I m only giving this place 2 stars because he did come out when it was bad. I had an accident last Monday when the roads were so bad the cops had called this guy out explaining to them that I didn t have money to pay as I was out door dashing to pay bills he then informed me that he would tow it to his house is what he kept telling me then when I said house? He said my shop. I said okay my partner will be calling you this afternoon. He was rude to the both of us tried saying our car was impounded due to arrest and then said he didn t want to deal with our kind of people. All we tried to do was figure out how to pay this man and get our car to a workable shop.

Scene of 08-29-2022 Kia auto accident, except it occurred after dark & during a hard-driven rain storm = pitch black, with NO direction arrows and zero visibility of "T" intersection; even at reduced speed, there was NO indication or advance warning of need to turn ~ yet a hard left or right turn was required.

Strange old man came out and kept going on and on about how old he is and wasn t able to do anything. Said my boyfriend was young and strong and then made him load our car on the tow truck. It was a weird experience and he kept trying to rub my boyfriends back saying see how strong you are? Service: Car towingService: Car towing

DO NOT USE THIS FOWING COMPANY!!! First off they lied and told me that since my car was in an accident and not being repo then I could come in and get my stuff for free out the car. Then when I went to get my stuff they said I had to pay over 500 dollars. Then when I paid the money I realized they stole multiple things out of my car including the catalytic converter and anything of value. My car was totaled but I still wanted my car because I could make more selling it myself. This place is very untrustworthy and they are out right theives!!Service: Car towing

Very nice and understanding guy!! Helped me get thru a terrible time with ease at his shop!! Even took my mower and expensive stuff out of my truck and locked them up so noone would mess with them. Couldnt ask for a more understanding guy!! Thank you so much Roger Brickler for anything and I will recommend him if you need a tow!!!

Roger and his crew have always been there for our whole family. From tows to collision repairs, hes always done a great job and very informative. HIGHLY recommend these guys.
