I am so pleased with the service I received. I wanted my table powder coated black and called Bill Mathews. They were able to get me in promptly and complete the job sooner than I expected. The staff provided excellent customer service. The price was reasonable. Great price, great work, great customer service and fast. Sounds like a perfect 5 star to me.

10 days ago I took my truck in for an accident repair estimate. The appraiser said he would email me the estimate that day (Thursday) or Friday.A week later I hadn't heard a thing from them. So I called them and asked them to check into it. They verified my email address and she said she would check into it. 4 days later I hadn't heard back from them. I sent them a message through their website and asked them what was happening with my estimate. They never responded. I guess the estimate for my damage was too small for them to mess around with it, What a way to run a business.

All these good reviews are either paid for, or from overpriced insurance jobs. This shop accepted our vehicle, gave us a more than 10K estimate, disassembled the vehicle and now hold us hostage! They had the truck since January and in 3 months there's been no progress. Shame on you, specially Mr. Blake, who's now hiding, never available!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I only gave one star because google makes you leave at least one. This is the most RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL auto body shop I ve ever seen in my 20 years of dealing with auto body shops. Do not go here!!

Bill Mathews Autobody helped tremendously when I hit a deer last month. They were quick with a quote and helped me with all my insurance needs. They did a fabulous job repairing the damages on my Volkswagen Tiguan and I got it back in a timely manor! The staff there are extremely friendly and treat you like family. Was supposed to fix my car and it looks worse than it was when they gave it back to me everything in my engine is misplaced now my car shakes and everything's not screwed on right my hooded my hood don't look like they put it on they scratched my car and stole stuff from and try to make me pay double for it this will be the last time I ever take my car to this place I do not recommend it and they stayed with it for a long time it looks like I never got it fixed and now it's worser than what it was before it went in..Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Service was extremely professional and polite. I came there with a spoiler that I wanted to match 7 year old orange metallic paint of my car. The part was done in days and it looks fantastic. Very satisfied with them and I will be bringing future projects their way.

They did a great job and most importantly to me they stayed pretty spot on to the estimate price I was quoted. Ended up being slightly less because they ordered a part that ended up not needing used. Some places would have lied and charged for the part anyways. The only problem I had was that I needed a fog light cover for my bumper that was discussed during the estimate and they forgot to order the part. But it s only like $15 for the part and will pop in easily if I get it myself. Overall great service, stayed true to their price, and did amazing matching the paint on my car and fixing the damage I requested. I d go back.

Everyone here very professional. Kept in touch with me the entire time my truck was there. Even contacted car rental for me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very very good people. Great service, super friendly, I immediately walked through the front door and was greeted! I ordered tires, they gave me a great price, they put the tires on, aligned and balanced them. I was so amazed at the customer service though!! This was my first time going here and I'll definitely be back if I need anything fixed!!

0 customer service. After waiting 3 months (where I had already paid half of my estimate) I still had no idea when they were going to be able to fix my car. I called to cancel the repair and get a refund so I could go elsewhere and they all of a sudden had an opening. My car was done in 3 days, however my glove box was rifled through, the books in my door pockets were moved, my bass was turned all the way up and now a speaker is crackling. The repair was good, but I don't appreciate my belongings being gone through and my speakers being blown out. Never again.

Horrible service, shady, and they do NOT care about your car.Broke off a piece in my car and did not mention it. Nor did they attempt to replace it.I had my car towed there on Saturday July 13th and had set up an online appointment or them to look at my car at 8:00 am on Monday July 15th. I then get a text later that Monday at 3:40 telling me my appointment got cancelledNot only that but I had to call them to find out details on my car.I called them again on Wednesday because I figured by then, they have had time to look at my car and give me the estimate on it. They told me they still hadn't looked at it and that they would call me later that day with an estimate. So I wait all day for the call that never came. So I had to call them again that same day 20 minutes before they closed to ask the estimate and they still hadn't even touched my car.I have NEVER had an experience with auto body shops like this until I came to them.

Had quite a few problems with this experience. Poor communication, extensive delays, and when I got the car back some of the repairs had not been made and I had to return it again for the work to be finished. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they offered a free detail, which I appreciated, but it was a negative experience overall and I would go elsewhere in the future.

My daughter was hit about 2 months ago in her pick up truck, and she has been told a number of stories. I understand parts can take time to order, but this seems an inordinate amount of time to have to wait for a vehicle repair. We will be reporting this to our insurance agent, and any number of our friends. We have much better luck, service and quality with Zara's.

Bob, Smitty and the gang took great care of us. There was a minor problem shortly after the initial repair that they went beyond the necessary issues to fix and repair in quick fashion. They explained everything and got us back on the road as soon as possible. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and friendly attitude.

I worked with Bob to have several aluminum poles powder coated for my paraglider. Both the price quoted and work performed were exceptional. These people are great, they give me a price and they got it done quicker so they knocked about a third off of the price I ve never had that before,I paid them their money before they were done so my employees could come and pick up the truck when they got done. and they sent me a check back, blew my mind, very honest people and they do great work, I would never use anyone else, I have six trucks and my wife s car they will get all my business. Thank you so much you are a rarity

Raising this from 1 star. After several trips to realign the bumper and door. Two parts replaced during the repair. It looks like they got it right. Better late than never. If it holds up I'll move them to 4 stars. Then Mathew's staff went out of their way to help with a problem unrelated to the repairs preformed in their shop. This business has won me over. 5 stars.

Thanks to this business for taking the inside panel off if the hatchback of a Jeep Cherokee so it could be opened so a bulb could be changed. The lock mechanism had malfunctioned. They dropped what they were doing and took care of the problem very quickly. And for no charge! I am a previous customer and you can bet I will be a future customer when the need arises.

First-class body shop! Great staff & fair prices. Will work with insurance companies. Also offer powder-coat painting for metal objects other than cars (got some office cubical trim painted here once).

I met Bob Matthews (son of late Bill) 30 years ago when his shop was recommended to me. They did all of my work for the next 23 years until I moved away. Bob's attitude was always "If you aren't happy, we will do what we have to do to make it right." They have a state-of-the-art facility and I have always found their work to be top knotch and honest.

Bill Mathews did a great job repairing the hail damage to my F150 pickup. I also had them replace the ball joints while they had the vehicle. All their work was great.
