B&B Auto Center's new location in Spring Grove is immaculate along with the family that owns & operates it and every member of the family along with their techs are a reflection of that. Very welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable when it comes to all sorts of automobiles, snowmobiles and even boats. I've personally had two of my cars worked on here. I would strongly recommend giving them a chance to take care of you. Your vehicle and wallet will thank you. With that being said, THANK YOU B&B AUTO CENTER.

Had a great experience fromstart to finish. The communication was excellent and I was never left wondering about the status of my vehicle. The work that was done was excellent and I couldn t have asked for more. I will continue to use B&B Auto Center for all of my vehicles! Thank you for an awesome experience!

I ve been having BB to service my vehicles for several years and always satisfied with the work and in most cases they shuttled me home or came to my house to pick me up to get my vehicle very much appreciated ! No complaints also on more than a few occasions they worked on my truck ahead of the schedule which is also appreciated nothing but positive experiences with both the towing of my vehicles as well as repairs they also provided me with a loaner car for a few days with no charge very pleased and highly recommend to anyone needing to have vehicles towed or repaired nice clean shop too try em you won t be disappointed

I have brought my cars to B&B for the past 14 years. Have never been let down.They offer great customer service flawless body work and have amazing mechanic s. I recommend this family owned business for any issue you may have from collision to mechanical issues, or even regular maintenance they have you covered!

Started working with Sean at B&B a couple years ago. I was new to the area and asked a neighbor if he could recommend a good auto shop and he gave me B&B s name. I buy and sell about 15-20 cars a year plus my own personal vehicles and take everything to Sean at B&B. The one thing that is a huge plus with them is how versatile they are! They can replace your engine, do regular maintenance, and if body work or paint is needed they got that covered! And Klaudia, who runs the office is the best!!!!

B&B auto has been nothing but outstanding! I have brought my car there multiple times, whether it s something minor like an oil change, or major like replacing my door, they have been quick and efficient. The staff is kind and helpful.

B&B are always polite and fair!! I can truly depend on them to get the job done and really explain what was needed and what is not needed. This day and age it s hard to find honest mechanics that don t take advantage of their customers!! I refer all my friends and family with out a doubt!

Great overall mechanic. Efficient with up front pricing and quick diagnostics. They also do 24 hour towing and with my 25 year old vehicle, this is of the utmost importance.

My go to for body work and mechanical issues. They work with insurance. Fair, honest and detailed. Good at diagnostics. New larger location. Their tow truck drivers are very good and personable.

Used the tow service as they were assigned to us by Stallantis Roadside Assistance. The tow operator was great, very friendly, helpful and careful. Used his own jacket at one point to ensure the vehicle wouldn t get scratched. Would use the tow service again, they did a great job.

Have not had one bad experience when coming to this location. They got a great mechanic that I meet that was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having. Will keep coming back in the future no doubt.

Outstanding shop! Always dropped off my car for repairs and never got dissapointed. Everything gets fixed petfectly. Very friendly atmoshpere! Very communicative! Highly recommend them to any one!

Quick diagnosis, upfront pricing and accurate estimated repair time. I was kept updated on the status many times, and it was finished on time and at the priced agreed upon.
