I was given a specific price ($289) I pre-paid and was told by the son of the owner that he even factored in glass breaking after repairs. To be fair, I paid $300 just to be safe. Turns out Avenue glass wants $54.07 more for hardware and glass modification. The same day unfortunately I was working and called Paul to let him know they missed 2 of my windows that unfortunately still need tracks and was told to bring them in myself. The work was done fast, but correct. I just don t understand how $289 went to $354 and still need to bring in work he clearly forgot to check/do. Today is March 13th, I called and was told the owner is on vacay until the 2nd of April. Nice. (I mention the work because the son himself came out to see what needed to be done and missed it when he came back out to perform the work.).

Ordered glass top for kitchen table 2 weeks before Christmas, said it might be ready by Christmas day. I called it was not ready. No big deal. Called a week later, said it would be ready by the end of the week or early the next week. Still not a big deal. Called 2 weeks later, still haven't started. I canceled the order, guy answering the phone was not friendly any of the times I called. Would NOT recommend.

Having read the reviews, I wasn't certain which business I'd encounter. What I can say is my own experience was nothing but positive. These guys were kind, even extending help with a mask, after they watched me struggle to find one in my wife's car. They quickly did a glass repair panel, and couldn't have been more friendly. So, from this reviewer, they get a glowing 5-star review. Thanks guys!

I called a couple of times to get an estimate on replacing a broken glass on my home window and the rep was extremely condescending to me during the conversation. I am not a window expert so I explained to the best of my knowledge what I needed and after each explanation I was talked down to. I decided to put that experience behind me and continue on with them only to receive the same condescending tone again. It was after this conversation that I decided I would take my business elsewhere.Based on my experience I do not recommend this company purely on their customer service. What their final product is I can not speak to but their customer service is piss poor.

I have used them many times for glass for windows and doors....always happy with the product. I have also used them numerous times for screens.....always happy with the product. I even used them for glass for the tops of some of my desks in my office...very happy with these as well. They are a great company that has always delivered what I needed at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

I called this company and they did an amazing job. I had a storm window that needed fixed and they received it Friday and was ready on Monday. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company. Great price too!

I brought in a section of a storm door to be re-screened, and they did a good job, and completed the job quicker than estimated. However, when I came back to pay, I found that they only accept cash or checks. Luckily I had enough cash, but I (like most of contemporary America!) use my debit card for EVERYTHING, and unless they change their policy, I won't be back!

Every time I've used Avenue they've done a fine job and are pleasant to deal with, yeah they don't take cards but whatever, bring a check or cash, no big deal. I have had zero to poor customer service at other glass physicians in town, not to mention multiple month wait times; at Avenue they have my window same day if I get it in by 10am, or next day if I don't.

The front office gals were friendly and able to subtract the 1/8" from my measurements (I'm horrible with fractions) to determine the exact size of glass pane I needed for my replacement. I was wanting to wait for the glass to be cut and take it home with me rather than go back for it, so they checked with the glass cutter, and he was able to accommodate me.The gals also said the shop guys could give me some glazing points for free, and when they came, they were the easy install kind rather than the diamond shaped, easy to drop type. The glass fit my window perfectly.

Just called to get an estimate for my sliding glass door. Employee was rude and would not give a time when they would come out and had no problem expecting me to stay home from work half a day waiting for them to call when he just told me Friday was a good day for them to come out. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where they are courteous to customers.

Scheduled appointment, very easily. Came out on scheduled day making sure that someone would be home with a phone call. Arrived very promptly and completed job very quickly. Very friendly as well.

Horrible service over charged my teenager son was told 150$ for a window and when my teenager son came to pay for the window he charged him 194$ and the customer service is horrible when called to speak with someone the gentleman I spoke with was very rude if I could give no stars I would

I went in to get a 1/8 piece of glass cut on a Friday late morning, I didn t receive a date of completion nor any calls between Friday and Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning and he said he still hadn t gotten to my order and didn t know when. Very unprofessional and horrible time management. I wouldn t recommend for business.

They don't keep records at all. The only record you get is at time of service so when an insurance company comes back 3 months later for an itemized bill there is no record.Services: Window installation, Glass installation, Window repairServices: Window installation, Glass installation, Window repair

Going to this shop is like begging a homeless man for a quarter. You're not going to get it. You're not going to get good service. You're not going to get professionalism and after all that you just don't trust them with your glass and don't care to waste you're money. Trust me go place else.

I took a screen from front door to be re done and they did a fabulous job and it was fairly quickly done. Price was excellent. Will recommend

How does this shop stay open.? There was glass all over the parking lot and when I confronted them about it they acted like it was no biggie This shop is distasteful and won't get ANY of my service EVER. It's as if they get off being mean to potential customers. If you need any glass repairing go place else!!!!! I don't believe they care about customer satisfaction.

TERRIBLE customer service. I had to call repeatedly because no one would return my call. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that the owner had no idea what went on in the shop and didn't have any say in running the business. Everyone I spoke to there was extremely RUDE.

They put in glass and left the stickers on the inside of glass . Very poor job of caulking. The caulking is not even touching the glass in some areas .
