Got two sets of tires here. Service was great! Have a slow leak in one tire the told me to come on in and I was under warranty. May I add I called on a Friday 10 mins after closing time, and they still awnsered and helped me out. This shop definitely hits customer service out of the park. Thanks Cheap tire!!!!

I can't say for how their new tires are. With that said, I was low on cash, and junk yards are closed on weekends. WHY!I had a tire that had metal threads showing so was desperate. At $50, it sounded too good to be true. Well, I now have one tire so dry rotted it don't hold air the other has a cut in side wall so not sure how long that will last. These are not good tires off a recked car. These are tires that need replacing. Can say they are fast at what they do. I should have known better.

The people are friendly. The prices aren't bad. I paid $50 for a 215 60r 16. I'm giving 2 stars because the sales person told me, "I have a 215 60r 16 that's almost brand new." I was hooked. Then, once the tire was placed on the rim I inspected it because it was wet. The tire service rep had plugged the tire. I was replacing my tire that already had a plug in it. Now I have to add you to the list of places I no longer frequent.

Told me 20 min...being as I had somewhere else to be...waited longer than 20 min and then they serviced another vehicle before mine even though I was here first

They were so polite and honest. They went above and beyond to help me. Fast service and much less expensive than I expected. These guys are fantastic! I will definitely go back if I need anything else and will refer everyone to them. I am extremely pleased with this place!

First time here, mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable. Could of easily charged me for a tire, when all is was, was a valve stem. Family owned business, I'll definitely be back for all my auto needs on the future.

NOT RECOMMENDED - They told me they fixed my tire but I come home and its almost flat. Checked it with soapy water and it is leaking in the same exact spot (See Picture). Nothing was done to the tire but they charged me and lied they fixed it. That was the last time I take any of our vehicles there!

Great service. While I was watching one guy take care of me I noticed another guy come by me with a Jack, took care of a customer that just pulled in flat. Both done amazingly fast. I was impressed.

This place has always done right by me. I go through tires on my business truck pretty quickly(15+/- annually). This place always gets me back on the road quickly and doesn't break the bank. Great customer service as well. Small, local, family-owned and operated business.I've shopped around and used other businesses for my frequent tire demand and this is the place I've stuck with after my first time there. I was skeptical at first after reading a couple bad reviews, but fact of the matter is, EVERY business misses the mark with their service sooner or later. And then there are also consumers who have unrealistic expectations. In closing, glad i found this place. Other places around town check a couple of the boxes but A Cheap Tire checks them all on the list of what I want as a consumer.

This was the only place in town that had what I needed. I pulled into the parking lot and was approached immediately and they went to look for what I needed and found it. I was there maybe 15 minutes and was headed back to change rare tire that literally 15-20 other places did not have. And the price was right

Service was great. Wait time reasonable. However I expected the tires to last longer then a month. The back right tire keeps going flat. I carry a portable pump thankfully. I live 40 min from Cheap Tire and haven't been able to go back. I get paid once a month so have to wait till then. I'm going to try to call again first.

These guys are 100% worth it. I had a tire blowout, and they had a used one in stock. Quality was much better than expected and service was professionally done. I'll go back if ever needed and I would recommend them as well.

Best new tire value in town by my fairly comprehensive estimation. Fast. Very adept crew. I wasn't really prepared to do it at the moment, mostly just stopped in comparing prices. But on top of offering an unbeatable value and instantaneous service, they even welcomed my dog to join me in the waiting area. Best have cash tho, sign on the door said they don't accept any cards. I can't say about checks.

They okay but I wouldn't recommend them to nobody I had them change all my fluids on my car and I took everything I need it done to them and the trunk of my car spark plugs tune up and change all the fluids they wanted to charge me over $400 for that I didn't like that at all so I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody thank you God bless

This is the best tire shop I've ever been to. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable and back their tires with a guarentee. It doesn't take them long to do their work and have you back on the road again. And the tires are very reasonably priced. I've been going there for 3 years now and will be going there as long as they remain in business.

As soon as I pulled in and got out of my car the employee walked right out and asked what can we do for you. He was very friendly and took care of the tire I went there for. Good prices, highly recommend stopping by!! The manager is very friendly and knowledgeable...all around I'm very pleased.

They got us in and out in a timely fashion, twisted our car correctly, and even let the worker ride with us to get last$50 we owed for service instead of turning us away. Good people.

This place sucks. I called inquiring about tires for my SUV and was told that they had them in stock. After driving 40 minutes to get their, they tell me that they made a mistake and that they don't have them in stock. They told me they have a similar model tire that would be compatible with my vehicle. I agreed to purchase the used tires. After I left, I stop to get a oil change and the mechanic told me that I had a plug in 1 of my tires and that it was not holding air. A cheap tire & auto repair failed to tell me that they were selling me a damaged tire. By now A cheap Tire & auto repair was closed so I had to drive 40 minutes on the highway with a defective tire. I had to refill air in my tire 4 times that evening so that it wouldn't go flat. I called A cheap tire & auto repair the next day and told them I wanted a refund and my old tires placed back on my vehicle. The manager I spoke with said he would need to speak with the owner and he would return my call. He never called back. I decided to get back in my SUV drive 40 minutes waiting my time and gas to have the problem fixed. When I arrived the owner was there. He told me that if he placed my old tires back onto my vehicle he was going to charge me for the dismount and labor. So out of the $150 I paid, I would only get $40 back. He then tells me he has another tire he can place on for no charge. I agree to let him place the tire on the vehicle. I get back on the highway to return home and I notice that my tire is not holding air again. I stop at the local walmart and have them take a look and they inform me that the tire has a hole in it and it is in a place that is not repairable. I've waited a large party of my 2 days off work dealing with incompetent people. If I were you I would steer clear of this establishment.

I always buy new tires for my work trucks here. These guys know they're tires and the location shoes them to offer big time savings. They do offer used tires for $40 which is nice in a pinch as well. They stand behind they're work with a warranty as well, but in 5 years of buying tires here I haven't needed it

If you need round rubber things on your wheels to hold air, and don't care whether they're wrong or right for your car, then this is the place for you. However, if you care about your vehicle at all, STAY CLEAR. The people were very nice, but I wasted a trip there, and was lied to, then they tried sticking me with the wrong size tires. I had called ahead to check that they had my size available, and they said yes. So I drove an hour there, and it all seemed fine. I happened to notice after they started putting on the new tires that one of the stickers on the new tires showed the wrong size. So I asked what size they were, and they confirmed it was wrong. I told them I didn't want the wrong size, I wanted the correct size, obviously. They then told me they didn't have the correct size, but these wrong ones would work fine. So why did no one, at any point, tell me that they didn't have the right size? It has variable height air suspension, so the clearances have to be exact, but I guess only professionals know that. Thankfully I had put out jack mode before handing it over to them! When I asked for my tires to be put back on, and put on in certain positions, they ignored me and did whatever they wanted. They used way too many ugga-duggas with their impacts, completely oblivious to what torque specs are. I'm lucky it didn't get screwed up underneath, because no one looked for the proper lift points. Safety doesn't exist here, which is neither here nor there, but is a good sign of the intelligence of these people. I get that it's an used tire place, and the quality of people (along with the customer's standards) are generally low, but what excuse is there for not even trying to do anything right? At least they were super nice. Nicest darn attitudes I've seen round here! But that didn't make up for the potentially thousands of dollars of damage that they're leaving themselves open to. In summation: Please don't go here if you care at all about your vehicle, unless you just want a friendly conversation.

NOT RECOMMENDED.....STOLE MY MONEY......STOLE MY GREAT TIRES. Me being a young women not to knowledgeable about vehicles knew something was wrong tired related this place told me I had a broken spring in my tire. But they still took my good tires not even a year old and replaced them with very old worn-out tires over 6 years old at that. Before I knew this information I had been back to this shop 3 times requesting for new tires they kept saying its the air. I got knowledge of all this AFTER going to get my oil change then having to brand new tired from Walmart.

Cheap Tire was awesome! I was a " Please save me?!"case @ the end of their night and they still took me. I had spent 4 1/2 hours waiting @ Walmart for those Ignoramuses to tell me they couldn't do the job. But the gentlemen at Cheap Tire took care of me, were pleasant and for some reason felt they needed to apologize for the stupidity of others. I don't live in Springfield, but I visit often and if I'm there and have a problem..this is where my business will go. Thanks guys!

I needed a tire put on a rim they close at 5:30, I got there at 4:45 and there was a person in front of me, and one of the guys couldn't find the tire for my car so another guy had to go look I checked the clock when I got in my car to leave it was 4:58 took 13 minutes to find my tire get the old one off the rim and put the new one on and he never looked like he was in a hurry. Awesome.

Came here to get a tire for the time being. I was charged $50.00 for a bad tire and not mention they charged the wrong tire. Went to the tire shop and spoke with the owner to be told it's nothing wrong with my tires. My tire is wobbling due to hitting a pot hole. 1st time last time. Wouldnt recommend coming here. They should shut this place down
