After driving through a snow storm for 3 hours my tire completely blew out into shreds and smoke on the 80 heading east . Happy Super Service was a blessing excellent service Tow truck was fast and knowledgeable of expressway location. I would reccomend this shop to everyone I wish they made more shops like this location 5 star review

I've been here a few times for mechanical issues and they're always fast and reliable. When my breaks went out this morning, he told me he'd squeeze me in and even gave me a ride to work. I always call here first for anything I need done. 11/10

I broke down on the side of the interstate about half a mile from the spring valley 1 mile marker yesterday, 10/30/23, and I called my insurance company after 2 hours of nothing they call me back and tell me they can t get anyone to my location I call happys and they sent someone out picked me up within 30 minutes and patched my tire at the shop ALL FOR UNDER $200 honestly it drives like nothing happened to the tire and I got my tea I wanted but didn t get that day so over all best first experience ever.Service: Tires

I was traveling from downstate and had a slow leak. I called and they said to bring car in. They got to work immediately and found a roofing nail in my tire. They plugged it, filled up tire with recommended PSI and I was on my way home. That was a month ago and tire has had no problems. Very reasonable rate and friendly service. Well I had my oil changed there the other day and they were pretty fast with that, they seem to know their stuff about cars. But apparently I showed up at a bad time or something because the mechanic act like I was annoying him or something when I asked him a question. I know you're not supposed to be by the car when they're working on it just in case it falls or something but I asked four different people there if they rotated tires and none of them could give me a straight up answer, a simple yes or no would have done. Yet when I asked the mechanic he kept pointing his finger towards the office telling me to go back.. I also asked if he could look at my driver side front tire because it likes to make clunky noises sometimes when I turn the wheel sharply and he act like he couldn't be bothered. He also got quite a bit of Grease all over my steering wheel from his hands which I had to clean off afterwards. I get it, he's a mechanic, his hands are going to be greasy but he could have wiped them down a little bit before touching things in my car. Good amount of it was on my steering wheel, my stick shift, and my door handle

My mom and I are from 2.5 hours away. As we got into town we heard a very loud grinding coming from the rear driver tire. We had no idea where we were and called and said to come to Happys. Brian took care of us told us it was the dust sheild is rusted. He took her car in. Working 10 minutes he was done and said you don t owe anything. We were shocked! One of the nicest things to happen to us. Especially when we aren t from anywhere near here. I would give this place a million stars if I could! Brian is a wonderful man. We can t thank him enough for helping us with this. Thank you again Brian you saved us! I recommend this place a thousand times over!! Go here!!! Amazing amazing amazing man!!! I hope something great happens to him bc he deserves it!!!

Stopped in around 4pm for some air in my tire, when I told the greasy clerk that I just needed some air he threw a little fit like he didn't want to do his job. Once I told him that the caseys pump down the road was not working he threw down the compresser fitting and told me to get lost for going to caseys first. 0/10 do not recommend going to this "full service shop".

They were quick to come out and figure out what was going on with our car, called with an estimate pretty quickly too! They fixed the problem, got us our requested oil change and it didn't cost an arm or leg. Thanks for your speedy service guys!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Happy's is a great gas station. And it's the only one that pumps your gas for you with their old fashion pumps.

Staff is always nice, clean place with a clean bathroom! Free air if your a customer and they even pump your gasoline for you... I mean what place still does that! There is normally a mechanic on duty or you can make an appointment! You can even renew your license plate & buy stickers for your vehicle without having to spend all that time @ a DMV! That's a plus in my book

My daughter s older car died on I-80 right before the Spring Valley exit. I pulled up behind her car shortly after to rescue her with traffic scarily whizzing by us. I googled towing and called Happys Towing & they were so calming on the phone and had her car on a flatbed within 10 minutes. Ryan was so helpful in many ways with advice and options and I can t emphasize enough how blessed we were by their help today!

This is a back to the late 60 into the 70's. Not 10 seconds goes by before the attendees is out at the side of car. They pump the gas, they wash your windows, most of the time he gets to all the windows. Very nice people inside, including management, clerk at registers, and the guys in the shop. I'm going to let you come by thru Spring Valley, IL at the one light we have in town will be the station, 2 entances and exits.

I had one experience with happys and it was over the phone. If I could give them a 0 i would. The experience I had over the phone was completely unprofessional and rude. I tried to explain the situation and was belittled. He had an attitude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. And ended up hanging up on me. I wish I had a better review but that s not the case this time.

I love this place! I wish I had known all along they are a full service gas station AND garage. Prefer to support small businesses and at Happy's they make it especially easy with their welcoming and kind nature

If you want to fill up your car on a cold windy winter morning without having to pump the gas yourself, this is the place to go. It's the last full service gas station I know of in the area.

Got my truck towed there, but they cut 50 off the storage/tow fee. Not bad. Expensive gas though.

The best place to get in the whole Illinois valley gas station attendence on site very friendly inside has slots to play a wide variety of snacks and pop highly recommend even. If you live outside spring valley this gas station is the place to go

I love this full service gas station and auto repair shop. They do great work for affordable prices and have always been very honest and friendly. The towing service has always been consistently reliable as well.

I called for a battery boast or a tow. The person was very professional and after charging my battery he did not charge very much. A very cool place to call if you need help.

Always great service. The men that pump your gas are always to your veichale right away and they are very friendly! Great place to get gas and also snacks and drinks! Also you dont even have to get out of your car.
