Fantastic experience. After the local dealer did nothing to repair my son s 2013 Fusion and told me it would be weeks before they would even look at it, Jon Westwood had the car looked at it the very next day,I was given an itemized list of things needing repaired that I could accept or reject, the work was done when promised and those items that took longer were communicated to me. In all, they did an oil change, tire rotation, transmission service and coolant service (my list) as well as new brake pads on the front and rear and a support arm and ball joints on the front wheels.All total, I spent $2,300, but because I had signed up for the Loyalty Program when I took my car in for an oilchange, I saved more than $200.While I have tended to have dealers service vehicles, my experience has caused me to rethink that and I will remember One Stop Auto Shop for my future vehicle needs.I was treated fairly, courteously, and the work was done in a transparent manner.

I was stranded in Springfield had no clue what was wrong with my car, sad to say the transmission went out but these guys should be cloned because they customer service to an outsider was very professional and they was the nicest men I have met. And they still willing to help fix my car!

I love this location as their customer service is top tier and as a woman I love when I am explained what I need to do to my vehicle whether it s over the phone or in person. John always takes his time to assist me whether it s something big or small. I appreciate their service and opinion. I will drive far and wide before I go to another shop

They have Had my car for over a week, and They are just now. Looking at it told me to call back at 1 o'clock today. And now there's no answer, and the phone is saying it's disconnected. But they still have my car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason why I went is because that's why I had to take my car for my warranty never again. They're also very rude and are not very helpful.

Very friendly and they do very good work sometimes it can take longer than expected but never had a problem with their service and we've taken our vehicles there for over 10 years now very trustworthy business

Fast, friendly, and cheap.Went in needing a tire repair, they pulled me in right away and was fixed in no time and on our way. I had called around and they had the best price and could do it today as most other places said next week.

I used to use these guys because they were quick and close to work. Last time I took my car in I had a massive oil leak after. They didn't put the gasket on my oil filter housing correctly and cracked the housing cap. Probably impacting it on in a hurry. I had to fix it myself and do another oil change. A big thanks to Steve, who is head of the One Stop Auto Body Shop in Chatham for going the extra mile with customer service. I brought in my Honda Accord to have the bumper replaced. He and his team did an excellent job at making my car look great again. I really can't thank Steve enough for his time and effort. From out of town and hit a brick in the road, messed up my radiator. Was told it'd be done in 5 days, didn't get it back until over a week later, even went to another 1 stop, paid 900 dollars in repairs and still the engine overheats. If you can't deliver on time frames or just simply get the job done then don't waste someone's time and money especially when they are from a different state with no transportation. Terrible service. Fixed nothing and got 900 dollars richer, glad to be stuck 3.5 hours away from home.

Mr. Hollingshead, run an EFFICIENT Business that delivers the BEST of parts and Services your vehicles back to tip top shape in hardly anytime at all, regardless of your car or truck's Problems that occured previously! Mechanics are Knowledgeable and Courteous, as well as, they are able to Troubleshoot almost everything wrong with your vehicles! Great service. They did good with my SUV fixed my engine gasket value cover and i will need to come back for the rear back for the wheel bearing.

I truly cannot speak highly enough for 1 Stop Auto Shop here in Springfield! I have taken my car here for the past three times I've needed things fixed, and all three times they have done a fantastic job! They always are so kind and patient when answering all my questions, and they go above and beyond in making sure my requests are fulfilled! They also work so efficiently in their time! When I last took my car in for an oil change, it took maybe 13 minutes! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to 1 Stop Auto Shop! Gotta day that this is by far best customer experience I ve ever had. They took out my engine filter and cabin filter brought them in showed them to me. After Hyundai told me I had to replace them both. Both filters were good to go no damage and no need to replace. I 100% recommend these guys. Brand new shop. As long as they are here I will be a customer. Super nice employees as well

These guys are next level. I came in desperate for an oil change after trying multiple other places who had closed early. They got me right in and fully serviced my car. They were fast and even vacuumed and cleaned my car, which they didn t have to do. Everyone was really nice too. Worth every penny. My new go-to service station.

Very trustworthy!My cousin and I were traveling accross the country to go to college and we broke down on the side of the road we were towed to this auto shop and they were so compassionate and helped us get back on the road as fast as they could! They got us the best parts they could and they gave us such a good price! They were LIFESAVERS!!!After being lost in the middle of nowhere in the blazing heat we could jot have been more grateful for their help!

Huge shout-out to the really nice employees who provided free air for my front tires, which were low because of the very cold air. Absolutely great service,professional and quality mechanics.not to mentioned they are open on Sat until 4.Thank You for Aligning my truck and bleeding my breaks on my 1997 Chevy k1500 with 33's When NO ONE Else in Springfield could. y'all the Shiut ..did I mention they were open on Saturday until 4:00.Thanks again.I truly feel sorry for all these others shady shops in Springfield ILServices: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Slowest oil change I've ever experienced. They have 2 bays. There was a car in each bay when I pulled up. It took them an hour and a half to get my oil change and tire rotation done. When I asked if they'd had any issues with my car or if there was some other reason why it took so long, the guy just said "No issue. We work the cars in the order they come in and there were cars ahead of you." I won't be coming back.

These guys are all local, dedicated to provide you the best service they can. They are all run like a family owned store. Smart, no force feeding you rediculous priced addons. They changed my filters for about the same cost as I would buy them... usually this is where other places I have gone jab you for a huge cost....not One stop, fair prices and a great staff. My office is across town and I send my cars to them.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. My car broke down and they let me drive a loaner car while they fixed my problem. It only took one day and I'm up and running! Thanks to the kind people here!
