't recommend them. UPDATE: By the way, I did email them per their response below, and I never got a reply. Our auto adjuster ended up arranging to have our stuff shipped to us from the junk yard, so we found a resolution ourselves.

I am so happy I went to Caliber Collision! My car looks like a new car, they did an amazing job. They kept me up-to-date on repairs and customer service was great. My was done a few days earlier than the due date, which saved me and that, I do like a lot.

I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. They are very professional courteous and they get it done on time or before schedule. They also call you to give you updates or send text messages. Also if there is a problem getting the part in they let you know so that way you can plan ahead of time. I have had my wife's vehicle and my vehicle in there due to someone hitting us and I cannot tell any difference in paint or anything at all. So my dog busted out a window in my vehicle. I tried fixing it myself and for whatever reason, I just couldn't get the glass into the position it needed to go into so I called Caliber Collision to help me figure out what was going wrong. They got me in immediately and fixed the issue. I tried paying the man who helped me, but he wouldn't take my money. I couldn't thank him enough! They will always have my business. We felt good about Caliber Collision from the beginning since they are a GEICO approved shop for repairs. My wife's car had been damaged by an encounter with a deer. Caliber was upfront about what needed to be done and they took care of it and got it done ahead of schedule.
