I recently purchased a 2018 Hellcat from Springfield Auto Mall, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, thanks to Eddie. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. Auto Mall of Springfield has a ton of cars to choose from and you can tell they do a lot of business. I worked with Keith to find a car for our teenager and he showed me several options, including one that wasn t even on my radar because I didn t think it was within my budget and it was! It had all the safety features she needed too. Putting the offer together was easy and getting all the paperwork done was quick and painless.

Ultra disappointing experience, didn't end up buying as a result. Test drove a few cars. The first one the touch screen didn't function, trunk wouldn't open, and the fluid caps for the window washer fluid were missing. The second car seemed nice, but it was a rough start, had a nearly flat tire, and was leaking coolant to the point it was smoking within a block. The third car was still full of the original owners random possessions and loose cat/dog food in all of the seats. Other customers were returning from test drives with all dash lights on. It would appear they're doing to bare minimum to put things on the lot to sell. And we were encouraged to put money down and cars that didn't function- for them to be willing to send them to the mechanic. And told they could "make" that deposit refundable. It was a sad and shocking display of attempting to get any money they can. Wouldn't recommend.

Pretty disappointed in Auto Mall. Made a $1000 deposit on a transit, set a date to pick up coming from out of state, rented a car, told our salesman we were on our way. 8 hour drive later upon arrival, Auto Mall sold the car.We lost time, money on rental car, got no car. Management gave us $100 to help our rental, when we had to pay another $200 to rent for another day.Truly disappointed. Please service your out of state customers better and compensate for their time fairly. Please train your staff.Thank you to Keith for being efficient in showcasing the car to us via phone. Otherwise, disappointed.

Jordan was great to deal with, let us do the looking and answered any questions we had, we ended up buying 2 trucks, drove one home and trailered the other, been driving hundreds of miles since no issues. Large selection of cars and especially trucks for us. No complaints at all. We drove one didn't fit what we were looking for went back asked about another one no hassle handed us the keys to go try more out. Great group there throughout.

It s the first time I ever gave a bad review to a Business. not that all the services I got were perfect, but to do business with that specifically Dealership was the worst experience!!!!!I have a small business So I know how to treat my customer, even the toughest and the rudest one. the way they do Business is just awful. I drove five hours for a vehicle. The vehicle was completely dirty. The radio didn t work and he promised me that he will send the radio.I tried to contact Jorden a few times and he never respond. They have good prices but awful, unprofessional, not welcoming people..I will dispute the deposit, they left me no choice!!

Eddie and his team were great to work with. After purchase we had a couple of issues, and they went above and beyond to make everything right. In 4 years when our daughter turns 16 we will be back to Auto Mall because of the great selection, and top notch customer service.

THESE GUYS ARE BOGUS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE READ REVIEW BELOW!!I, by the grace of God, just for my license back for the first time in 15 years. I am not made of money by any means and so when I bought my first vehicle in 15 years I was beyond excited. This was one month ago. I purchased a 2014 VW Jetta from these guys and being they are a massive outfit there is no way they do not do a full inspection on the vehicle before accepting a trade in. As it turns out, they sold me a 7k vehicle with a busted turbo that will require a 3k fix. When I called back to talk to a manager, he told me it s past the 15 day mark. Literally hung up on me. I am now stuck with a 3 year car payment for a car that will hopefully last a few months. I don t know how I am going to get to work, I don t know what I am going to do. I have a daughter and a lot of bills to pay. These guys quite literally put putty on the oil leaks and cleared the codes to make it look like there was nothing wrong. Please, if you are dead set on buying a vehicle from these guys with absolutely no character, have a mechanic with you or one waiting to look at the vehicle before committing to it. I hope you don t end up like me.

I recently traveled all the way from Texas to purchase a work vehicle from AutoMall, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, thanks to Keith! I called Keith before heading to Illinois, and he was incredibly responsive via text, patiently answering all of my questions.Keith made the entire process easy and hassle-free. The van I purchased did have a small issue with the alternator, but Keith had it repaired the same day.His honesty and awesome personality were truly refreshing.Even his restaurant recommendation turned out to be fantastic! I worked with Keith Redd he was a delightful man! We came from about 2.5 hours away couldn t get financing done because we arrived too late . Keith took it upon himself to ask his wife to meet my wife and I for dinner because he felt bad! Next business day Keith called me found be the best rate and warranty for my BMW convertible. On top of that he had it driven to my location like I said was 2.5 hours away. I absolutely love my summer whip and owe it all to Mr. Redd! I didn t fool with anyone else soAll I can speak is for Keith Redd! Only hick up he looks like the pink panther but I told him that and he laughed! Would buy from him again definitely!

Traveled 4 hours one way to find out. Eddie isn t very honest contacted him several times about the vehicle. I was wanting to purchase a we negotiated a price and also negotiate at trade-in value for my vehicle was very clear in the multiple times we talked about this throughout two weeks of discussing this which vehicle I wanted to purchase, talk to him twice before I made the four hour trip that morning to show up and find out he doesn t have the vehicle in him to try to sell me a different vehicle. Criminals highly recommend going somewhere else.

Nope, never again. Please stay away from here if you're not trying to buy a car with a broken radio/backup camera/Bluetooth.Also, watch your paperwork...They charged me for things I didn't receive like an "appearance package" and "theft deterrent" but when I asked what I ACTUALLY received I was told it was their "dealer fees". it's almost comical that they are still in business with a guy like Eddie running the gin joint!!Run! Now!

Originally had a great experience. Got me setup with vehicle right away....until they got down payment. Then the mess began. Lied to the finance company about the down payment, tried to con me out of 1700 more dollars to cover the difference. Then there was always a delay with delivery of vehicle. Nearly 2 weeks after original promise date it was delivered....with an after market key fob(with no actual key. 3 turn lights not working and now less than 3 weeks having it here the starter is shot. Maybe it's my fault for online shipping and getting it delivered but not a great way to do business nonetheless.

Drove 4 hours with check in hand after multiple conversations and having a bank commitment they sold the vehicle to someone else with in a half hour of arriving. Instead of having good customer service and calling to let us know they sold it they tell us when we arrived. Very frustrating. Should have known when the office wreaked of weed.

Please avoid this dealership at all cost. We recently purchased a mini-van from this facility and it has been a headache ever sense. Within 14 day, the turn engine light turned on, when we brought the vehicle in to get the fix, along with the spare tired they promised, they said it was nothing and turned off the check engine light. Of course it turned on again after a few days later, 1 day before the 14 day protection and I brought it to my mechanic. They explained it was a header issue. When I called back to ask for it to be fixed, they said it was not covered under their "guarantee. "They also bait and switched the warentee they sold with the vehicle. They stated over and over that "level 2" coverage would include air conditioning. When we called the warentee company we found out the plan the dealer selected for us did not include air conditioning.I would say "Buyer Beware" but it more than that. Just STAY AWAY! I will reporting them to the Attorney General in hopes to prevent anyone else from getting taken advantage of.

I purchased a jeep wrangler earlier this year and had a great buying experience! As with any used car, there are items that have wear and need repair; those were identified upfront and Eddie honored all that he said he would do to fix. When his shop could not fix items, he paid for other shops to repair! He was a man of his word which is rare these days! Give the Springfield auto mall consideration if you are looking for a used car! And remember to consider a warranty that meets your needs!

Drove 5 hours to get an Expedition. Called and they said it was still available. Test drive it, loved it, applied for financing, waiting to sign papers, they came and took the keys from us and said someone else bought it. Horrible customer service! Never again!

This company is nothing but a bunch of frauds. Owe me over 2 grand. We came to an agreement and the second I complied with what they wanted they stopped answering phone calls, texts, and emails. I m in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau, possibly the irs for fraud and the loan agency they use. I ve had issues for the past year and if I can tell anyone anything it s to stay away from these people and other dealers they at affiliated with

At 920 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, Illinois Beware and stay away from this place. They are the worst example of a used car sales place. They hounded and literally chased my friend to the car. She put a 500.00 deposit on a car and changed her mind. He refused to give the earnest $$ back. He had to, and it made him furious, then the salesman chased her to her vehicle. It was listed on marketplace on Facebook. I have personally worked in the automotive industry and I was shocked. We should have called the police.

Don't do it! Bought a 2016 Camry from them 6 months ago for my teen. Since then we've spent $3k on repairs AND it's making noise again. Don't trust that they did any sort of insidious on that car before they put it on the lot! Or take it to a mechanic before purchasing! What a joke!!

I bought a medium roof van in/from wisconsin and had it delivered. It was exactly as they stated. Keith was so helpful in every aspect, always answering calls and finding answers for me. I had a small problem with a roof rack leak, that they/we weren t aware of, after it rained a few weeks after delivery, and they helped me get it repaired right away and helped pay for it that day.I would use them again and the van runs great!

I started calling them from the time they open (listed as 9am) until 2pm with no answer, so i went up there. Only to get there and it was full of employees at both locations. Nobody greeted me or said anything. People just kept walking by looking but not saying anything. So after about 15-20 mins I just walked out. They don't need my money. Are they a good dealership, maybe...but poor customer service skills. JMO

Having a hard getting a hold of anybody regarding the plates I was promised for my 2013 ford foucus that I bought December 4 2023. I was told last week that they should finnaly be here this week and been waiting almost two months. I really need a tracking number so I can track the status of the plates. Any response will be helpful.

Went there to check out a couple cars and test drive them. It took forever for someone to see if we needed anything and when I told him what I was interested in he said he would have someone grab it for me. Sitting on the lot an hour later and being ignored by everyone that walked by we never got to even sit in the vehicles we was interested in. Sad that's how they treat their customers that was looking to purchase a couple.

WARRANTY FRAUD!!! I sued them for warranty fraud and won my case yesterday. For used cars, they take your $ for the extended warranty, but don't start the service with the warranty company. Most their cars come from scrap auctions, not trade in. My gas line was replaced with a garden hose! They just litterally keep your money and do nothing, then block your phone number. The judge told me that was the third fraud case against them in 4 months. Don't give up ppl!!!Spend a couple hundred dollars at the Sangamon County courthouse and don't let these illegal criminals keep your hard earned money. The clerk showed me how to file a lein on their dealerships. They scam Americans out of millions per year, litterally banking on us not suing them. For every million they make, they only have to pay back $10K. They can't get away with this forever.
