The team at Mike's is always very accommodating. Whenever I reach out they are able to get me in the same day or the following day. They do a great job of keeping you updated on what they found and giving you an accurate expectation as to when your vehicle will be ready. I was getting an engine power reduced message on my dash and when I called they told me to bring it in that day if I could. I got it to them by about 11:00 AM and within two hours or so they had diagnosed the issue and found the necessary part (a faulty sensor). They were able to get it fixed before the end of the day. I also really appreciate the convenience of them providing transportation to and from the shop since I live just a few miles away. Great service all the way around!!

Great customer service. I was scheduled to drop off my car bit due to scheduling issues i no longer had a ride and they were able to squeeze me in right away cometed the repair and had me on my way in under an hour and the service writer also was able to get me a quote for tires for another car. A quote i am calling back today to accept.

I have used Mike s twice for both of our vehicles. I like their professionalism and thoroughness! Their pricing is always great and lower than quotes from the dealers! Their mechanics are top notch as is the office management!

Best shop I have found in the area and I have tried quite a few. They finally got my truck driving like it should be and found the issues the other shops did not. Very friendly service, fast, and prices seem pretty reasonable. I normally don't leave reviews, but Mike's deserves the kudos.

Really glad to have this place in the neighborhood. They re reliable, honest and do great work. I had a dealership telling me they d need to tear out the entire dash to troubleshoot my AC issue, but Mike s fixed it without any of that hassle and for only a fraction of the price quoted by the dealership. Another time I had brought my car in thinking I needed new rear breaks and rotors, but Mike s told me it was actually an issue with brake caliper alignment, the pads and rotors were still good. Again - saved me a lot of money. That kind of honesty is invaluable nowadays. So many mechanics and dealerships take advantage of people, but not this place. The experience was top notch. The service manager, Dan Jeffries, is very knowledgeable about auto issues. He does not push repairs on customers. He just honestly tells the customer what is wrong, and lets them decide what to do. He will give you a recommendation if asked. Efficient and fair pricing...came in with a flat tire on my large SUV. Dan was professional and helpful; ended up getting an oil change (7 qts), tire repaired, tire rotation, inspection allI for $115. My new local mechanic.

These are good, honest guys. I've been in there a few times and they're always very straightforward and respectful of my time and money. I often find it difficult to trust mechanics but these guys have earned mine. Easy reccomendation.

5.0 star ratingI had an embarrassing moment down the street from Mike's... I was leaving another business when I cut the end of their driveway too tight and ended up with one wheel in the culvert and another in the air A friend suggested I call Mike's Auto Works. They could not have been nicer. They came so fast with a tow truck and with their skill my car was out in minutes. They were kind, respectful and professional, and charged me a very fair price. I would have waited for hours for roadside assistance! They were so helpful when I was in a bind, they not only helped recover my car, but also my sense of humor. I will definitely recommend them and be back when I need some maintenance on my car, which thankfully had no damage.

Went to get one tire put on my car that was the spare waited there for over an hour as I think his name was Rich would take care of Customer after Customer instead of checking me out so I could leave he made me wait after being there over an hour longer until I said something And proceeded to help customers that were in there for two minutes for 10 minutes at a time it would not stop talking over and over saying the same thing I asked if he could check me out and he threw a fit acted very immature told me he didn't want my business And started swearing at me very unprofessional. The guy does not know what he's doing he's unorganized couldn't even take any of my numbers down without asking me over and over. Ask them for an estimate on four tires his excuse was the mechanic didn't give him the numbers off the tire yet all he had to do is walk back there and get the size off the tire and he would've had an estimate for me instead he wanted me to wait even longer so he could start to search tires after sitting there for an hour and he would not do it because the mechanic didn't walk the size to him ridiculous. Just complained he was by himself. Now the service tire monitor system is on after leaving this placeService: Auto tire replacement

I recently brought my moms car into Mike s for a repair. They diagnosed the vehicle quickly, and did a phenomenal job keeping me updated. The technician explained everything, and walked me through the whole process of what needed to be done and what went wrong. He was very thorough, and explained everything, so that I completely understood. I was 100% confident my moms car was in the best hands. The repair was completed in a timely manner, the prices were extremely fair, and the quality of the repair was outstanding. They are honestly and trustworthy, which is few and far between. From the moment you step foot in the door, you feel like family. I would highly recommend making Mike s your go to mechanic for any, and everything!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system replacement

I have been looking for a shop to service my Mini Cooper since the dealer is so far away from my home. It was a routine oil change, which they did promptly as scheduled and at a very reasonable price. I plan on using them again should I need any additional service. I have been here a couple of times, and had a great experience every time! They get work done in a timely manner, and really take care of your car! They aren't pushy about other services needed either, saying you need 800 dollars worth of extra work. Highly recommend!

The employees were very kind and efficient! They made sure to call me and communicate with me following other issues that needed to be fixed before going ahead and fixing them.
