I started off by calling to ask about struts and wheel bearings for my Toyota. Rickey told me to come in for a better conversation. Originally, my plans was to order from rock Auto online i just needed help finding the right parts. Rickey Hawthorne provided me with the best customer service ever, he found me a mechanic that happened to be in the store, I was able to purchase my parts with the mechanic discount. The mechanic also said he would repair my vehicle at a playa discount which was over half of what I was originally quoted from another mechanic. When I tell you I m so grateful that I ran into Ricky that day he was most definitely the MVP of the the day for me. Thanks again RICKEY HAWTHORNE for all your patience and help

I've shopped for parts and tools several times at this AutoZone. The staff was helpful. I needed an unusual battery and a staff member helped me search through their stock to find a size and output match.I had no problems with returns or ordering parts.

Very slow, very clueless on how to do their job, first time I came in they insisted they look the car up and gave me whatever the computer said I needed they needed up selling me transmission oil and the wrong oil filter I come back in a second time to try and get my refund and they instead had me do an exchange for what I really needed ended up not even getting a refund or exchange had to pay a couple dollars extra since the right filter was more expensive. End of the story I sent my husband in there with the receipt and forced them to give the refund will most likely

Stopped off to get some touch up paint for my RAV 4. Katrina was very astute in helping me locate the numbers to make sure I got the right color. Applied it and it matches perfectly! 5 stars from me!

Thank goodness this shop was so close by when our maintenance light came on. Super nice guy came out to read the code and we determined all was well so we could be on our way. On the printout it explained how I could clear the code myself and it worked!

This staff at this store are amazing! I am a emergency worker from out of state who came to Illinois in a contract assignment! My car battery went out and I took it to a car repair shop the day before where they didn t have my battery in stock. I went to another auto parts store where they again didn t have my battery in stock. Thankfully my third attempt was beyond successful. The boys down at store store # 2659 not only had my battery but their customer service was above and beyond. Kurtis helped me remove my old battery and replace it with new one which saved my time, money, and stress. He did it with a smile on his face. The manager also came out to check that my car started and I was all set. While I hope that I won t have anymore car issues on this assignment if I do I know where I ll be coming back to. This staff really treats you like family here.

Walked into the store on sth 6th street on 2/11/23 around 2pm and was immediately greeted by staff. I was checked out by a gentleman with longer hair(I think his name was Brandon). Extremely courteous and professional and could just tell he enjoyed his job. It s hard to find good work these days. Autozone is lucky to have this guy!

Went here last night to try and find a camshaft position sensor for a 2010 Toyota camry. It costs around $20-$30. He said they had one in stock and it was $67.99. A complete rip off! I even had the exact part I needed pulled up on the autozone website for $17.99. He looked at it and told me it was the wrong part.... it wasn't..... if that guy gets commission from the parts he sells, he needs to be fired.

Huge thank you to Oscar for his assistance in selecting and installing a new battery. He was very honest - putting my financial needs as well as my vehicle's well-being over just making a sale. Upon seeing my Florida license plate (I'm new here!), he also took the time to educate me on maintaining the battery in winter time. And finally, he recommended a few trustworthy mechanics and repair shops nearby should I need them in the future. Very happy with my experience (8/31) and I will certainly be back!

My car battery died about an hour and a half away from home so I called them and pulled up to the store. Charles was very friendly and welcoming. Jamie also helped me replace my battery and was very patient even going out of his way to lead me to where I needed go afterwards. Great customer experience

I went to the store on south 6th street in Springfield. It is currently very cold outside (feels like a temp of 10 degrees) and the team here made multiple trips outside to myCar to check the starter, alternator and battery. We found out that I needed a new battery and they got me one and put it in on the spot. They were very friendlyAnd helpful in this store and I recommend anyone in Springfield Illinois area go see Oscar and the team here for help.

Going into Auto stores can be very intimidating for me HOWEVER Jamie made todays visit very pleasant! He helped me replace a brake light and refused a tip. I learned so much in my short trip today Jamie is very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks Jamie!!!!!!

I stopped in at the start of the ice storm Thursday for new windshield wipers. Charles and Oscar were so helpful to help me get the right size. Oscar even installed the wipers on my Spark in just a couple minutes in the pouring freezing rain! Highly recommend! Super helpful staff and great customer service! I'll be back to this location for sure!

Oscar was awesome he helped me find the right bulbs and installed them all for me. He was extremely kind and helpful He even double checked my lights to find out which bulbs needed replaced. I will definitely come back.

The store manager Oscar was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I have little knowledge about cars so I was very happy to know Oscar was willing to help me out. He made sure it was the correct headlight that was out. Then he was able to pick out the correct headlight and he even replaced it for me. I'm so grateful for the service I received.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Auto zone. Oscar was a tremendous help with finding new wiper blades and replacing a faulty battery in my key fob! I have nothing but great things to say about this location. I will return!

Allways great experiences there, esp at 6th Street where the staff is super helpful. Charles, Brandon, and Alex are super knowledgeable and very helpful. They will go out of their way to see you have the correct parts.

The customer service was above and beyond! The manager and worker were so patient and helpful. The first time we went for a battery test, and it was seemingly ok... it died shortly after, they tested it again and saw it was actually a bad battery! I'm so glad we were able to get it before heading back on the road home. Thank you, Oscar, for helping us out with that battery!

Stopped at autozone on my way home cause my windshield wipers couldn t work cause they were hitting each other Oscar came out and looked at them and knew what was wrong immediately He went inside and grabbed some tools and made some adjustments and they were good as new. Everytime I have needed something for my car everyone there is always so helpful I really appreciate the the honest help they have given me. They will continue to always get my business!!!

This is the worst auto parts store in town!! The staff is a joke, they will apparently hire anyone!
