20,000 kms and just over two years later the lower control arms for my mustang were failing. I was replacing them because of some noise. I thought it was just poly noise. But on removal I found the bushing area loose on both sides. Absolutely dissatisfied. Super helpful over the past few decades they have always been informative and got me what I needed even if a mistake was made (almost never) they always made good on their word. My car had almost every part that have for the focus and have had them so long it's time to start rebuilding the car and they will be my go to shop for all those suspension parts.

Wrong part received. Spoke with Karl, very quickly identified correct part , recvd two days latter in NC. Called Karl again trying to install. In less than a minute straightened me out on procedure. Now everything performs great. Will definitely do more business with them.

Please don't waste your time with this guy. Returned some parts to him because they didn't fit my vehicle. Shipped them out and he cut all communication. Had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Worst business owner I've ever met. Save yourself the time and energy and just go somewhere else.

The owner has never steered me wrong, always great prices, good customer service. Have been buying car parts for years from them......Definitely suggest them for your ford or focus needs.

BE AWARE! FRAUD! Tries to buy parts from companies, asks to use his own shipping company so he can change the address to one other than the credit card billing address so he can get his money back and keep the parts! SCAM ARTIST. Stay away.
