Customer service was great they had the parts I needed when the other part stores did not at a reasonable price that's why I like to shop here knowledgeable staff and friendly service.

I recently had major foot/leg surgery and went to O'Reilly, I called from my vehicle because I was in need of power steering fluid put in. And the gentleman came out got my payment & brought me my change. He then told me to pop my hood & proceeded to put it in for me! Very awesome in my eyes! I give them 5 stars! Thank you O'Reilly's of Sparta, Illinois! You are the best!!

We purchased windshield wipers from this store, and we were struggling with getting them on. We went into the store today to ask for help, and Dawn and Jon were quick to help us. They were very friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable!! Great service and great people!!

Myself I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND going to this store I have a huge problem with just a employee named Dwight not sure of his last name but he is very rude every time. Also yesterday 07/02/2021 myself my son an my nephew go inside wit my father in law and Dwight seemed to think it was fine to tell another employee that my father in law is a SON OF A BI*** An that he couldn't stand my father in law so I believe that he doesn't need to have a job at this location talking like that and just being down right very rude to customers I will not be back in this location anytime during this Dwights time of working there ty

We called and ordered parts at 11 am and was told they would call right back and let us know when they could get rhe part. We never heard anything back from them. So i called to check on the status of our order at 3:35 pm. The person who i talked to said he would check and see if it was there. He gets back to the phone and said it wasnt so i asked if there would be anymore deliverys today. A wonen in a very rude voice says " i said its not here". I didntgo there to be lied to and never called back. I understand they are busy but if they cant deal with customers in a civil manner ill spend my money someplace else.

No complaints.. Between my dad and myself, we've also been able to call with questions about some issues and what we may need to fix the problem and they've been pretty helpful in figuring it out.

Special ordered gaskets they had my phone number send them back without even calling me . Then tried to make me wait two days again. So I got into a new "ZONE" of thought made a call and I'll have the gaskets tomorrow at 9am. Now I will only be out half a day instead of the two days they wanted to make me wait. Good thing I got into a different "ZONE" of thought.

So I go into Oreilys last night to get a starter to put on my brothers car. I'm talking to the guy at checkout about the rewards program and he tells me that they send you $5 coupons in the mail. I tell him NO THEY DON'T. He says but you are in the system,to which I replied, I have been for years. I was led to believe by employees there that a card was not necessary if in system. Led to believe that discount was received upon purchase. So if I'm in the system, why have I NEVER received a single reward coupon. Autozone looking better and better.

Need parts to get my semi running and the guys there we awesome shout out to the manager Mike Pierce for coming in after his shift to check and help and check on Donald Eckert and Tobie Cochran and huge to Jesse Barrows a manager from another store for getting me back on the road and making my delivery appointment you guys rock

Last 3 times over there they give wrong parts not very good 25 min there and 25 min home then turn around and have to go back and they act like no problem.Need to get someone who can work in there without depending on the computer. No automotive knowledge whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!
