I used them to balance tires on 2 different trucks. One truck developed such a bad wobble it was dangerous to drive over 30mph. Took it to a mechanic in freeburg. He said all the tires werent balanced. He balanced them. And the wobble was gone. The other truck they told me had a tire that was so egg shaped it was extremely dangerous to drive. And that i needed a new tire. I had them put the spare on. Went again to freeburg. That man said again tires werent correctly balanced but there is nothing wrong with that tire. Its not egg shaped. Been driving on it for a year and even went to Arizona on that ture. The few times i used them I ended up having to spend money somewhere else . Will not return here for service.

My apologies I don't recall the guys name that help me but they where superb I needed an alignment on my 2010 F150 and they had me in & out in no time Thanks!!! again guys for an awsome job.

I called my Sparta Plaza Tire and I was greeted with a friend my kind voice. I needed to get my tire fixed today and Andy was more than accommodating. Andy told me to come on in and it would be taken care of. I let my vehicle and asked for a call when it was done, less than two hours I had my car and was back on the road. I couldn t be happier with the service I received from Andy and the guys at Sparta. As a female it s comforting to be able to trust your auto mechanic and these guys have my trust.

Blew a tire on my way to work on Thursday. I went to Plaza in Sparta and they didn't have my tire in stock or one to fit my vehicle. They ordered on from another location and had by Friday morning. They were super busy but still managed to get me in and back on the road in 45 minutes. I purchased my tires from them a year ago and paid for the protection plan which I forgot about. The worker that helped me told me because of my plan I would save $175 off my $240 tire! They have never let me down and I will continue to go to them for vehicle service!

No matter my problem, they are always willing to help me understand exactly what is going on with my vehicle. They do their best to get me in and out of there in a timely matter and try to save me money. I ve been a regular customer since 2007 & even my children take their vehicles there for service now. I just wish they were a full service mechanical station.2023 Update. I have to say they re still by number one place to go for tires! They re always upfront and honest with me and when I asked for quotes for two different tire sizes and they gave me multiple prices for each and explained the difference between the them. Still a loyal customer!

I m posting this for my mom because I was the one who dropped the car and waited for it to be serviced. My mom wanted 4 tires, had made an appointment and I was 10 minutes early. Takes about an hour for the tires and then one guy comes back with an alignment status and asked if I wanted it to be fixed. I said yes, no problem. And I sit. And I sit. And I sit. By the time I had been in the waiting room for 2 hours. I finally asked for an update and he said it was almost done. I said ok, no worries just wanted to check in . Then I wait another 45 minutes or so and it s finally ready. I guess my biggest complaint is that my mom spent $650 there and they couldn t even come out and give me an update on it. 3 people who came after me to drop off their vehicles had been taken care of in about and hour and they left. One woman was getting 4 new tires and front alignment. The same thing my mom was getting. She was in and out within an hour. I couldn t tell you if they had problems with rusty bolts or anything like that, because they didn t tell me. In total I was there just short of 3 hours and not one worker updated me once. And to top it off he came out and asked for Terry I looked the women sitting by me and I asked did you mean Sherry? He said yeah sorry about that. Whoever took her call must've misheard. I ll update the paperwork right now . He asked is it with an S or a C? I said S . My mom receives this review text telling her how great it was to see Cherry . Literally the cherry on top of the day. Only positive was Heath was working and told me what was up once they were done. Good guy. Beyond that, very disappointed in whole experience.

Plaza bent over backwards to take care of my car. We thought our battery which they had put in a few months ago had failed. It was not the battery... they tested it, then tried resetting the computer systems. That seems to have miraculously solved our problem at no charge. Thanks so much!!

Service rep was able to take care of my puncture as a walk in immediately. Bonus points for pulling my car up to the exit. The Sparta Team is always top-notch with their service, They are the only ones I take my car too. I give them a 10, with a gold star.

Staff couldn't understand that my Toyota has multiple "idiot lights" & never did reset the largest in the middle of the dashboard after 2 times asking.

I would give 5 stars if the tires (4 tires)would have been there like they said. Appointment at 10am. Tires didn't get there until 1:30pm. I didn't get out of there until 3pm.Yes, they offered me a different deal on a different set of tires but that is not what I ask for.The team was polite and courteous. And even though there was a long delay on being the first time doing business with Plaza Tire... it won't be my last. I plan on doing business with them in the future.

I had to take my car in because another tire place had broke off one of the studs that hold the tire on. From the moment I walked in the door Andy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had to return because the part had to be ordered. The day I had to return that morning I had to have a minor procedure and wasn't feeling the greatest and once again Andy went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. They got my car done in a timely matter and the paper work I needed for the first place that messed my car up to start with and even though I was kind of on edge everyone was kind and very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Walmart said the tire had to be replaced. Took the same tire across the parking lot to hear and they had it patched and back on the road. Thank you tire plaza. The team in Sparta Illinois rocks

I was desperate to get my flat tie fixed. The manager said he could probably fit me in but it might be a bit. They had me in, fixed and out within 1 1/2 hour. So grateful for them.

They were very nice and fast got it done quick. They offer a warranty on alignments. Where you can come back and get the same vehicle alined for free after your first alignment. Cost more than a normal price for the warranty. But service was 10/10

The people at Plaza of sparta went out of their way to make my alignment as good as could be expectedGreat to talk to. They explained everything to me and made it clear for me to understand. I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks PlazaI returned for a second time and was all good again. I got in and out quickly(Great place)

When they see a female they see $$$. So I will say, after talking to the guy on the phone today, he reassured me it wasnt because I'm a female. But I will say to all, get a 2nd quote and make sure they are listening to you when you tell them what you want.
