I was recently at this location on McArthur Blvd this past week to get my battery checked and to purchase wiper blades. The one employee that stood out to me was Jessie. She was amazing! She was taking out a battery for a gentleman and still helping her coworkers with questions that they had. I patiently waited for her to help me with my battery check and she even installed my blades for me. She was hands down the best. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. I will be back to this location just because of her Thanks Jesse for being so great!

Returned 2.5-year-old Car Battery on warranty. They swapped it out No Charge!!! I brought in my receipt but they had my purchase on their computer records. Should have given them 5 stars for service as it's not their fault I got a bad lot Battery.

I called in about my headlights being out and the store manager Timothy was very knowledgeable about the type of lights I needed. Not only did he help with my lights but he also took the time to put them in for me which was not an easy job. He was on his hands and knees getting the job done for me. I appreciate you greatly. They went above and beyond to help me get my car battery charged. They brought their own car battery jump starter to my home where I d accidentally left my lights on. I hadn t, at the time, purchased anything to make that worth their time and effort. They got me started up and I followed him back to the store, because I thought it wise to purchase a battery jump starter for myself. He ran a diagnostic test to be sure my battery was still good, which it was, but it identified that my starting system was on the way out. Now I have a charged battery, a heads up on an issue that will need to be addressed, and a nice new jump starter battery pack for the next time I space out and leave my lights on.

This AutoZone went well above and beyond. My daughter headlight was out and I was told that I needed to take the whole housing out and that the bolt was stripped. Jacob L took the lightbulb out and changed it for me. He explained about not touching the bulb and why not to touch it. The manager Tim explained that I could come there anytime with any questions or concerns and they will point me in the right direction. He apologized about the wrong information that was given to me. I would refer them to everyone. Thanks Jacob L and Tim

I regret that this review is overdue. I called this store over a week ago to inquire about locking gas caps for my two vehicles. Jessie gave me detail of how these work, and was even knowledgeable about my vehicles gas lines! She said that I could come in and she would install it for me. I stopped by the next day with one vehicle and unfortunately, the thing didn't fit. While my other vehicle was showing up, Jessie suggested calling the dealer to either find out if there was a locking gas cap available there or if the vehicle even needed one. Michael and Jason with AutoZone were also trying to figure out why it would not fit. But the cap fit the second vehicle! We were so happy that I decided to get one for a friend. When I went back the next day, they didn't have one and offered to get one by that afternoon from another store. I picked it up the next morning.These were not expensive items, and Jessie, Jason, and Michael went above and beyond what they needed to do. They were all friendly and helpful. I will recommend this store to everyone.

My sister stopped in today .. they sold her a new car battery .. then changed the battery out for her while she waited. They did a great job and it didn t take long for her to be on her way!

Went to this location on November 27th. The 2 guys that were working helped out way more than their coworkers did during our visit a few days before. We still didn't find all the parts that we needed, but they helped out enough to get most of them.

Helped me figure out that my car battery was indeed dead. Helped me choose the best replacement battery for my cr-v. It was a bit expensive but I rely on my vehicle for so much. It was worth every penny to get it running again.

Had to get a battery replaced in my car. Got great service and even help on a broken cable connecting to the battery despite not being in his job description.Expensive fix, but much appreciated especially since the man helping us was working out in the cold.

The trunk lock on my car was broken and I had no idea what to do. I came here and the employee came OUTSIDE to my car to take a look. He got on the dirty parking lot ground ON HIS BACK to look at it for me. He then clearly explained where I needed to go to get it fixed and he sold me a part to keep the trunk closed in the mean time. I've never had a better experience as a customer anywhere in my life. I think his name was Steve? Or Lewis? I feel bad I can't remember but he was the BEST.

Hippie with tattoos didn't know what she was talking about and she caused us 5 trips bck and forth and didn't have decency to say sorry about not knowing her job well to give customers advice on what they should and shouldn't do night manager that came in was very helpful though and new her job and was very thorough.

Kid had no idea what he was doingWent in to test and alternator that ended up being bad. Took a little over 45 min to test it and replace it even with the receipt. Place wasnt even busy!To top it off another person helping the kid didn't put my exchange in the alternator they eventually got around to replacing!!! The next alternator i just wanted a refund for after having it for two weeks and i cant even get that
