Excellent customer service, fast, friendly, and very reasonable price!Had to replace one tire and was terrified I'd need to do all four, but Brahler kept me from overspending on something simple just because I was nervous. They overnighted a new tire for me and swapped it out. All told less than $250 to do that and done incredibly fast. I just moved here from across the country and was worried about not knowing "the good shop" in Springfield, and this place is totally it! Having customer service experience myself, the guys behind the desk were excellent and incredibly helpful.Any issues I have with my car while I'm in the area, I'm 100% going here again.

I bought a new tire from them last summer. It slowly leaked air. I should have returned it immediately but I just dealt with it at first. 6 months later, when it got worse and started going completely flat, I went back and I had to pay full price for another tire. With no guarantee that this one won't leak air or a promise to replace it if it does leak air as well.

Amazing service! They got me right in and fixed a flat tire. You can tell they care about their clientele and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Brahler Tire & Auto Service. We were traveling to St Louis when our check charging system light came on. We went to Auto Zone and had it checked, they said the alternator was bad. It was on a Sunday morning and no repair shops were open. We had to rent a car. I called Brahler Monday morning and they said they were busy but would do their best to get us in if they could. We had our car towed to them. They called me to verify what was going on with the car. We got back to Springfield around noon and by 12:30 our car was ready. We were able to make the 3 1/2 hour tripback home without spending the night. We were very pleased with their service, price & kindness. Thank you Brahler for helping us out.

Justin was great! I had work done at another shop that ended up damaging my brakes. I called 9 different shops and was told it would be at least 5 days before I could get my car diagnosed. I was able to bring the car in the next day to Brahler and Justin called me an explained what was wrong. I am able to get the previous shop to repair my brakes under warranty. Great service and I will be using Brahler exclusively from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Very polite and very informative. You ask and they answer. They are good guys who seem to care about their reputation. I ve already made a second appointment with them. Also they have a shuttle service and while you wait they will take you home or back to work and come get you when the job is done. They also explain the warranty on their parts as well.Service: Oil change

Had a problem many, many miles from home. Couldn't get help from a dealership in the area. Brahler was suggested. I spoke with Justin, he couldn't guarantee anything, but he really came through, and even got us a free ride to the local historical sites. We spent some time visiting Lincoln's home and the Lincoln Museum. Got back to the shop and the car was repaired. Justin and the other guys at Brahler are the best.

My part time job has always trusted Brahler for them to work on the work vehicle. They do a good job. So I've added the to a place I can trust to do the work correctly and get it done in a timely manner. Thanks again

Driving from northern Illinois to St. Louis and had a tire pickup some metal. Dave and his guys got us in and back on the road in less than 30 minutes if you ever have an emergency, this is the place to get back on the road fast!

As I just moved back to area my car battery light came on and I was told my alternator was bad again. I just moved and was broke and freaking out. Looked through my receipts and saw I got it at Brahler. Called them and asked if it at all had warranty and by heaven it did! After 2 years I still had this warranty and they still honored it. It was luck. And they got me in pretty quickly to do the work in car. I also only had to pay $50 for labor! I remember why I love this place so much! Saved me so much money and time. They are always super nice as well!

Love getting my car serviced here! They are always so kind and accomodating! I also especially like their shuttle service when I have to be somewhere while my car is being worked on.

Very happy with this location. I had significant front suspension issues (including hubs/bearings/breaks). They completed the work very quickly, much faster then I was hoping. Chad offered his honest opinion and advice on repair options. The car has not driven so well in years. I'm sold on this Brahler location.

So I went in for a wheel alignment. I was told beforehand that even if they couldn't do the service it would be a 40.00 charge, I agreed.They then came back and told me my vehicle needed some work so they couldn't do the service, fine. I paid the 40.00 dollar fee.The paperwork they gave me had up to 5000 dollars in repair work. Whoa. Took my vehicle elsewhere to be assessed. I got everything done under 1000. Like around 600 and some change. I've never been back.

I went to this place because I need my alternator replaced asap. I have had a tough week and didn't have quite enough money and they helped me by giving me a discount but I was still low $10 on price I only had $246. They guys heard I was going through hard time on phone with mom trying to get $10 and said if it's a matter of $10 we got it we will pay for the $10 part. I burst into tears I never have had such a nice thing happen to me. I really appreciate it so much I will def start coming to them for things that means so much they would help out like that. Very nice people. Highly recommend

They were honest, upfront, and did a great job on my vehicle and had great customer service (aside from a guy catcalling at me in the garage where they do oil changes) but spilled some sort of caustic substance on the floor in the back seat which ate all the way through the carpeting. Makes me nervous that it will continue eating away and not knowing what it is makes me fear for my kids. No one seems to be able to tell me what it was...

My experiences with this shop are wonderful. Consider them friends. Not only do they take care of my tire, oil and routine maintenance, they have also been my go to place for vehicle repairs. I trust them so much more than the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I have been coming here regularly since I moved to Springfield area in 2010.

This place costs more money than what it's worth. I asked how much to replace brake pads on my 2012 Ford fusion. The young guy behind the counter quoted me $400 Dollars. You would do better going somewhere else.

I had 5 screws in the back right tire of my Subaru. I was totally heartbroken over it, totally convinced I would have to replace all the tires being 4 wheel drive. They found me 2 tires with almost exactly the same tread depth! They replaced my bad tire and its neighbor for better balance $100. Totally awesome! Took 40min. The next morning I wake up to find my front right tire extremely low, with yet another screw! Again, heart broken! I called Brahler right away. They still had my good back left tire and put it on for free! I genuinely could not believe how wonderful and kind these guys are. Absolutely reccommend them they next time you have any issues with you car. I will 100% be back.Thank you for saving my vacation!

I went here several times over the past few years, and they were always very helpful, listened to my concerns, ran tests to find the problem.
